The hotel is very good, the services are excellent.  The swimming pool is warm and nice.  If there is a gym room, it will be perfect.  Really enjoy and relax.

Children loved the pool. Breakfast was great. Small room, no cleaning at all during our 3 day stay. Limited food service during lunch and a nice barbecue at dinner. Location is a bit of, you preferably need a car.

Free parking, near the town centre, good for road trip training

It's a bit remote, but it's just a place to rest on the way. Don't ask for too much. The price is a bit expensive.

There aren't many restaurants in the area. Parking is free, but there is a gate bar so you can park safely.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious! The service was also excellent! Nothing to complain about. However, I couldn't get to the rooftop pool. Perhaps it's closed at this time of year 🤷🏼♀️ but it's a 10/10. I definitely recommend it!!! I didn't want to leave.

It's located near the back of Cannes station, making it very convenient. You can get there quickly by taking the underground passage. There are lots of photos of Marilyn Monroe.

The hotel is in a great location – comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and towels are provided. Vesna  was outstanding  kind, calm, and explained everything we needed. This place is just opposite the train station. The overall feeling of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are well done, and the corners are artistic. I like this type of hotel very much!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated, but the mattresses are very hard, which is a downside.

Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

The hotel is right by the train station. The room itself was fantastic, with a small living area and a balcony (though I don't think every room has one). It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water. But the cleaning is average. The location requires driving to get to the old city.

Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed. I recommend you to use the spa. The gym could have more machines. The only negative thing was during the breakfast, the restaurant space is too small and it was very crowded for all those guest.

We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. We have really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights at this hotel, with lovely staff and great food at both restaurants. The pool facilities were great, and the beach is just nearby. Hotel was great in many ways but the photos are very deceptive. We booked the deluxe king room and room was different to photos shown. The bathroom and actual room itself. It doesn't have a shower like the image, it's a bathtub instead. Straight out false advertising don't know how they can do this... Photos of what is advertised and what you get.

I had a very pleasant stay in this Novotel. If there is anything to improve, I hope they could prepare a better breakfast with variety.

Stayed one night in our way from Paris to Alpe Duez . Hotel was very close walk from the Eurostar station . Restaurant onsite was handy for dinner and breakfast . Hotel was clean , reasonably priced and perfect for what we needed .

Handy if you want to be next to the train station and have a quiet night. Impersonal/unfriendly but quiet and convenient. This hotel falls way short of my expectations for a Novotel. I have stayed in better Ibis hotels  than this.

Stay at the Novotel regularly. Although going through a renovation. The new resturant is great. Malek is a great help and nothing is too much trouble.

I've stayed here many times over the years and I was recently disappointed with the "upgraded" rooms. They removed all of the desks (now there is a free standing table not even big enough for a laptop). I will continue to stay there due to the great location next to the train station, but I will wait until the renovations are complete.

The check-in/out process is efficient. We stay for 5 nights and between those nights, some days the tea bags are not being filled in. Thus standardize might be to look into that. A little advise for the Air conditioning (AC), please let the guest control the room temperature considering each has its own comfort to fit. Thanks.

The room layout was perfect for us, with a large double bed and a bunk bed. The hotel receptionist was really nice; even though check-in is usually at 3 PM, he allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 8 AM. To our surprise, he even gave us a bouquet of flowers upon check-out as a Women's Day gift!

The rooms were comfortable, and the old town was within walking distance. The hotel parking lot was about 30 meters away. If you're driving, be sure to pay attention; there are signs and directional markers on the wall near the driver's side. I was using GPS, and ended up circling the hotel twice.

Excellent resort hotel but not near enough to the downtown area (shops and restaurants and waterfront) where the real action is. However, if your goal is golfing, or you have private transportation, you won't be disappointed.
