We had a booking for March (in 2 weeks). Today we were told that the hotel will spontaneously close for renovations. They could not give us any offers for other hotels or any certainty that their partner hotels had availability. Very unreliable, do not recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but sufficient. Location was perfect close to Saint Lazare station.

All the staff were kind and easy to talk to, and I had a very comfortable time. It was a little disappointing that the hair dryer didn't work at times, but the room and bathroom were very clean and nice. The room was small, so it was a little difficult to spread out my luggage, but the security between the station and the hotel was fine, and the location was good, so I was very satisfied.

Decided to stay here during our Paris vacation. Location is great, subway is around 3 min walking distance and employees are friendly and helpful. Needed couple of things for my toddler and they were happy to help. Breakfast was good but could have more selection of things for that price. Overall was happy to stay here.

Convenient transportation, there is a subway station just a few minutes away. You can park in the parking lot next to it, and the hotel accommodation is discounted at 17 euros a day. The room is not big, and the breakfast variety is a bit limited. The front desk service attitude is good, and you can store your luggage for free.

It is placed near the Saint-Lazare station, so It was really comfortable to go anywhere. The bathroom was a little small, but the water pressure was strong.
Also, the clients were very nice. Especially, the black lady with reggae hair was good. Thank her.

My daughter and I met in Paris for this short vacation together and we had a great time. We loved the balcony ( which was the only room with a balcony). I wish it had been a longer vacation, but we utilized our time and saw quite a lot of Paris.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Location is AWESOME. Close to saint lazare station puts you anywhere in paris with a 3 min walk to many metro lines. The area also has good nightlife, with most cafes open until 1 or 2 AM. Ver safe to walk around.

Hotel staff is SO friendly and attentive. Room service, great. The price was excellent. I recommend this hotel due to location, customer service, and price point.

We stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with the service, we were supposed to only stayed for 3 nights but because of the hospitality of the staff we cancelled our booking in another hotel and extended our stay at this hotel. We stayed in the room with the one and only balcony they have, it was clean and the bathroom have a bath tub and a drying heating rack which was super helpful as we were traveling with Twin Babies who needs clean clothes. The location was also great and the train station that is connected to the metro and train to disneyland. All and all was a good stay! Will definitely stay at this hotel again should we ever travel to Paris again.
