It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in. Most of the rooms have sea and city view! The hotel is located next to the bus station. So, it's really easy to access for bus travellers! there are no amenities in the room so i recommend you to bring things you need (like toothbrushes...)

Just next to the bus terminal and river leading into the old town. Both are important as it’s during the travel and in and out by Lux Bus. And it’s next to the market, where you can get all kinds of fresh berries. Decent breakfast choices.

Overall good hotel in a great place. Very little info available. No signs, no labels. Have to guess where the breakfast is, had to use Google to find out where the gym is. Few labels wouldn't hurt. For example next to elevator buttons.

We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!

The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.

There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.

Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.

Great selection of saunas and many varied relaxation options in the water. The entry level hotel room was clean and with a delightful design. TV runs surprisingly good software and supports apps/screen sharing. But the room was a bit too warm and the AC didn't seem to do anything.

Good hotel with good SPA services and aqua park. Food is also good (although not cheap). Would be good to have more hangers in the bathroom: two hooks is definitely not enough for 2 adults and 1 child. No inner or outer playground for children, the closest one in 10 minutes of walk.

The room was for the most part clean and the spa was good. Probably had the best steam sauna i have been in so far. Price was abit steep, but understandable. Our view had nothing special, but then again it was the standard room.

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). The front desk was not helpful about calling the police (as the city has a strict noise ordinance). ...

Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

A very nice place to hide from the cold. We didn't stay at the hotel and only came here for the Orchid spa. The 18+ age restriction makes it a nice and quiet place to relax in peace. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the Japanese hot tub/pool, it's perfect after the snowy cold winter.

Very helpful multi language speaking staff. Made from scratch and tasty continental style food. Rooms are a bit dated, but functional and clean. Enjoyed SPA very much while kids where in playroom. I didn't stay at the hotel, I only enjoyed some wellness treatments. The massages were all professionally good and well done. It really helped me relax physically to some extend, but not so much on the emotional level. What I did not enjoy at all was the rather cold and rough attitude of the employees. It was a treat to stay there on my 80th birthday. I want to thank the hotel for the wine, fruits and the greeting that I received. Apart from that the whole manor is stunning - A lake, river, waterfall, old houses with exhibitions. An old flour mill - gardens - simply charming.

For a 4-star-plus hotel, the room amenities leave something to be desired (e.g., no kettle, furniture not in keeping with the overall ambiance of the complex). Breakfast was very good, including vegan/vegetarian options. The spa was small but nice.

This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. It was unexpected and so sweet! The staff are very kind, they even allowed me to extend checkout by an hour so I could enjoy a massage. We will definitely return again!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and other areas clean. But... Pools were a bit colder than would have liked + overcrowded. Rooms have bery poor noise cancellation. Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.

Perfect location — just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only downside is that you have to pick up the key at another hotel, which is a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage.

The one thing I was concerned about were reviews of noise.. There is road within 4 meters of hotel so when first entering I noticed the curtains were sheers that let a lot of light in and road noise was heard, but not bad but pulling the thick blackout curtains...

We had a two nights family spa holiday in Noorus at the beginning of January 2025. Food: I want to start with most terrible service experience in my life. Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Waterpark, pools, saunas... here u got everything for everybody. 3 different places to eat, bars, exet. You can choose all shorts of rooms. Beach is close on summer time. Really nice SPA and waterpark, lots of activities for children, nice and clean room, but the breakfast was not good at all. We wait our dinner in pub almost an hour, dishes were there okay but nothing special. So when eating somewhere else, then it is okay :)

When I arrived at the hotel, I was first given a standard room because the reservation had come with them as a standard room instead of a zen room. Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected.
