After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! Chamonix is absolutely stunning and after the day hiking, the spa area was so perfect to relax and unwind. Would 100% come back and stay in this hotel, it was perfect

I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast was superb with many many choices. The spa was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I only gave it a nine out of 10 because I had to keep getting them to fix my key card it stopped working four times. It was a minor inconvenience as it was fixed quickly each time. The room had a large balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains. It was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. My experience at this hotel is positive. I appreciate a lot of space for the clothes. Extra warm blanket, pillows, bathrobe, and slippers. It's a sea view room. It's rare to find such powerful air conditioning in a European hotel. The front desk is quite welcoming. The breakfast is a bit simple. Like other European hotels, the room is relatively small.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Staff is very helpful, relax and super friendly. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food at great price value. The park the la tete d'or is within walking distance and offers some nice activities - in particular when travelling with small kids.

The hotel is located next to park area and with direct bus access to the city centre. There is a play area in the ground floor for kids, and gym available in the hotel. A star was taken as air conditioning was not functioning properly.

Excellent customer service!! The hotel went out of its way to accommodate my special request. Much appreciated. Very clean room, and the room service food was delicious and service was prompt. I chose this hotel in Antibes. There is a double bed in the room. My kids like it very much. You can only drive to this hotel. The subway and bus are not convenient. The facilities are relatively clean.

Located next to the highway at the junction of urban and rural areas. Suitable for self-driving tourists. Uber taxi to the seaside boardwalk costs 16 euros per 15 minutes. Very good value. Great location. I studied the map for the parking lot as some people mentioned they had trouble finding and so i had no trouble.

The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible. There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc. The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes. They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people, but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked. Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.

Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.

The downside is that the room was not prepared. The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work. Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)

Very clean and tidy, and very comfortable, especially the service is very good. I don’t speak English or French, but the front desk was very patient in explaining, and the service was very good. The room was beautiful and exactly as described. It was also very clean. The only downsides were the lack of a USB-C charging port, no slippers, or other disposable toiletries. The bathroom door was also a bit difficult to open. However, I was very happy with the price, and it was only about 10 Euros to get to the city center by taxi. We had a lovely stopover in Reims on our way home to England. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the showers were great. Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

Overall, I liked the hotel. There's private underground parking for 16 euros. The S1 bus goes directly from the hotel to the city center and the old town. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There's a shopping center with a food court and supermarket nearby. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay.

The hotel price was really good and the room was spacious. The only downside was that the entrance was a bit hard to find since it's located inside a shopping mall. However, having KFC and McDonald's nearby was very convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The air was not cool enough. The toilet room did not smell pleasant. If you are going to advertise parking, you shouldn’t tell guests that you are making an exception to allow parking. We specifically looked for a hotel with parking and then were made to feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is a little far from the old town, and there is a main road under construction, which slightly affects travel. The smell of the hotel lobby is not very good, the room is quite large, and the facilities and hygiene are pretty good.

Very welcoming hotel with friendly staff :) The room was quite comfortable, however it was a shame that it didn't have a refrigerator. The bathroom is very spacious, it has a bathtub with large mirrors. The hotel has an elevator, which makes it easy to get around, especially with suitcases. We are satisfied with this reservation.

We got there earlier and they told us we can only gwt the room at 2pm . So you need to wait till 2pm . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT TIME .. The standard rooms carpet is ugly . Smells. ac dont work . I've just returned home from 5 weeks at the Golden Tulip along with colleagues working at the Paris 2024 Olympics. On first impressions I must admit that the rooms are a little tired but this in no way affected the comfort or cleanliness. Excellent location just steps from the main beach and about a five-minute walk to the main restaurants and attractions. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and professionally managed.
