The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.
As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for...
Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park The hotel is right on the beach and you can enjoy the water park even after chek out.
Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark). Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river...
Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.
Bit tired,i mean the waterpark, while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

the hotel was very cute! Also the view would have been nice to the park. Sadly our Room (nro 10) was near a balcony so we couldnt keep the curtains open, and also the cigarette smell and noise came inside.
It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the past 10 years. not worth 3 stars at all as 1) the facilities are so old; just look at the photos I took. No elevator and no A/C anywhere; 2) the room I was given is an attic one, given I have a knee injury I had to climb all the way up, only twice to avoid the hurt and forced me to stay outside the whole day; 3) the room is consistent to the description and photos...
1 night place really good Really good night and 1 only and many times the same
Excellent stop in Pärnu on a long journey. Business trip and overnight on the way to Poland. Great experience, hotel reception really nice and breakfast was too big, had to order in advance. Still really rich. I highly recommend for 1h trips. In winter season just order half breakfast, that's enough.
Satisfied guest Personal hotel in a good location. Parking was easy with a ticket purchased from Respa. I plan to go again.
Since we stayed after Christmas, there were no other guests and the hotel and the town were quiet. We were a little worried because we had to decide the breakfast time and main menu when we checked in, but we had a freshly made omelette and bacon! It was an old-fashioned hotel, but it had a great atmosphere and we had a great stay.

With a car or e-scooter near old town. With taxi cheap go to everywhere. Quite rooms and nice spa with two saunas.
Hestia Hotel Kentmanni is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tallinn! The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town. Peaceful hotel in quiet location but still walking distance from center and old town. Hotel is also clean and in good shape. Staff in reception is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Gym in good condition with enough equipment for exercise. Spa is quite small with one jacuzzi. One good traditional sauna and one steam sauna which wasn't so good (bad smell and low steam) Hotel has small bar and...
Decent hotel in a good position, only 15 mins on foot from the old town. The room is comfortable but the pillows are too big and thick and the service did not clean my room during my 2 overnights stay. All in all a good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty good.
Good hotel with gym and sauna (dry and wet). The gym has enough equipment for a good workout. Saunas, however, actually turn on at 16, although on the card they give you at the reception, it says 7 Rooms are clean. The staff is great and very helpful Breakfast has both English and continental options with a decent choice of dishes. Most likely, I will be staying here again
Great value hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms come well equipped with hairdryer, shampoo and towel robe which I love! The staff are lovely and the breakfast was good too. Short walk from the city centre and good car parking options too. There is also a great spa and gym! I recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the old town of Tallinn! (14/12/24)

▶️ A big surprise that everything was so good 👍 Very nice rooms, super friendly staff, great spa treatments and nice, clean outdoor pool 👌 ➡️ Beach ⛱️ is just a few minutes walk away. Nice bar and restaurants in the hotel. I will definitely come back 👍
Disappointing experience – not recommended I had high expectations, but this spa was a letdown. I liked outdoor swimming pool, very good for summer time. I liked the food three times a day, very tasty! Beautiful Beach and lighthouse nearby.
Rooms ok. Family room big enough incorporating a bunk bed. Clean enough, but the bathroom shower curtain is far too long for the tub. Only one gel dispenser. Heated floor and towel rail. Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying
Good hotel but bad room design Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.
Lovely place. Cost 15 euro to park you car so be aware! Aside from that it was a nice clean and presentable hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Also located right over the road from a few lively eateries! Handy! Also located right on beach which was ideal!
This hotel basks a little too much in the glory of bygone days. There's no question: The hotel's location directly on the sea and its history are fantastic. The room was also tastefully decorated with good beds. The breakfast was plentiful. But: as a guest, you don't really feel like you exist. You check in, and that's it. Correct. Close to cité Center. Hôtel infrastucture and style are a bit old but rooms are clean, and bed confortable. Breakfast is generous. My room was not ready at my arrival, I was upgraded to à room with jacuzzi. Bathroom may be à bit suprising.
The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).
Only stayed for the night but beds were great, room was cozy and breakfast was delocious. Would visit again.

Location was good but did have to walk a while to find a good cafe (RØST bakery id recommend). rooms were very reasonable for price
Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.
Clean bed and bathroom. Properly heated day and night. Easy accessible thanks to unlocking doors via app and free wifi.
Perfect location — just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only downside is that you have to pick up the key at another hotel, which is a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage.

The location is great, the accommodation is good value for money. It's nice that there is a gym and the opportunity to do water aerobics (via a screen). I can't rate the price list for the services.
A very pleasant weekend getaway. Good location, tidy rooms, nice staff. The spa area with a good choice of saunas available.
Good choice of different saunas, very comfortable, nice and clean rooms, friendly service in the hotel, spa as well as in the restaurant. Good food. The architecture of the building is different from the typical spas. Also the location is very good - in the center of the town. So it is surely worth to visit!
A spa hotel with a good location and service, a cozy sauna complex and nice rooms, good food, pets are also welcome. I enjoyed my vacation.

Low-budget feeling hotel The receptionists were always friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed and in need of an overhaul. I think there should be 2 parts to this : the hotel part is very dated and could use some upgrade, shower was smelly and not the cleanest I've seen. Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. Location was great for the fortress. Breakfast was good.
Room was clean, hotel breakfast was ok, travelling with kids, so there was plenty for them to choose in the morning. Sauna options were really nice, different options. Slide for kids, kids loved it. Location is great, best restaurants a short walk away, Kuressaare castle is near, also playgrounds.

Lovely spa hotel for a great Kuressaare stay Lovely stay. The spa is great (although I am no connoisseur). The restaurant has some interesting dishes that I did not get to try. Nice and modern hotel with excellent spa and great location. There were lock problems during the staying and air conditioning was really weak so noises from the open windows were during both nights.
Spent two nights in this lovely small spa hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay. The room we had was spacious enough and cosy and quiet. No AC but leaving the window open helped cool the room down on the hottest night of the trip. On really warm summer days it might be a issue however. The location is good—a 10-minute walk to the city center. The airport is about a 10-minute taxi ride away. There's a 24-hour front desk. However, luggage storage in metal lockers near the reception desk is a paid option: 1-2 euros is inexpensive, but a rather odd option. The hotel has minimal amenities. Overall, it's okay for one night.
Unfortunately, our 3-night stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only positive aspect was its convenient and central location. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and lacked support, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There were no bath towels provided in the room, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom layout caused water to spill all...
We stayed in this hotel for three nights. One needs to remember that the prices in this hotel are much lower than any other hotel that one would actually want to stay at in Tallinn, and thus one should not expect the Ritz, particularly as it appears to be a fairly basic conversion of an office block. On the plus side the Center Hotel is clean, and is in a reasonably good location, half way between...
Short stay in Tallinn The receptionist who checked me in seemed burnt out. Half way during check-in her shift was changed and it took me 40-45 mins for me to get checked in. The room excluded travel toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Room...
The reality is, I paid about £20 and had a room, a shower, free wifi, and a decent location. I can't really complain on that basis but one could spend another £10-20 and easily find somewhere more comfortable. This seems to be an old Soviet-era block and has paper-thin walls as a result (I was on the 5th floor but could hear the traffic and other noise as though I was on the ground floor with an open...
Bad sleeping in a modest hotel Clean room. Fairly central location but next to one of the busiest streets in Tallinn, thus constant traffic noise from cars, buses and noisy trams, making it impossoble to sleep. We spent one night in Tallinn with our university team, from October 10th to 11th. Each of us was assigned a single-room room. I expected "slightly" better quality for 100 euros. This property is just on the edge of the old town the location couldn't be better. The room was big and spacious and well adorned with the essentials to insure a more than comfortable stay and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff is top notch from check-in to check out. The breakfest is quality dont pass it up.
Just by the edge of the Old town. Happy with my experience. Nice spa area with a sauna and pool, a small gym with basic equipment. Nice room with a good inventory and furniture. Helpful staff. If I had to wish for one improvement it would be to make better scrambled eggs for breakfast... :)
I stayed for four nights on a business trip however I know Tallinn very well. This is without a question the perfect location for business or leisure. Make sure you upgrade to get a view of Freedom Square. Breakfast was 10/10. Lovely pool and sauna. Room Service menu could be improved. Friendly service at all times !

Breakfast was good, with a lot of varieties. Just missed some warm food, freshly made. For me the bonus was the view from the window. The location is another highlight of the hotel, we could walk around easily...

When I arrived late in the evening my room was very warm at 75 degrees (24C). After having the AC on for about an hour with no change I went down to the front desk. They said maintenance was out for the evening but they would look at it the next day. They gave me a fan and...
