I booked the hotel just for breakfast, and it was great! However, I found it inconvenient that the hair dryer was fixed in the bathroom. Water in the room was not free and had to be paid for. There was an electric kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Overall, the hotel was old but clean. The location was great as there was a supermarket nearby!

The room was neat and clean, with a classic European style. The breakfast was plentiful and exotic. Because I missed my ferry, I arrived at the hotel after noon, and it was already closed. Later, a staff member from a nearby hotel helped me find this hotel's phone number and the password, allowing me to open the safe and get the key. I was truly grateful to this kind person.

There were black hairs in the bathroom, the window could not be opened fully, only tilted. We couldn't ventilate. No air conditioning, just a fan to stir the stale air trapped inside. We propped the door open with a shoe so that we could at least ventilate a little towards the corridor. The location is superb, the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast lady is very nice.

Since the building is old, there is no AC. Might get hot on upper floors during hot days. But the rooms are quite soundproof. Breakfast options are quite limited, but the staff is awesome. All in all great place to stay, especially going for vacations and exploring marvelous Tallinn.

Correct. Close to cité Center. Hôtel infrastucture and style are a bit old but rooms are clean, and bed confortable. Breakfast is generous. My room was not ready at my arrival, I was upgraded to à room with jacuzzi. Bathroom may be à bit suprising.

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

Only stayed for the night but beds were great, room was cozy and breakfast was delocious. Would visit again.

A wonderful way to spend a cold day. The food was good, the saunas, pools, and steam baths were relaxing, and the calm atmosphere made everything enjoyable. In the evening, we enjoyed a walk around the area under star-filled skies. My sincere thanks to the masseur Ivo, who managed to relieve my back pain and get me feeling well again. We stayed 2 nights as a family with two toddlers. The room was small and simple, but the good weather meant we spent most time outside. Breakfast had a nice variety, even for picky eaters. Cosy little spa with proper outside saunas. Children are not allowed in spa after 20 every evening, so grownups can enjoy peaceful time in pools and saunas when needed. Massages are great and staff is very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant offered yummy foods and delicious drinks. Breakfast was great as well, especially compared to your average hotel breakfast! This wasn’t our first stay at Vspa, we come back because we really love it here! Perfect for families with children. I also received a lovely surprise- a birthday cake with a candle at breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and other areas clean. But... Pools were a bit colder than would have liked + overcrowded. Rooms have bery poor noise cancellation. Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.

Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Since we stayed after Christmas, there were no other guests and the hotel and the town were quiet. Rooms are tired and need renovation. However the rooms are reasonably priced and have free access to a large spa 900m away. Their own hotel breakfast is ok but unfortunately the food runs out before you arrive and they start cleaning before the meal time is over. The food in the restaurant was not edible at all.

The location is good—a 10-minute walk to the city center. The airport is about a 10-minute taxi ride away. There's a 24-hour front desk. However, luggage storage in metal lockers near the reception desk is a paid option: 1-2 euros is inexpensive, but a rather odd option. The hotel has minimal amenities. Fairly central location but next to one of the busiest streets in Tallinn, thus constant traffic noise from cars, buses and noisy trams, making it impossoble to sleep.
