Even though our stay was brief, the room was spotless, the hot water supply was excellent, and it was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to get a really good rest. Breakfast offered a great selection and was very tasty

Just the main entrance step are difficult if you carry heavy luggage, and the step not clear out often, just becareful with the black ice on the steps

We got room on old building; walkway is so far away. There was some noise in the room also (maybe that’s why they provided earplugs in the room). The room itself is ok, good size for 2 adults and 2 kids

Great location, Good staffs at reception but maid clean room wasn’t good. Only change towel but didn’t clean the cup, bins and etc. Housekeeping should improve.

I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious

Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups

Such a serene experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and greenery neighbourhood. It has a big park close to it where you could take long quiet walks!

The most memorable parts of the hotel for me are the exterior and the common areas. the 60s and 70s elements of the architecture and design really shine through

Toilet is clean and good except for the tape beneath the shower door, sometimes water from the shower can leak out to under the basin. We hope that the separate between the wet and dry areas work properly

It had only two options at the egg bar (omelet with specific goods and fried eggs). Had certainly a gluten free space but was really small. Needs to be improved in many areas

There is a sauna facility for guests to use at limited timings. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We had a reservation at another hotel but they inform us 2 weeks before leaving about a renovation that they would do to the building and moved us at Plaza hotel, which was in a more convenient location after all

We booked a room one day in advance for one night only and found ourselves in a room properly designed for wheelchair persons, got plenty of space but looked like a hospital
