A very nice place with lots to do.

I was pleased with the well-equipped spa. Breakfast was a 3, and the reception staff wasn't the friendliest.

Good hotel especially for families with children. The water park was really good, many activities for children of different ages. Convenient to go by car. about 10min from the port.

A super lovely place and good services. I don't really like the hustle and bustle of the city center and there was plenty of choice for breakfast and great food in the restaurant in the evening.

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

Excellent stop in Pärnu on a long journey. Business trip and overnight on the way to Poland. Great experience, hotel reception really nice and breakfast was too big, had to order in advance. Since we stayed after Christmas, there were no other guests and the hotel and the town were quiet. We were a little worried because we had to decide the breakfast time and main menu when we checked in, but we had a freshly made omelette and bacon! It was an old-fashioned hotel, but it had a great atmosphere and we had a great stay.

Decent hotel in a good position, only 15 mins on foot from the old town. The room is comfortable but the pillows are too big and thick and the service did not clean my room during my 2 overnights stay. All in all a good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty good.

Great value hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms come well equipped with hairdryer, shampoo and towel robe which I love! The staff are lovely and the breakfast was good too. I had a very pleasant stay here. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to others. It would be good to have a larger table to work at if you're there on business and expect to have to work in your room for some of the time.

The Merchants House Hotel is a wonderful hotel to stay, wonderful helpful staff. The single bedroom was nice and clean and had a wonderful selection of tv channels. The breakfast selection was lovely. Right on the door step of the old town central square with wonderful restaurants food. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who visits Tallinn.

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is very old but well kept. the only drawback was there is no elevator. The staff was very good. the hotels location is excellent . It is very close to the main square. We really enjoyed our stay.

Padaste Manor is on of the few places on the planet that remains untarnished and unscathed by conspicuous materialism. Yet this does not detract from the understated luxurious rooms, phenomenal food and its ability to reconnect your sensibilities to nature. The spa is fantastic and massages excellent. We highly recommend it.

We were a group of 20 and have had the most spectacular two days here. Alexander Restaurant produced the most outstanding meal for us all, and we were so entertained by the proprietor, the fabulous Imre. Very nice Hotel. Excellent value for money! I stayed there for a week and I have enjoyed the indoor pool the sauna and the hamam. The staff is very helpful. Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

Good hotel but bad room design Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.

A great and relaxing birthday leads to this place. Sometimes people on cocaine enter the place and their laughs can be heard from the other side of the building. Cheap 70 euros alcohol bottles. The spa was great, you might see some drunk 40 year olds in locker rooms asking for alcohol.

It is a very worn down spa but it's also much cheaper than other choices. We came early in the morning so it was relatively empty, this is the only way to have a good time there. The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom! Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. Great location - it takes 40 steps and you are in the old town, literally. Friendly and helpful staff. You can make an online check-in, receive a room number and access code to your room door, so you can go directly to your room after you arrived, no need for assistance from the receptionist unless you decide differently. Same with check-out. Car parking 15eur/24hrs, but outside you will pay more....

I stayed in Tähetorni hotel for only one night and it was pleasure to be there. I had never been there before. Quiet location and the customer service was particularly great! I would say quite average but cozy and small hotel with a great customer service. Nice quiet location and a great bang for your buck! The beauty of the scenery comes out with a nice weather, there are multiple health sports trails nearby like a newly paved cycling and walking track and the health centre with millions of activities in Trummi.

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

The beds are comfy, rooms were clean. But the TV shows only a few Estonian channels, so you can't really watch it. And the rooms 104 and 105 are really close to some bar there, that played loud music at night, which didn't let us sleep. The staff was nice tho and its not a bad place overall. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

Here is very quiet and calm. In some rooms there is a sauna or bubble bath. In apartments there are lots of space. There are bathroom ant television to. Here is free wifi. You eat breakfast in special place to eat. You can eat there "till you die" (or drink to). Here is very delicious food.
