The location is perfect, right next to the Louvre, very convenient to go anywhere! The service is terrible. The hotel's washer-dryer combo is awful; the door wouldn't open after the cycle ended. Everyone knows you need to wait for the washing machine to cool down before opening it, but this one just wouldn't open. The hotel called someone, but they couldn't open it either, saying it could only be opened the next day. I had to take the train the next day with my clothes soaking wet… I strongly suggest not going to any hotel just because they have a washer-dryer combo! It's useless and can't dry anything.

The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. Absolutely no service. The hotel is hard to find, and no one helped with my luggage. When I discovered the heating was out, I tried to contact the front desk using the phone in my room, but the phone was dead! After going downstairs and speaking with the front desk, they promised to bring up a heater, but it never arrived—completely forgotten. A repairman didn't come until the next morning. Terrible. I don't recommend it at all.

Clef du Louvre Paris
The hotel's location is fantastic. It's close to the Louvre, the Orangerie, and the Musee d'Orsay. The scenery is breathtaking, and I could easily clock 10,000 steps walking!
The rooms are classic, exuding an artistic atmosphere. The small balcony is nice, though it's not big enough for a table or a drink.
The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There's a convenience store nearby, as well as a number of Japanese restaurants. I tried two, and both were excellent. The prices are reasonable.
The hotel breakfast was okay, but it didn't change much over the past few days, so I opted for the cafe. The restaurant staff were friendly and professional.

The Louvre is a 5-minute walk away. Lines 1 and 7 are nearby, making it convenient for commuting. The suite's sofa converts into a double bed, perfect for a family of three. The room is compact yet functional. There's a washer-dryer that allows for single-use washing but not single-use drying. Turn right and 20 meters away you'll find a popular Japanese ramen restaurant, perfect for stimulating your taste buds and soothing a stomach plagued by Western cuisine. However, the high oil and salt content is so salty it makes you choke. Eating it twice a day is definitely unhealthy.

We stayed 4 days, with children. The location IS perfect. The rooms are very clean, bed IS confortable (althought not quite The sofá/bed). The room was silent. The breakfast was so good! The BEST, The staff, so welcoming, so kind, nice and willing to help in every possible way. Thank you

The room was terrible, and service was non-existent. Around 2 AM, a piece of the ceiling suddenly fell, and the air conditioner started leaking water. There was no staff available in the middle of the night. In the morning, we reported the situation to the front desk. After waiting two hours, no one bothered to tell us what they were going to do about it. Our request for a room change was ignored. When we asked again, they said we wouldn't be moved if the ceiling could be repaired (a rude, overweight white man at the front desk was particularly unhelpful and impolite). We booked this hotel for three nights, at approximately 8000 RMB per night. There was no service, and they clearly don't care about their guests at all. We couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. When we returned at noon, the room still hadn't been fixed. We were then forced to wait uncomfortably on a sofa for over an hour. So, I paid good money for a room, only for it to be used for the hotel's repairs to the AC and ceiling. Guests shouldn't have to bear the burden of the hotel's own problems. I will never book this hotel again!

The location is excellent, close to a lot of famous galleries and convenient traffic. Calling Uber is always within 5 min.

I really recommend this hotel. It has a great location near the Louvre and is very convenient for travel. It is also very cheap among the five-star hotels in Paris. The room is very large, with one bedroom and one living room. The room quality is in no way inferior to a five-star hotel that costs ten thousand per night. I am very satisfied and regret not booking a few more nights.
