Very spacious hotel and comfortable bed! However the location is quite an uphill walk even though it is 8-12 minutes, and Helsinki roads are not the smoothest. The bathroom provided a mop which became obvious why later as the area outside the shower will flood as there is a gap between the doors. This is one of the best hotels I have been to. The staff was very kind and even helped me print out papers with short notice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The place is very peaceful, quiet and surrounded by the beautiful nature outside . We enjoyed very much the pools inside and at the same time the serenity of the nature outside.

Quite a lot of selection for breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is not so friendly, charged price wrongly, and still with some attitude.

This is a self-check-in apartment; there's no front desk staff, and you enter the room using a password. The room has a kitchenette with a microwave for heating food. The location is average, but it's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and train station. The apartment price is relatively affordable for a capital city.

Great stay near Hakaniemi We (2 adults and 2 kids) very much enjoyed our stay at this place which was clean and very convenient to getting to the main sites in Helsinki nearby. Access to Hakaniemi was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a Eurooean 2 bed apartment. The porblem we didnt like is goig though 1 bedroom going to a an area with a murphy bed. That was just a partial curtain between the 2 which didnt give any privacy. Also ther were doors that hit each other in tge entry. 2 of them coujd becremoved soyou dont smack yoir fingers.

I like these sort of stays, and used Forenom in other cities. This one is in an block, it looks a bit tired outside, and you need to make sure to recognise that there are 3 different blocks of rooms, A, B, and C, and your room will be described as 15B or 34C and access is only through the relevant door. Room is spacious, clean with nice view, staffs are friendly and accommodating. Could be only that amenities and spa opens late, mostly afternoon, even the pool, No chance to experience. It was still a good stay.

We had good time with family although there was few things that could be better. No slippers on the room, ancient tv. Apartment otherwise was well equipped and easy access to pool and restaurant area from inside.

lovely stay! wish we were there longer! wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

I have visited this place many times. Location and services excellent. Only minus has find rooms in good price. Normally said full booked but still you can find room in some way.

The place is in a great location, with a beaut bloke steering the ship. We had 3 very pleasant nights there just now. Very close the the main railway station, Metro station and K market within spitting distance. Trams past the corner. Ideal location and most worthwhile. The only usb outlet is on the back of the telly but you have to keep it switched on.

Clean and comfortable apartment. The location is just perfect. Can get to all the touristy places very quickly. The train station, tram stop, bus stops, super markets, malls, cafes, Market square, esplanad park, tori quarter, is all walking distance. Restaurants are all near. City apartments very kindly gave us a free upgrade as well.

interior is a bit old fashioned, but the location is just great. kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. the bed is comfy, the bathroom is alright. the washing machine comes in handy.

The room is equipped with everything you need (except washing powder but you can get that at the close by supermarkets). It is close to the main railway station and tram service. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. A great place to stay.

Clean, quiet, well equipped kitchen, washer in the room I selected. Attentive staff, great breakfast, they even made me breakfast the night before an early departure. Walkable from train station, downtown location for shopping and dining. Along river for walks and or cycling excursions. Highly recommended.

Lietsu Boutique Apart Hotel turned out to have everything it promised on the website. Central location in Joensuu, but no traffic noise. Air conditioning in the room ensured us a good night sleep. All essential items were available in the room for cooking, with additional carefully selected items like ground coffee instead of instant coffee, dishwasher washing tablets and laundry liquid for washmachine...

Lovely staff, nice rooms and a great breakfast buffet. They also went the extra mile for our baby, when they added things to the room that made our stay easier. The rooms had great AC and blackout curtains so we could sleep great even though it was a horrendus heat wave going on!

Fantastic service, central location and cozy atmosphere. The Carelian theme is a nice touch and adds to the friendly vibe of the place. For sports enthusiasts it’s useful to note that there’s a high quality commercial gym downstairs in the same building. The opening hours are very good and the range of equipment is broad (free weights, machines, cardio).

Fantastic location! We stayed her during February half term, we were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, ranging in age from 4 to 11. The town is around an hours walk away and wasn't an issue for my 4 year old - she thoroughly enjoyed it! The lodges are very well equipped and warm, with the ability for my young children to play outside safely. I highly recommend.

I particularly liked the quiet location just outside of town. A bus runs there every half hour, so you don't have to rely on a car. Our apartment was small but nice. The apartment was very well-equipped; the only thing we were missing was a kitchen scale. If anything wasn't right, it was taken care of immediately.

It was a great apartment, it felt like a tiny home which had everything you needed!

All in all a good place to stay if you’re visiting Levi, just don’t forget to bring your keys out of the house, if not after hours you might not be able to find anyone to open the door for you.

Lovely apartment Lovely apartment, had a great stay! Only thing to mention the beds are two single beds and move around a lot but apart from that everything else was great! It is also in an ideal location close to the slopes and everything within the Levi Ski resort.

Lovely cottage apartment only few minutes away from Imatra city center but car and 10 minutes walk from the lake. Super clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Warm, with in-house sauna and a terrace. Very cozy.

The flat is in the best location. Train station just in the corner and the shopping area as well. The minus one is the bed is small. No tea and coffee in the room as well but if you in budget trip I will recommended this. Train to airport is also easy bc Tekkurila is the hub.

Very nice small village of holiday houses. Beautiful spot by the sea with a harbour, nature, and some activities such as tennis and minigolf available. There is a restaurant and a small spa as well.

Location was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. Appartment was perfect for eating in, since due to COVID we didn't want to eat too often at restaurants. Wifi worked well. The living room was lovely and comfortable. The clothes dryer was very helpful when it rained.

HELSINKI STAY The room was very small. No one on site to ask for clean towels etc. Plus they text you when your room is ready very late 3 to 4pm. Very difficult to get to talk with someone. Good location near metro and grocery store but 15mins from city center. Safe neighborhood.

Facility a few km from Helsinki, easily accessible by Bolt services, etc. Well arranged and well cleaned rooms. The only negative note is the check-in service, we weren't given the entry code and it was hard to enter the facility. Sol thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Trip.com we managed to solve the problem, speaking with a boy in our language and very good

My hair dryer broke, so I called, but unfortunately I couldn't get through because it was Christmas.

There's nothing else to complain about, just that it's a bit far. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and it was a bit tough dragging luggage up the slope. This is an older apartment, but all the facilities are complete. There's a fridge, an iron, a microwave, and a kettle. Overall, it's considered clean, even though it's genuinely old.

No transparency about amenities like stove in kitchen even it shows in room booking, very old model TV has no features,only local channels played. It has to be refurbished.Although the location is very good and charges are very nominal according to other properties. Thanks

I thought it would be a regular hotel, but it was more like an Air BnB, and I had to enter the entrance PIN number, which I received by email a while after booking. If your phone number isn't available on your eSIM, you can't call to receive the number to enter the luggage storage area, which can be a bit inconvenient. Good choice for hotel in this city, reasonably priced. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious although the massive white sofa took up a lot of extra space. The room was ok, same with location. Please note that this hotel is not for everybody - only two storeys high but between 18:00 - 08:00 lift is not in use. At breakfast, which was supposed to start at 08:00, a female staff member kept carrying foods in until 08:25, in slow motion. No explanations, no apologies.

The hotel was near to the Olympic training centre. It has great facilities for family. The facilities were set up to a standard more like a local community leisure centre rather a luxurious hotel but it perfectly acceptable. Apartment is at a great location, close to downtown with many stores, shops and restaurants around. The walls in the building are a bit thin, we found water in the water cattle that had apparently been there for a while and we could not for the life of us turn off the heater in the bathroom. Considering the price all in all a fair deal.
