great location and good service, average hotel that meets all our needs as a family that goes out most of the day for day tours :)

Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

The heating wasn't working, but after I complained, they offered an extra heater that worked really well. The location is great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. But the convenience of the hotel location is the star but do take note if booking...

The hotel's location right next to the station is super convenient. Shopping malls and restaurants are also a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. The rooms is quite spacious except the towels smell like long time no change.. can’t find the phone in room to contact the front desk but they did reply through email as a timely manner. The hotel is quite big so needs some walk inside to get to the room, no bellboy...

Very close to the train station, the hotel design is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful with no waiting for a table. The downsides are that check-in isn't until after 4 PM, and there's often a long queue for check-in.

The location is good, which is very near the central station. The room is clean and useful. The sauna is good although it is not famous.

Decent hotel in a good location. Shopping mall attached with some good food options. Breakfast at the hotel was passable. Nothing fancy. To have a kettle in your room you must pay an extra $20 a night. Which we found so odd. We just ended up buying coffee from the mall. The smell that comes from the bathroom was horrendous. Make sure you keep the bathroom door closed

This is my third time in the same hotel. Excellent location with Tripla Mall and railway station. Only one stop to Helsinki center. We are quite big/tall, so X-bed rooms are perfect. Good breakfast.

We stayed as a family of three, and we were able to see the fireworks from our window as they rang "Happy New Year," and the staff were quick to help when the safe wouldn't open! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

If you want to have a real swimming pool, the pool in the hotel is far too small. But you can have a good view from the pool. Everything else is fine, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

We booked a room one day in advance for one night only and found ourselves in a room properly designed for wheelchair persons, got plenty of space but looked like a hospital. Fair enough, we are 8o++ but still play golf and did not find ”at home”.

Nice hotel inside a shopping mall. A hotel situated inside a shopping mall is a first for me. Once I had found my way around I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various shops and cafes. Parking on first floor is limited but plenty of space on the upper floor. Room was bigger than expected with kettle and tea/coffee.

My 1st visit to Helsinki was impressive by Valo Hotel with their friendliness and helpful staff. The daily buffet breakfast are also very good spread. Nice juices and with good coffee.

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. Incredible staff, right in the hearts of Tampere and within walking distance of almost everything. Public transit is extremely easy to access from here. The staff was wildly friendly and even remembered my name. I had an early flight out the next morning and they made a special breakfast box just for me. If you are traveling to Tampere...stay here. It's expensive but massively worth the price.

Very nice and spacious rooms with spectacular views over the city of Tampere. Good breakfast open until 12 o'clock.

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

There are no amenities but very neat and cozy with beautiful view day and night. Don’t forget to bring your slippers and bath gowns along with teeth brushes, then you will be fine. Don’t miss their exquisite breakfast with a sun rising.

Perfect location to loads of restaurants/ cafe / fast food. Directly opposite the train station that service VR train to various parts of Finland. There is also a link department store and 24 hours supermarket. Highly recommended

Amazing location, just across central station and very easy to get around the city, near to all the shops and walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast has great selection and i love the pancake so much! Room is very spacious and has great city view. The reception service were also exceptional, very welcoming and friendly even gave us recommendation on local places.

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The room hygiene was terrible. The trash can hadn't been emptied, and the complimentary bottled water had clearly been opened and partially consumed. We requested a room change, but even the new room's carpet wasn't clean.

Hostel Kofi Cafe stayed for six(6) days. During the Autumn period, the town can have a substantial influx of tourist curiou ti do adventure night tours of the upper regions and hope to see the "northern lights". Not available when I was present.

Hotel reception was hard to find. You don't see the big sign's about the hotel. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Elevators was a little bit tricky and slowly to use..even though there was three elevators.. overall it was a good experience! Worth to spend a weekend in there and explore Tampere. Please try the rooftop saunas, it's free😉

This is a good hotel in the center of Turku. It is a modern hotel with decent rooms. The room was large, clean and quiet with a view of the main city square. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of things to eat. The hotel is in a good location - in the center of the town and only a few minutes walk from the river.

This place was an extention of the other side (across the road) which had the rooms that we stayed in. This is the place where we visited for our breakfast and it was fabulous. The marmalade and the assorted Jams were worth every piece of toast that I wanted to have.

Quick sunmer holiday in Kuopio Hotel staff was super nice and helpfull on every encounter, they gave us travel tips, small room upgrade and so on. Parking was super easy and pricing reasonable. Breakfast was ample with good balance of sweet and salty foods. There were few quirks though: -to access breakfast space, one has to go to basement, take underground corridor under public road and then resurface...

A normal hotel. Our room was in the old building. The room was cold, but the size was good for three people. It had a safety box, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. We were on the 6th floor with a good view of the street. So kind, helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the bus, tram and train station and centrum. Also not noisy in the rooms. Restaurant food quality is good and delicious. Rooms are very clean but a bit old. Breakfast is served in very good and with many options.

I really enjoyed this location, sauna, and pool. In the breakfast I could try many kinds of foods.

The hotel is centrally located near a beautiful park/playground. It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was very full. There was no onsite parking so we had to park in the city lot about a block away. The room was clean and comfortable but it would have been nice to have a fan since it was quite warm.
