A quality, friendly, inexpensive hotel option
Clean room with a great view, very friendly and informative staff, good coffee. About a 20 minute walk from the Seine/Notre Dame and 20 minutes from the Opera House. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby.

I stayed here for a week while visiting Paris for the first time. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, my room was quiet and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. There are very steep stairs here, but there is an elevator from the front desk. If it goes all the way to the ground floor, I never saw where, so if you have mobility issues, you may want to call for that information.

I enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was always clean, and my room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. It was easy to get anywhere by walking or by metro, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Paris in the failing
Too many stairs to climb and hard to get to room. Too much room noise from other rooms. Location is poor. Too much traffic. It took 40 minutes for cabs to go just 3-4 km. Making a cab ride expensive. But that was cabs. Uber rides were much quicker. Stay away from cab rides. Way too many people in Paris.

The experience was horrible. The room was small and clearly the room insulation was weak as the people stay next to me can hear the smallest sound I have made. (Then the reception kept calling me and blaming me).
The reception is at “0”floor however everyone have to climb up (with their heavy luggages) one floor to the reception as there’s no elevator at”-1”floor( which is normally level 0 ).
Unfortunately, tho the room and services were bad, the attitude of the stuff was even worse. The old man who served at reception was extremely rude and uncomprehending. ( he old af:) )
Im writing just to show u guys how bad my experience was, maybe the stuff will be nice to y’all when hes in good mood.

This hotel has a lot of potential but the reason for my review is cleanliness. Sadly there were some hairs both in the shower basin and on the radiator in the bathroom. The bathroom also had cracked tiles and the toilet seat was severely stained. Considering the price I paid I would generally expect better. There were also the odd bug found in the room.
Apart from that the staff were helpful in giving suggestions for Paris but cleanliness is the main priority in a hotel room so it was a shame the bathroom was not so clean. I also think they should refresh the room a little and fix cracked tiles and flooring issues

Okay but cleanliness could be improved
The hotel is okay however the cleanliness could be improved. There were hairs in the bathroom still which was off putting. In addition the room was pretty worn with cracks in some times and also some gaps in the ceiling and flooring. There are definitely worse hotels in Paris but considering the price there are definitely better options too. However the staff were super friendly and helpful for everything as well

Love this hotel! Easy walk to the Notre-Dame Cathedral. The owner and Jack were so helpful, highlighting maps & giving us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

my worst stay in the whole 3 years trip in.Europe. and wasted me a long time on their own mistake. The owner argued with me about the payment of the city tax. they insisted I didn't pay for the city tax, and started to abuse me and threatened me to call the policeman. even though i showed my payment record, the boss just said, i don't care, you didn't pay. and forced me to pay again. I tried to prove it by different ways, they all ignore, and shouted at me. finally, it was proved that it was their mistake. which took me 1 hours, and made me unhappy for the whole say. the owner said he will send me an apology email but nothing i received.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Paris both on foot and by metro. the personnel is always present 24 by 7 and always very kind. The entrance of the hotel is always guarded.

Should I go back to Paris I would certainly choose the same hotel.
