The location is super, right next to the new bridge, 2 blocks away from Norte dame, louvre, st German restaurants, which we enjoy tremendously just walking around to these lovely places. The room is a bit outdated but ok condition.

The room is a bit dated and isn't cleaned daily, but it's in a great location with a nice environment. Plus, it has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, and there are free drinks downstairs.

Superb stay for a short weekend. The location was ideal, especially if you’re travelling out of NH Paris Gare de l’Est, with the station just steps away. Very convenient and comfortable for a quick trip.

The staff were warm and attentive. Room 501 was spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Gare de l'Est, making it super easy and quick to get around by metro, train, or high-speed rail. There are also many great restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a convenient, central location and offers a generous breakfast spread each morning. However, the gym facilities are quite basic and do not include a treadmill. Novotel Hotel is not far from Bordeaux City Hall and Cathedral. There is a large indoor parking lot next to the hotel, from which you can walk directly to the hotel; there are signs. Large, clean comfortable rooms. Service good and friendly. Car park's a bit tight and a bit of a pain to get in. Easy to find by car and a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to Place de la Comedie. It has a nice pool but very limited number of sunbeds if you do want an hour by it.

The hotel has a recent new owner and has changed to a Radisson Blu. The decor is a little tired, and they say the upgrade starts in October. Service mainly good, though we found the late bar service variable - on Saturday at 2335 we were told there was no bar service as the staff had gone home! Not comparable to other Radisson Blus I have stayed in.

We stayed in an amazing superior suite with outdoor private balcony space. Personally I would have preferred the aircon to go a few degrees lower but can't fault the facilities. The staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful.

Nice and spacious newly refurbished rooms, great breakfast and pool areas... We went there for a couples getaway and it was great but during our time at the hotel there was a big conference and they we're hosting over two hundred people so I guess it is a cool place for a MICe

The staff has been here for years and are the best I have ever worked with in a major city. The Concierge staff is the best of the best - Eric (33yrs), Jeff, Greg and the entire front desk are 5+ star. Tickets, restaurants, shopping and tours will be arranged with perfect detail.

Top floor (8th) have a nice view of the city with a small balcony you can sit on but they are smaller than the rooms on the lower floor. Just decide whether room size or view is more important to you. Staff is excellent and this is the hotel I choose whenever I am in Paris

I really liked the location, it was quiet but still quite close to the main sightseeing places. Very clean, and quite spacious for Paris. Great customer service from Ben who provided us with a room upgrade to a twin room for one of our rooms. Our other room which was a double could be cleaner, especially the toilets. A lovely hotel located in the center of Toulouse. The staff are nice and very helpful. I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast—there’s a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

Maison Astor is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated centrally to all the major tourist sites around Paris. Staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast selection and a lovely bar to relax later in the day with some great cocktails. Would highly recommend.

Stunning hotel. Beautifully located. Staff very helpful and kind. We were at the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Cathedral and city centre. The breakfast was amazing, such a big variety of food options. My kids enjoyed it as well. We don’t have pets but seem to be a pet friendly hotel. We will come back.
