Liked the hotel all the very best especially the pool ,but shower was difficult to handle but give it 5+ grade!

We stayed 2 nights as a family with two toddlers. The room was small and simple, but the good weather meant we spent most time outside. Breakfast had a nice variety, even for picky eaters

Location is absolutely stunning, but the hotel itself is from the 1960s at best. The "spa" is just a swimming pool and a hottub at the back.

Me and my friends went to Pühajärve Jaanituli so the location was perfect!!!!! Service and our room were also very good; the only drawback was that our room didn’t have a fridge.

The room has everything you need - desk for work, even small one (but you can use co-working), fridge, tv, etc

The king room had a big toilet with a real door for privacy, and it was pretty nice! It had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, all with the same scent. It has a big 50" TV with Chromecast that actually worked nicely

The hotel stay was a great experience. The room was clean and tidy. There is a public lounge and workspace on the first floor, as well as a restaurant that served excellent food.

The hotel has an excellent location. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food tasty (although it is probably better to arrive early, not during the last breakfast hour)

Never seen a fan floor in a hotel room before! It is an old hotel though. I’m not a particular fan of carpets in a room though. Never discovered there was a minibar…. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious

Comfy elite hotel from 1930s right in the middle of Viljandi. Junior suite on the 3rd floor had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on

Off the main road but definitely walking distance to everywhere. Cook was sick but they still put on a decent spread for the breakfast - kudos

FYI The spa has three saunas and one steam bath, there is one indoor and one heated outdoor pool

It’s good but not so close to the sea. So I prefer another hotel on the beach. SPA is spectacular and the best I’ve ever seen. Breakfasts were great

We went in off-season, so there was plenty of room in facilities. Breakfast is adequate and was included in the price. Dinner or Supper was expensive for what was on the menu. The 4th restaurant didn't try

Very good food with surprises in menu. Food is fresh. Staff is very friendly and can suggest you the best. Good wine list. Place is cozy and well accessible. We eat smoked macerel and food was nice surprise.

Car parking was ok but was covered in ice, which was dangerous to walk on a slope with bags and kids. Staff don't speak English, so if you don't speak Russian here, you may struggle

Great place to have quiet decent vacation. The beach is super near and the massage in spa area is spectacular. The spa itself is not very big, but provides you the essentials - saunas, jacuzzi, small pools

The employees at the reception are friendly, and I have to give special praise to the cleaning of the rooms and the changing of towels, very consistent and accurate

Good hotel, you can use spa and pool while staying here. Food is normal but there could be more chooses. Everything looks old but because of the historical interior. Also there was a parrot :) it is interesting for kids

Internet is good WiFi works in rooms and the whole hotel. Pool is small and old but how ever it is a pool were you can swim. But very very small just for 6 or 7 people. Needs renovation for all compleks

The pool is for laps so it’s not very fun for small children to just play in. There is a nice steam room in the pool area. The location is a bit out of Tallinn. I probably wouldn’t stay here again

Amazing hotel. Many saunas and pools. Very rich and delicious Swedish style breakfast. Cross country skiing tracks right behind the window. Very, very cosy. Definitely worth every cent.

The spa area is not huge but with everything one needs: sevaral saunas and pools plus the area where you can lie down and enjoy the view from the window because it is outstanding

Cosy little spa with proper outside saunas. Children are not allowed in spa after 20 every evening, so grownups can enjoy peaceful time in pools and saunas when needed. Massages are great and staff is very helpful.

The restaurant offered yummy foods and delicious drinks. Breakfast was great as well, especially compared to your average hotel breakfast! I had a facial and it was very relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing

We also experienced the great hospitality of Estonia :) we stayed at the hotel for a day because we contested an old car tour through the Baltics. Some mysterious guest gave us some car parts for our car

Nice pool in the basement. Little cold in the water. But they have a sauna also. Nice room and the staff speaks good english. Breakfast could have been better, but a nice hotel in a perfect location near the sea.

Very good and spacious parking lot. Had to leave very early in the morning, couldn't find the box where to leave the room key, put it just on the reception desk. That's not the best option for security though

The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom! I've also enjoyed 42° Japanese pool, mainly because it was empty and everyone were crowding the jacuzzi

Small and cozy perfect for couples and 18+ who want a calm atmosphere. 4 different nice Saunas and 3 pools with good steps/access for people with difficulties to get in and out of pools

The pressure bubbles in the main pool were very powerful and nice as well. All in all, one great sauna, there is water, come early and don't expect much. Also hair dryers in both changing rooms were broken

There is also a small bar at the SPA with decent choice of drinks. There is a very nice restaraunt in the hotel which is open at evenings with a nice menu. Would totally recommend staying here!

Superior room has a nice wide bed, great wifi and smart tv. Bathrobes available, but bring your own slippers to go the spa/pools. Nice relaxing experience in saunas, outside pool is awesome

Buyer beware! Yes, I knew I was getting a room that may often be difficult to book. I got a pretty small room with a window a few feet away from two of the cars in the parking area. So I had to keep my curtain closed
