I stayed at the Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle and the experience was very positive overall. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with friendly and professional staff.
The “Privilege” room was very comfortable and well equipped, including a minibar with complimentary items, as well as organic juices and tea—details that I really appreciated. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and also extremely convenient for public transport, with the metro only a 30 seconds walk away.
Another plus was the 12:00 checkout time, which made the stay feel relaxed and unhurried. Overall, a great choice for comfort, location, and quality of service.

The location is superb, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The room size and condition were decent, and it offered great value for money! However, when I first entered, there was a strong musty smell. I figured out why: the shower stall's threshold design seems flawed. If you just turn on the shower without aiming it at yourself, the water floods the bathroom floor and seeps out, soaking the carpet in the main room. I suspect this is causing the moldy smell underneath.
Despite that, everyone was kind, and I could store my luggage. The Eiffel Tower is close (you can even see the tip of it, haha!), and I frequently enjoyed running along the Seine River. All in all, it's not a bad option for its value.

Great location! It's an 18-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a metro station right across from the hotel entrance that goes directly to the Louvre in just a few stops.
When we checked in, the hotel even upgraded our room. We were on the first floor, so no Eiffel Tower view, but it was very quiet. I imagine higher floors might get a bit of noise from the nearby metro.

First off, the hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right next to a metro station, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in just over 10 minutes. Getting to attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame by metro takes about 20 minutes.
What really surprised me was that for a seemingly decent-sized hotel, my floor only had 5 rooms on one side. You step out of the elevator and are practically at the end of the hallway – the space is shockingly small. The room itself isn't huge, just barely sufficient. Only one room on the floor gets good natural light; the others are quite dim.
There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant about a 15-minute walk away. The Western-style breakfast was perfect for me as someone who works out regularly, but it might not be ideal for those accustomed to Chinese cuisine. They do have a gym, but it's very small – good enough for a quick workout if you're on a short trip. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here.

We got a room upgrade so that was nice of them. Hotel has many shops, groceries, restaurants nearby! It is also around 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower.

We had a pleasant stay at Mercure Paris Eiffel. The hotel is well located, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, which made sightseeing very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. A solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Paris.

Only provided one shampoo/shower gel and make my hair so dried and the bath floor is very slippery. As a mercure, I expected more safety precautions manage better but this is not. Hopefully the GM can look into it.
