We got a room upgrade so that was nice of them. Hotel has many shops, groceries, restaurants nearby! It is also around 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower.

We had a pleasant stay at Mercure Paris Eiffel. The hotel is well located, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, which made sightseeing very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. A solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Paris.

Only provided one shampoo/shower gel and make my hair so dried and the bath floor is very slippery. As a mercure, I expected more safety precautions manage better but this is not. Hopefully the GM can look into it.

Location is good within walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Metro is right across hotel entrance. We arrived early and hotel staff was very nice to let us check in early. Room was small, a bit outdated and a little too warm. There is no air conditioning in the room. We only stayed for one night so it didn't bother us too much. Our room has a good view of Eiffel Tower. We can see Eiffel Tower sparkling at night. We enjoyed the view very much! Breakfast food item was average but has good varieties of quality coffee and tea.

You can see the upper part of the Eiffel Tower from the window. The transportation is very convenient, with Line 6 just a minute away. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. Although it's next to the subway, there's basically no noise. There's a Carrefour a few minutes' walk away.

The location is excellent, right by the subway station and very close to the Eiffel Tower. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, and although not huge, it offered great value for the price.

I love the location of the hotel. It was very close to the metro. It was close to lots of restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was good a little pricey, but overall, I would stay at this hotel again the front desk staff was amazing. The cleaning crew that cleaned our room. Every day was great. I would give my stay a nine out of 10. Another plus I had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

The place feels a little old (manual turnstile and the single lift closes really slow) and small (found it difficult to open our luggages). However, I do understand that Paris hotels could be small and expensive in general. The location was good too since the metro is across the road and walkable distance to Eiffel. Cleanliness of the room was good too. A minor point that was quite irritating for me was the hanger in the toilet - towel kept slipping down hitting the toilet rolls below and making a mess haha..

Upon checking in, staff were not friendly. One of them named Maimunah was rude. I then spoke to the duty Manager. She made the entire situation better. Having said that, the location is perfect!

Loved this hotel — highly recommended!
The metro station is just across the street, and it’s within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many other top attractions. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab essentials during your stay. Super convenient for exploring Paris!
