Enya, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, answering lots of questions always with a smile and explaining very clearly the system for parking our bikes in very secure parking

What a great hotel! The bed was a little hard and it could have used a few more pillows, but it had air conditioning! The staff there was so great. If you go there be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked

Amazing view, very comfortable bed and clean room. Also nice breakfast with eggs and croissants. Some might find the morning bells from the cathedral, thin walls or small rooms disturbing, but it was still great for me.

There are restaurants around the area-better for breakfast but in the evenings they require reservations (nothing to do with hotel). I would stay here again because of the location and friendly staff

The only real issue was access: I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator, and no staff offered to help, either on arrival or departure — which was disappointing

The tourist train stop is right outside, and it’s just 8–10 minutes’ walk to the boat tours and around 20 minutes to the train station

My room was small but cozy, very clean, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom

The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy

Centrally located hotel surrounded with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. Spacious clean rooms at very competitive rates make this boutique hotel an extremely good value

The room was clean, and there were two oil heaters, so there were no issues with warmth. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but certainly manageable

If I ever visit this area again, I'd definitely consider staying here

There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light

The spa is top notch, top decor and great stainless steel swimming pool

Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean

We especially enjoyed the fresh juices from the juicer, what a treat! Do not hesitate to add carrots and ginger, it allows you to compose divine juices (apple + orange + carrot + ginger for example) enough to face beautiful hikes in the surrounding mountains or swallow the hundreds of kilometers that separate us of our next step without any difficulty

A beautiful gem very conveniently located, on a busy yet charming street with great choices of restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques…etc. It’s a family owned beautiful hotel with 37 rooms

Mention ++++ for the breakfast buffet, there is everything, lots of good things, sweet, savory (and good, we are in Alsace), everything is delicious, healthy and fresh

Clean room within walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff were super friendly and helpful - they treated me well as a solo traveller even though they had a very large group staying too

Nice and cozy. Correct personal. It Was super clean (we were a bit afraid bc we read come comments about it but trust me, it was a 10) Didn’t have breakfast so I don’t know how good it was.

People with poor sleep should not choose this hotel. We stayed for one night for convenience and didn't care. Not all rooms have small balconies, but we are still very lucky

There is a Carrefour supermarket behind the hotel, which is about 20 minutes walk from Little Venice. If the weather is good, you can walk there

A big plus is they have flooring instead of carpets which feels much cleaner. A big plus is we could already check in at 12:00

The hotel is right next to the railway, about 8 minutes walk. Our room faces the railway and the noise is a bit loud. Even with the double-layer French windows closed, there is still noise

Clean room, well designed in black and white, clean bath and toilet, comfort bed, blinds at the window. The biggest plus is the breakfast, which was really amazing. I admit, this is an importand point for me

Great selection of cold and warm food, spicy saussages and sweet cream, fruits, desserts, drinks. You start the day happy, you save money for lunch. And they have a turntable, playing vinyl

Location unbeatable, near the train station and city center. Outstanding personel at front desk. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Breakfast included with booking, and very complete!

The Ibis Styles Strasbourg Centre is next to the main train station, a supermarket is opposite, first big plus. City and all the sights can be reached by footwalk

Also pleasant service, everybody of the staff was friendly. All in all: I can recommand the Ibis Styles Strasbourg Centre and would book here again

Everything was really okay at my stay, the room was ready when I arrived, even before check in time (I wrote a note before)

Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and an attentive staff. I only have one complaint - this hotel seems to be suffering from a rather severe fruit fly infestation

Breakfast was a special treat with a very diverse buffet, attractive tableware, and attentive service. The room for three adults was comfortable, and the separate toilet was a real plus

I want a substantial refund because the establishment knows the problems with this room and continues to rent it at this price, pretending that it has the same level of standing as the other rooms, it is a scam

However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa

Great place with a pool near the city center. Pool is for small kids or just hanging out, not for laps. Nice rooms, friendly service, found street parking every day right out front. No problems whatsoever.

Great location for the Christmas markets, just 2 blocks to get there. Hotel was lovely, room was great and staff were helpful and spoke beautiful English. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food

The only thing I would have liked to see was a room safe. Not so fun walking around a city with your passport and lots of cash in your pockets. Otherwise, a very good hotel with an outstanding location.

Superb location to explore Strasbourg as the hotel is on the edge of Kleber square, so there's people noise outside but quiet with windows closed and adds to the feel of the location

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. There was a Christmas market at the exit. It was not noisy, but you could hear it well from the neighboring rooms

Rooms were clean and fresh and nicely all individual. However shower is over bath and it is a large step in and out if that is a problem. Breakfast was very nice and well presented and friendly staff

Our stay at La Maison Des Tetes - Relais & Châteaux was simply magical ! The 17th-century building is absolutely unique and is on an ideal location allowing easy walking access to all of Colmar's attractions, such as "Little Venice" and the Unterlinden Museum

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay in Colmar at this beautiful hotel. The room facing the main street one floor up from ground was spacious and cozy

Also it has a nice bath tub which was great way to warm up after exploring the villages in the winter. This is definitely the best place to stay if you want to explore Colmar!

The bathroom was also wonderful, with high-quality amenities and a large walk-in shower. The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful, and eager to offer excellent suggestions

We discovered the Menestrel some 10 (or more) years ago. We went there each year for the Easter Period (not during the covid period of course) and this year also and hope to be able to do so the next year(s)

This hotel is excellent, very friendly, close to the village with a great parkinplace away from the street. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days very much and would like to come back a other time. We recommend this hotel!

Fairly nice hotel for a quick trip. It was air conditioned, which was nice. The WiFi worked okay, not great. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and a very small, yet very quaint town.

We stayed with my 1year old in the Chateau apartment. It was spacious clean, well equipped, the staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate and overall price was in line with our experience

The hotel provides everything you need. ideal for bicycling in the area. Free parking, close to the city center (10 minutes to walk)

The hotel is very central with only a short walk to the cathedral and the 3 museums in the Palais Rohan. There are many restaurants a short walk away, including the Rimini which is very good, just round the corner

Staff here are always attentive and will make dinner or taxi reservations for you. There is a nice elevator large enough for two people and baggage. This is our favorite place to stay in Strasbourg

The hotel is in a great location at the top of the street that runs through the town. You are not in the big crowds of holidaymakers. Restaurant is very good. Staff is rather French in approach but welcoming.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast too expensive. Pool/sauna could be booked for free, but sauna was broken and none of the massage outlets in the pool worked. Parking fairly adventurous.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. The room was very clean & big. The front desk staffs were also nice. The location is perfect close to a lot of attractions, shopping malls & restaurants

The location is perfect!!!! So near to the centre. The room was clean and comfortable!!! It is next to a big mall that haw evything inside!!! And it has a parking underground too!

I will say that the parking for this hotel is located in the bottom of a parking structure under an adjacent building and the lights are on sensors and will only come on when there is motion

Our room also had a mini kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and pots and pans. We did not utilize any of these items, but it appeared that you have to clean them yourself if you do

Nice hotel Very nice budget hotel if you plan to stay 1-2 days in the Colmar city. Not far away from the city centre, less than 10 mins drive. If you plan to visit the wine factory close by, the location is also goods.

We stayed only one night but it was a pleasure. Staff were super helpful and kind. Food is available 24/7 at the lobby at a very reasonable price. They even have tap Beer at the front desk

It's in an interesting location as it's next to the local aerodrome and also the Statue of liberty is just a few mins walk

Located in the centre of the city. Walkable to the Christmas Markets, restaurants and more. It has a pool and spa that comes included. The room was small, which it was still no problem for 2 persons

From the 4 stars given and photos shown for this hotel, I was expecting something a whole lot more than what we had. The room was so small, we could barely get around in it, and we aren’t large people

The house and the rooms are in a likeable, past-decades-style and - for example - a big reproduction of an 19th-century picture of a local factory in the room is a very nice alternative to the standard-modern-"art" so many hotels display

This is a quiet hotel compared to Salvador BW location and nearer to the train station and less modern than the Salvador location. Salvador location is closer to the shopping street and right beside the main road

There is no toothbrush/paste, pls bring your own. Comes with 1B1S towels and 1 shower cum shampoo gel. 2 complimentary mineral water. It is easy to walk to the shopping street. The smell of the hotel is really nice

Overnight Salsbourg hotel Parking a real nightmare like any city but the hotel was great value for money and the bed was wonderfully comfortable which was such a relief due to our long drive from Calais

Very comfortable and conveniently located close to main attractions, such as the cathedral. The host was very kind and helpful too.

Also there are no lifts so if you end up on the 4th floor like we were, it was a steep climb up 4 flights of stairs with luggage !
