Maison Albar Hotels Le Diamond in Paris

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and Opéra. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!

A five-star hotel at a lower price point, but it really didn't live up to the standard. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers an excellent value for money—luxurious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.

A special thank you to the entire staff: incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always willing to help. They truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of, fulfilling every request with genuine kindness.

Great location near Gare Saint Lazare with easy access to the metro. Really comfortable bed and clean and stylish room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful bi lingual staff. Would stay again.

Maison Albar Le Diamond is a beautiful and good-value boutique hotel located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris — a central and convenient area, though not the quietest. It’s close to the city’s main train stations, major shopping streets, and several of Paris’s classic landmarks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to assist at almost any time of day or night, which adds a genuinely welcoming feel. The lobby is clean and functional, though the black décor has begun to look a little tired and could use a refresh to bring back its original elegance.

The rooms are comfortable and well-sized for central Paris. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot Paris summer, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was a good size, though casting could be smoother. The only real issue was the carpet starting to lift slightly in places.

The bathroom, with its sleek black finish, was attractive but compact for two people. The lighting could be brighter, and a shower door would help prevent water from spilling onto the floor. Ventilation was limited, and the absence of an AC vent meant opening the window at times — which unfortunately allowed insects in due to the lack of a screen.

I didn’t use the restaurant during my stay, though that was expected — being in Paris, there’s no shortage of excellent dining options just a short walk away.

The neighborhood can feel a bit busy and touristy, but it’s convenient and well connected by metro and train. Despite small imperfections, the hotel is quiet, well-cooled, and overall very comfortable.

In summary, Maison Albar Le Diamond offers a pleasant and comfortable stay at a strong value for Paris. You could easily spend several times more elsewhere and not receive better service or comfort. With minor improvements — refreshed décor, better bathroom ventilation, and slightly more frequent linen changes — this could easily become one of the city’s best boutique hotels in its category.

A hotel in a typical Parisian French building, with views of the Eiffel Tower and the bustling streets around the train station from the top floor. There are many Chinese restaurants and other eateries nearby. It's a 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. The hotel itself, including the service, is very French. Overall, I'm satisfied!

The location is in a great. 2 minutes walk from the metro, a 5 minute walk from great cafes and 10 minute walk from some of the best shopping in Paris. The louvre, the Eiffel Tower and the other museums are just minutes away on the metro. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and treated us very well. Our room was always clean and made. It helped make our first trip to Paris absolutely great!

What a fantastic stay! An elegant five star hotel! Location is perfect. Even though it is next to the railway station but the sound proof is perfect, very quiet in the room. We had a good rest. Very safe too. You can easily get to anywhere especially doing shopping. The room is big since they upgraded our room to an executive room. They provided complimentary stuff: coffee and tea and cookies sometimes. The breakfast is mediocre but healthy.

Very nice stay. Good and clean rooms. Prime location. Expensive prices but maybe it’s because of the season. Good staff especially the 2 ladies in the reception BUT the person working at night shift is not cooperative nor patient. Good room service. They don’t provide the room facilities such as toothbrush, shaving kit, water and comb unless you request them. Basic and normal breakfast and although the waiter person is providing a good service BUT he is not friendly at all. I recommend anyway.
