Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and the decor was adorable. It was so convenient to have a supermarket, restaurants, and clothing stores all within walking distance. I really appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The stay was very nice! The location of the hotel is very central and the room was spacious (which is quite rare). Josephine attended us, she was very kind and professional! I initially asked for a certain type of room, which was not the one we got and the gym had broken equipment.

Had a great time at the Mercure centre ville and stayed for 3 nights. Exceptional service from the reception and cleaning staff. My girl left her stuff on her side of the bed during the day and staff left her stuff untouched which was great and they left her side of the bed unmade but they still made the effort to make my side of the bed. The hotel is great! The bar was fun, the tv showed formula one, the rooms had a kettle and coffee pods, had a second door to block noise from the hallway, and caramels! It is in a great location, really easy walking distance to the attractions

It was nice to stay in this hotel and it is near centre ville. The room is clean and they will clean everday. But the amentites are not too many, only basic bar and restaurant. TV is cable channel.

Nice stay for 2 nights in Bordeaux with family. It is convenient coming by car and is there is a paid parking in the shopping Center next to the hotel. Not at the heart but only 10 min walking distance from old town. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Location is great. Near train station and a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is nice and comfort. However, the staff service need to improve. There is no shower gel in my room and housekeeper did not realize that. I called front desk 3 times in 2 hours to get the shower gel. Housekeeper clean my room very late until I came back to my room in evening, My room still was not clean up.

If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. It’s also easy to get to other districts in Paris since the bus and metro station is close.  Staff was always so helpful and they even kept my butter, which l bought, in their fridge after l checked out ;)

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel. Overall happy with our stay

We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome. The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. The room was great, but there was one front desk staff member who had terrible service. They hung up on me and couldn't clearly explain where the pick-up shuttle was, leaving guests to find it themselves.

Very good quality We forgot our bag with all our IDs in the restaurant but luckily the staffs found it and kept it very responsively.... cannot imagine to start our trip with lossing passports....

The shower pressure was good, but the drain was incredibly slow. Every shower felt like it was going to flood the bathroom. The location was great though, just a one-minute walk from Gare de Lyon through the hotel's back entrance.

I usually do not post review, but this is bad. 1. Aircon is very weak and not cool, have to open windows 2. The hair blower is spoilt 3. Power trip on 3rd day. 4. Mattress is so soft, when u sit on it, it felt like a sinking hole.

This hotel is right next to Lyon Station. It's less than a two-minute walk from the moment you exit the station. Plus, it has metro and RER train access (direct to Disneyland and the Eiffel Tower). There are also French restaurants nearby that are open until midnight. The rooms are newer and brighter than other hotels in Paris, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Overall, it was good, but the water heating in the room was too old; the running water made a constant noise all night, making it hard to fall asleep. Since we arrived so late, we didn't consider changing rooms, figuring out that all water heating systems here are probably similar.

The location was fantastic, very central. Great entertainment. Breakfast was fantastic but other food options were limited. We were close to external restaurants but we were tired and cold and would’ve liked more healthier options at the hotel. The heating didn’t work in our room, service did come and attempt to fix it, we thought it was fixed but it wasn’t, it was very cold.

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Sheraton airport. Manisha Bhatia welcomed me with kindness. The room was great. Buffet breakfast was nice. The warm chocolate croissant was excellent. Had a great visit at this hotel. The location is great in terminal 2 and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The train station on the lower level is great also. I mainly booked this hotel for its excellent location. The free monorail is super convenient for getting to the terminal. However, for almost 1400 (including breakfast for two), the room was basically budget hotel quality and didn't even have a kettle 😭😭😭. Breakfast was quite substantial, but I didn't get to eat much since I was rushing for my flight. The front desk staff seemed a little impatient

The room was a bit small, but the environment was pretty good and the service was decent. The best part is its proximity to the airport, which saved us the hassle of lugging our luggage around. There's hot water available in the lobby, and the picture in the middle shows where it is.

The hotel is well located for the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. There's a small unheated pool, which probably gets crowded in high season, as does the jacuzzi, but at least they're there.
