Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

The heating wasn't working, but after I complained, they offered an extra heater that worked really well. The location is great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. But the convenience of the hotel location is the star but do take note if booking...

We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. Very close to the train station, the hotel design is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful with no waiting for a table. The downsides are that check-in isn't until after 4 PM, and there's often a long queue for check-in.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

If you want to have a real swimming pool, the pool in the hotel is far too small. But you can have a good view from the pool. Everything else is fine, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

It's a nice hotel. Price is quite high, if there is some happening taking place. Staff is friendly and breakfast is typical for a Finnish hotel and very good. Pleasant stay for one night in Joensuu. The staff was very friendly (as you'd expect in Northern Carelia overall) and the hotel was clean and overall very pleasant. The room was spatious and quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the local carelian pastries.

There are no amenities but very neat and cozy with beautiful view day and night. Don’t forget to bring your slippers and bath gowns along with teeth brushes, then you will be fine. Don’t miss their exquisite breakfast with a sun rising.

Perfect location to loads of restaurants/ cafe / fast food. Directly opposite the train station that service VR train to various parts of Finland. There is also a link department store and 24 hours supermarket. Highly recommended

It is around a 30 minute metro to Helsinki and to get into espoo you have to take a tram for 11 stops and then get on a bus for 3 which makes it quite complex to find the location on arrival. Hotel ideally located to where I needed to go for business meetings. Also very close to the airport. Hotel has shuttle bus service to and from the hotel or Uber will cost about €6.50. Cabs from hotel may cost more. Just use Bolt or Uber. Breakfast is a must at the hotel and there is a huge choice from continental to to cooked breakfast.
