A great stay at Albatros Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh We spent 10 days here and left very satisfied. The water park is large with slides for all ages, the pools are clean, and the resort is well maintained

Good place good food but far away to sea it has service

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — they brought fresh fruit to our room and provided as much water as we needed, which was a really thoughtful detail

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards

The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard

There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area

Mahmoud Ali in the restaurant by the spa, was an excellent host and couldn't do enough to make sure we got what we wanted. Abdul Rahman looked after us well when Mahmoud was busy. The same goes for the rest of the staff

Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless

The food was delicious, varied and abundant… and the desserts? Out of this world! 🍰😍 The pools were super fun and well maintained, and every area was spotless

There is a VR/Games room which is pretty cool also pool tables outside which you have to pay for either by the hour or 30 minutes which was surprising being an all inclusive hotel

The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored

Five stars are not enough to describe how amazing my experience was at this resort in Sharm! Everything was absolutely perfect – quality, cleanliness, service, attention to detail… I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single moment

Large heated pool, the food is monotonous but tasty, the room is clean and comfortable (only we didn’t have a very good view of the fence), the staff is very friendly, beer and other alcoholic drinks are poured in any quantity

Nice place to stay at , the idea of having both aqua park and access to the beach is great . Staff were very nice , the hotel has free shuttle to naama bay 3 times a day which adds to its value.

I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Naama Bay. Everything is within walking distance -- shops, cafes, promenade -- which is a huge plus

Also the bad smells beside main pool and hitting pool near to reception , I think This is caused by the water the staff use when cleaning

the beach is very nice and very close to the hotel where you can go snorkeling to see some beautiful fishes and even a turtle

The weather at this time beginning's February was great and warm enough! However, there are also some downsides. In the restaurant, the plates are plastic and often not properly washed -- they are frequently greasy

If I had to choose the best accommodation during my trip to Egypt, I would say this place!! The breakfast was varied, and although the pool water was cold, it was spacious and I could drink plenty of beer since it was an all-inclusive package

My trip It was very nice and amazing trip. Good and comfort hotel it has many things like resturant ,bar, swimming pool and sport game. But the best thing in the hotel is the animation team

Very lovely and funny animation team staff especially dina and mohamed manga. We did volleyball and stretching by the beach and waterpolo

The room was very nice and clean, the cleaning staff are also very kind. There is loads of things to do, chlorinated and freshwater. I spent alot of time in the heated freshwater pool and it was absolutely lovely

i arrive at the hotel and enjoy my vacation.the sea is gorgeous,and there"s a beautiful coral reef. the entertainmentstaff is great, the bartenders are all excellent,and the room cleaning is excellent.

  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.   The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean

My family and I, 2 adults and 1 14 year old typical teenage son! have just returned from a 7 day stay All Inclusive  holiday @ The Sharm Holiday resort

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

Wael does an amazing job – the towel art he creates is absolutely beautiful, from elegant swans to creative animal shapes decorated with flower petals

It’s such a lovely surprise to come back to the room and see his work. Excellent housekeeping and a wonderful touch of creativity!

Amphoras beach generally is a nice complex. Lot's of swimming pools, bars, places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The late night snack bar had very poor hygiene

We got back home yesterday, after spending a week in Sharm at Amphoras Beach. The location is excellent having direct beach access and being close to Naama Bay and other points of interest like excursions

The sea is a 10-minute drive away.

The hotel/ resort has everything to make it a comfortable stay, from the direct beach access, to various swimming pools, to the restaurants, to the bars, the shops and the shuttle bus

Other than that, hotels room are lovely, decent size, pretty simple to find, but staff will always be happy to assist if needed. Plenty of bar to choose from, depending on the type of environment you would want

We enjoyed the beach it was very very nice. Swimming pool with the slides were great but one time cleaning could be better in the pool however was fixed fast. Other than that they were great fun

This is my second time in Sharm El Sheikh and first time in this hotel and I would like to say that I had the best experience with the staff they were polite and respectful and the head manager in the restaurant was great

The hotel is very good but hotel is not so good. Great food for Italian, more Italian people and good sea fish, clear water

First, I greet you all and I am happy to be here. This is my first time in Egypt and I have enjoyed it very much. The animation team was absolutely wonderful and I enjoyed the shows they presented

Suffice to say, lovely, sunny weather throughout our stay and the variety of pools and private beach - at the resort - meant we were able to enjoy and take full advantage of the same

The entire resort, as we found before, was kept very clean and tidy and well-maintained; the grounds / gardens, in particular, are pristine. Great variety of food in the buffet restaurants too

Additionally, the animation team provided some great entertainment and were very friendly; they made us and the kids feel very welcome; in particular, Rossella and Miro were very friendly

Our room was cleaned and serviced to a high standard too; the cleaner, Ahmed Saied, was very attentive and only too happy to help

The staff make this hotel, being a small hotel you are the same faces everyday, they were all so kind to my elderly mother and I must give a shout out to Abd EL Raham the bell boy- without him I would of been very stressed! So the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff, pool persons, entertainment team, bar staff, massage team were all accommodating and friendly

No lifts apart from one up to the hotel which we knew beforehand having visited before, hired a mobilty scooter and then encountered an issue as after the lift was a big kerb, having to have assistant to get said scooter up and down everytime we went out, shout out again to Abd EL Raham

We slept well beds comfortable, the only slight issue is the hotel opposite and I think what must be a disco for the hard of hearing due to the volume blasted out until 3am- bring ear plugs! Massage by Sameh was divine and at a very reasonable price

We always found something to eat and never ate out, it may not be too everyone's taste and there is not much 'English' food but what was served met our needs. The location is excellent near enough to the main *****

Beer was good not so sure about the spirits. Great evening entertainment but the evening music geared towards the Russian guests which made up the majority of guests, would be nice to have more Egyptian music

Entertainment team work their socks of I don't think they sleep! such good fun and activities galore! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, soap and shampoo miniatures provided

Food is great, Always tip, especially the housekeeping staff. One of the pools is heated till April. The beach food bar is good though more limited in choice

The location is great, beautiful on the beach with its own reef. The diving school (VIP Diving) in the hotel is also great! You do not have to lug diving gear yourself, it's done for you

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly

Good hotel, especially for families with children. It's a bit far from the beach; you have to take a 10-minute bus ride from the hotel. A great experience.

Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved

Our second visit to this hotel - staying at the Premier side but can use the facilities at both sides. A lot of the staff remember us from our previous visit in April and have made us so welcome

We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday

The presence of crows on the beach could be better managed, perhaps by using closed trash bins and implementing stricter control over food leftovers. The music on the beach is quite loud and tends to repeat frequently

The bird sound deterrent installed on top of the yellow lifeguard tower on the beach seems ineffective and rather disruptive, as it only produces noise without deterring birds

A quieter atmosphere would be appreciated, allowing guests to enjoy the natural sound of the sea

Nice little hotel directly on the beach very clean and airy rooms but it's mostly catered for Russians

On windy nights, the glass panels in the doors tend to move and create noise, which can disturb sleep. Securing them more firmly could improve nighttime comfort

There are a few areas where some improvements could be considered: 1. It might be helpful to install mosquito nets on the room windows

The food is tasty, though without exotic seafood. The grilled food is delicious, and there are various soups. Lots of vegetables and different meats

Check-in was quick as I arrived at the hotel late at night. However, the promised fruit plate wasn't there!

Towels were given out strangely; on the first day, there were two (for two people), and then one was added each day. But the towels and linen were clean. Of course, there are no slippers or bathrobes in the room

Fruits included guava, physalis, melon, apples, oranges, dates, and bananas. All the fruits were tasty and ripe. But the alcohol is a real pain; it's of terrible quality. We got seriously ill after trying it

However, you are entitled to a free lunch at the Italian restaurant, which is located at the end of another hotel (a 15-minute walk or about 8 minutes with the transfer, which runs every 10 minutes)

The staff were very helpful and food was amazing the rooms were clean and tidy and amazing pools for kids and adults specially the warm pool with slides would recommend and would come again

Highlight was snorkelling at the private beach. On a few minor negatives that I feel I should mention! Pool snack bar at aqua park not that appealing. Very dark seating area and the food options were minimum

Being all inclusive is great but the drink options not so great. Only local spirits available which were vodka, brandy, whisky or gin. If you don’t like those then you’re limited to what you can have

Overall, this was a fantastic family holiday, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended for families looking for great facilities, excellent service, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere

The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained, and the staff is very attentive and responsive. I do wish the birds wouldn't steal food from the terrace, but overall, for this price range, everything is good

I recently stayed at Amphoras Blu Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an amazing experience! The resort is truly beautiful and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms offering great views

Well-developed infrastructure of the hotel is a mini city within a city-has 10 restaurants,many shops,market,(fruit not sell), a well-equipped beach area(sand),there's a sunset in the sea from the Central beach
