Hôtel de La Perdrix Rouge in Paris

I wanted to make a reservation over the phone. I had to try twice (always calling from Switzerland!) to obtain a reservation confirmation by email, in a format that was impossible to save and whose prices were not detailed. Both times, I had to deal with staff who were not very alert (that's an understatement!), incapable of transcribing my e-mail address correctly (even though it was carefully spelled: "A" like Albert, "B" like Béatrice... When I sent an email back asking for confirmation with detailed prices in an accessible format, and expressed that I would happily welcome a small discount, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been canceled!.. Execrable and unprofessional.

The hotel made a booking error the staff was not at all accommodating the location is convenient the rooms are clean The breakfast room is not inviting but there is a café next door
