5 floors with no elevator!
What sort of absolute shi housery is this?
I have a bad knee i can not walk for 100 meters

Location super comfort. 20 minutes walking to the Seine, 30 minutes from l’ile de Paris.
Metropolitan station at 3 minutes walking. Great.
Less great the window (it was noisy and cold, they are not isolating enough). Same for the walls… we could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms.
Overall, price-services is balanced. I recommend the place for a short visit to Paris.

Nice place, very clean. Small bathroom with shower not separated from the rest of the bathroom. Walls are lite so you can ear all noises (both from outside the from rooms nearby). Windows blind do not cover 100%, so if you wanna sleep with no lights, better wear a sleeping mask.

Not a bad place in a good location close to both Le Marais and the Gare de L'Est. with air conditioning. A kettle was provided but only flimsy paper cups for some bizarre reason, which for two British guests was a bit disappointing!

Really nice small hotel. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Very reasonable price-quality value. The only con: a couple of mice inside the place, just next to the lobby... but that's Paris! I really enjoyed my stay and think that it is a very good option to consider while visiting the city.

Very nice place!
The price quality range is perfect. Functional clean rooms. It was very warm when we entered the first time, however fine. The location is good, easy excess to the metro and in 30 minutes walk in the centre.

This place has very friendly, welcoming staff, and the location was great. The metro is a short walk away, and there’s a laundry and supermarket close by. The rooms were okay - ideal for a brief home base but not for a long stay.

Good bed but room smelled like nicotine with windows closed from people smoking in the backyard. But worst, I forgot my airpods pro and could see for days they were in the hotel. Emails were not answered and when I eventually called them they said they did not find it, while location said it was there. Well hope the cleaner or somebody who works there enjoys them now

as a solo traveler this place was vibrant, friendly, affordable, and the room was big. the window was big enough for a solid breeze. the concierges were so kind. I overloaded the power my last night, flipped the circuit, and the desk was so helpful. the espresso machine saved my life. the location was so walkable and cool.
