Simple, compact, and yet very well located! My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)

Overall great experience. Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and an attentive staff. I only have one complaint - this hotel seems to be suffering from a rather severe fruit fly infestation. Get that under control and you deserve every one of those 3 stars.

The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Overall fantastic hotel, spacious and clean rooms with pretty views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa. But it is still a good hotel and I would return there as the location is good.

Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

I got so lucky picking a quiet hotel. Location was just far enough from the touristy cathedral square but still close enough to walk to reaching , although strasbourg’s transit system is amazing! I could have stayed further away and still access everything.

We discovered the Menestrel some 10 (or more) years ago. We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)... The personal is always very helpful and very kind in order to make the stay as fine as possible. Everything is perfect at our eyes...

We recently spent for days at Hotel Suisse. It was our fifth or sixth stay at this hotel. We had a large, superior room. Some rooms here are very, very small. If you like small fine. We do not. They have large rooms so make certain you ask for one when making your reservation. Location is perfect, a one minute walk to the Cathedral or the river. This was our second stay. The location is excellent. It is in the midst of one of the most beautiful wine villages in France. It affords you the chance to hike to three nearby chateaus (ruins). It is very quiet and peaceful. Great food all around, and great wine, too.

It's in an interesting location as it's next to the local aerodrome and also the Statue of liberty is just a few mins walk. The service was friendly in the bar area and the breakfast was of a high standard with a good selection

Nice hotel Very nice budget hotel if you plan to stay 1-2 days in the Colmar city. Not far away from the city centre, less than 10 mins drive. If you plan to visit the wine factory close by, the location is also goods.

We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. My stay at hotel Ibis in Colmar. This was not an exclusive kind of hotel but it was very fresh and the service standard was outstanding. I am 73 years old and have stayed at hotel all over the world but very seldom experienced this kind of service level. If I ever will come back to Colmar I will for sure book at this hotel once again.
