I would recommend this hotel to everyone ⭐️ 5. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near Naama Bay. The beach is just across the street, a 5-minute walk

And Dina, you guys are the best, highly recommended! A huge compliment also goes to Hazem from the pool – a super warm, attentive, and very funny person

The only good thing about this hotel is the large, clean swimming pool! Everything else is simply awful. The furniture in the rooms and restaurant is dilapidated

Food was lovely, with the buffet you would always have many varied options and even with fussy children, they never went hungry. All the Restaurant's on property were amazing

Rooms were immaculate and Housekeeping always left that wee surprise in your room that made you smile, some very creative art work with towels and fresh flowers

I also want to thank Shirma, who treated me like family from the beauty salon. Thanks to her, I had the best service experience with the massage and hammam

The cleaner, animation team, bar men, pool guys and restaurant staff were brilliant. It got to the point where I didn’t even need to leave my sun lounger to get a drink as the staff would constantly make sure we had one

But your a few mins from namma bay town, so we nipped out most evening for a walk. Went to the beach only once but its very near good food & drinks there also. Room were spotless & very big very comfy beds

Special mention to Adel the pool guy who made sure we had sun loungers next to the pool each day so the kids could play in the pool in front of us

My daughter loved the mini disco and the animation team did a brilliant job each night. The food was the only down side of the stay. Breakfast was fine and always something to eat

The room was immaculately cleaned throughout our stay, big bottles of water were topped up daily. Super choice of food both in the restaurant and the snack bar/restaurant close to the beach

We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and were welcomed with a fruit basket and some wonderful decorative touches in the room. We had a ground floor room with outdoor hot tub which was quite private

The Turkish had a lovely atmosphere and food was better here with the staff actually being attentive however it's the mainly the same foods as you can get in the main restaurant (chicken and salad) Staff- mainly friendly we had a few instances where staff were very rude especially about getting drinks for us in the restaurant however all the staff we encountered around the pool and at the pool...

Our cleaner for this room was absolutely amazing and kept it beautiful throughout our stay! Pools - we mainly stayed at the quiet adults pool at the back, mustafa the pool lifeguard guy was absolutely amazing and set up our towels and umbrella every day for us

Food - breakfast definitely needs improvement, eggs you end up queuing for around 15mins waiting for eggs in the morning, most tables are left dirty with nowhere to sit, no drinks on the table, no cutlery and no glasses to drink from

Lunch seems to be a better experience nashwa who works on the right hand side at the back is brilliant and if you need anything she's always willing to help from cleaning tables, getting you drinks etc in the main restaurant

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had food left for us in the room as we had a late flight in. Fridge and hair dryer included. Our room had a beautiful terrace with outside seating

Just have to give a review so far first day arrived broke my ankle in hospital for 4 days now back at hotel and honestly I cannot fault management and every member of staff all went above and beyond

They gave us a room with a walkin in shower. Built a ramp so I can get wheelchair chair in room. Management came to see me in hospital and bought flowers which was lovely

It's a small, clean hotel with large rooms and a clean grounds. The food is quite varied for a 4-star hotel. The staff is friendly, but the bartenders at the pool bar make you feel unwelcome.

The beach is about 10 min walking away, you get an entrance ticket for sunbed & umbrella and there are showers and a restaurant. The hotel is right next to the center so you can easily walk around but it’s very quiet

Wifi only in the reception area. There is a dive center next to the pool as well. The rooms are basic with ac and small closet, big bathroom however there are no lifts in this hotel but they bring the luggage up for you

Great value for money. The hotel is a bit old, but clean. The internet signal isn't great in the rooms, and even at reception it's weak. A big drawback was the lack of boiled eggs and olives at breakfast.
