Absolutely amazing staffs. I lost my wallet on the first day of arrival but the staff was very helpful to take me to police station. I didn’t have any hope of getting it back but I did! very nice and cozy hotel in good location. I would stay again.

The service is good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and close to attractions. Because it is an old house renovation, the space is still a bit cramped, the shower and bathtub in the bathroom are not easy to use together, and there are not many breakfast varieties.

The Richemont Opera Hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of major attractions and convenient transportation. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the details are attentive, making you feel at home. Great place to stay in paris Loved staying here! The hotel was in a great location. Breakfast included was good. They kindly looked after our bags while we explored Paris before checking in properly in the evening. Room was clean, also loved the reception area. I stayed at the Allegro hotel for 6 nights. The location were great, about 4-5mins to nearest metro station, 30secs to nearest bus and taxi stop. The rooms were also nice, bathroom small, but clean. Price/quality and localisation - perfect! If you are looking for hotel not in center (but about 15-20mins with RER or metro to center) it will be very good choice.

Located right at an intersection, across from a supermarket, the location is a real plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Out of the way of the tourist area. Wifi is so slow as to be useless unless you long for the days of dial-up with a 28k modem.

I came to see the Champions League and decided to stay here because there were a lot of Koreans. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the soccer field. The hotel is good for one person. The hotel's location right by the Arc de Triomphe is super convenient for getting around. It's also really quiet at night and very clean. Highly recommend! The front desk staff even mentioned they accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, which is a nice touch.

The location is excellent, right next to the Arc de Triomphe, and there are many great restaurants nearby. They even had instant noodles for breakfast, which was perfect for someone who doesn't particularly enjoy Western food. The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to visit Notre Dame and the Louvre. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. The room has a kettle and the facilities are relatively new. After all, it is an Accor hotel. However, it was a bit noisy upstairs in the morning. I don't know if it was a garbage truck or something else.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room was much smaller than expected for a Deluxe category, and it was located right in front of the elevator. The walls are thin, so I could hear other guests throughout the night. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit.

I enjoyed looking at the cityscape from the window every day. There are bistros, bars, supermarkets, etc. in the surrounding area, making it convenient for shopping for miscellaneous goods and clothes. The hotel's laundry service took a long time, so it was nice to be able to use the nearby coin laundry.

The best thing about this hotel is its great location. It was easy to get around by bus or metro. I was able to easily access the airport by metro, which saved me a lot on transportation costs. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and a supermarket is right nearby. I was able to request two single beds, and the coin laundry nearby had been renovated.
