My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing no sense of hospitality or professionalism. Instead of making guests feel welcome, their attitude created stress and discomfort throughout my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

My concern is not about the rules themselves, but about how the situation was handled.

• On arrival, I immediately paid for an extra room once I understood the requirement, yet we were still threatened with a call to the police.
• At check-out, I was only about 30 minutes late, but again the threat of calling the police was used.

I believe these matters could have been managed with clearer communication and without intimidation. Other hotels on the same trip explained similar policies in a calm, friendly manner and simply applied the appropriate extra charges.

I hope you can see that my feedback is meant to help improve how future situations are addressed, so that guests feel respected even when policies must be enforced.

The hotel is not truly a boutique hotel as advertised. The room was extremely small — so small that a medium-sized suitcase could only be opened on the bed. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. Although the hotel claims to have been recently renovated, it already looks quite worn and dated. The advertising should be more honest and accurate.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient.

The room environment I think the classic room is more cozy and better than the deluxe room. Don't use the hotel's conditioner, you will smell a strange smell. I hope the hotel can improve it. Thank you
