Couldn’t open the safe box. And GUESS WHAT!!!?! I didn’t need a KEY to enter my room. I just pushed the door!!???
Pool and beach were unclean. Unprofessional staff, no one fits in the position where they employed .
The room shower didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, water leak in the rest room. Shower water is too hot. Poor customer service… I wish someone had told me how this hotel was before getting there.
