We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.
No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. Only one of the two hammam cabins was functional, and its condition left much to be desired. The pool offered little privacy, as it was overlooked by the restaurant.
Good spot. Spacious rooms. The location is very convenient and well-suited. Varied breakfast.
Vlotte check-in (out)! Staff is vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Comfortable bed and excellent bar and breakfast buffet. Rooms need better independent Air Conditioning- but opening the window at night was helpful.
Hotel and facilities are clean, service by staff is very good, aside from Sidiki who has a rude attitude and speaks no English. Rooms are nice and roomy with modern decor. Breakfast at an extra charge is good kids eat for free. Has parking for 30 Euro a night. Overall hotel is good, the only thing I didn't like was that the pool opens at 10:30 am which is kinda late.

Short time buss travel ; is ok 👍 small rooms, arr 8-9sqm. No  have chair.breakfast is ok 👍
Great hotel in a super convenient location. It is straight opposite Gare du Nord, very well connected to the rest of Paris. The staff is super friendly. Room is small, but it is a decent size for a hotel in Paris at that price point (I booked “medium”). Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking at good value for money in a super convenient location
I really loved this hotel and want to come back. The location is convenient. The room was spacious, and I had one with a balcony. The breakfast was the most decent I've had, now I have something to compare it to. Overall, I'm so glad I found this hotel!
We stayed at this magnificent hotel during New Year's week. The room was wonderful, very personalized and cozy, equipped with every comfort, and had a splendid balcony overlooking Gare du Nord. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and courteous. The hotel's location is exceptional. The metro is practically right outside the entrance, allowing quick access to all strategic points in Paris. The rooms...
The hotel's location is superb, and the facilities are very well-designed and modern. I've stayed at the 25hours hotel in Florence before, and decided to try the one in Paris this time – absolutely no disappointment! Both the rooms and the lobby are incredibly stunning. Actually, the area around the train station isn't as bad as some might think, so there's no need to worry too much. Plus, there's...
Compared to the 25H in Jakarta I stayed at before, this one can't really compete in terms of facilities or service. The location right by the North Station entrance is convenient for transport. The room was tiny, there was no kettle, and even the hairdryer was missing (and the front desk didn't even know it was gone!). Luckily, I always carry my own. Breakfast offered only a few options, I just grabbed...

Not bad at all! I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and there are quite a few Chinese guests here. It's really convenient for transportation too, with a metro station nearby. The hotel breakfast is great – I ate it for four days straight! Plus, there's a rooftop bar with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The best part? The mini-bar in the room fridge is complimentary! That's a huge bonus,...
The room is on the smaller side, so be prepared for that, but thankfully it's clean and tidy. The Black gentleman at reception and the white lady were both very nice. Plus, the hotel is right across from a police station, which made us feel super safe~
Extremely convenient, located just 120 meters from Metro Line 12. There are also a convenience store, bakery, and pizza place nearby, making daily life very easy. We booked an executive room which included a mini-bar, restocked daily. The breakfast offered fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Overall, the room provided great value for money. Highly recommended!
Facilities: The facilities are complete, and breakfast is decent. The hotel is located opposite a police station, which makes it feel safe. Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient, with plenty of dining options just downstairs. I passed by the Eiffel Tower (on my way there). Service: The front desk staff can speak Chinese, which is very convenient.
Great location and breakfast was decent. It was a bit noisy though, being right next to the police station. The hotel is on a one-way street, and most attractions are within about a kilometer's walk, which is quite convenient.
The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby. Being directly across from the police station made us feel very safe, and it was relatively quiet at night. The room felt a bit cramped because of the extra sofa bed, but it was just about functional. All the essential facilities were there. I appreciated the water dispenser located by the elevators on our floor! Every staff member we encountered...

Just following up with what David Wittevert wrote about this hotel which is completely ridiculous and stupid wrong. Have been staying in this hotel for almost 2years now when ever in Paris. The manager and staffs are very friendly and kind you are welcome with a smile and you feel at home. This David of a person is a rude individual pay no attention to him .
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. 10/10 would recommend.
Good place because is close to MOULIN ROUGE...The services is good. Maria Julien is very nice and professional. The breakfast is not enought. Furniture needs updating...
Got to Hotel le Cardinal late Friday night. The staff was quick, courteous, and professional. They helped us get our key quickly. The room was quite sizable, clean, fresh, and smelled good. It was a good feeling after a long drive. The outlets take 220v but not with round adapters (see foto). They allow dogs here which is perfect! The elevator is quick. The shower is really nice and so is the bathroom...
The hotel is well located in between two central tube station The staff is really nice and the rooms are well sized and clean. Definetely, I would recommend the stay:)

Well located hotel near to gare montparnasse, the metro and multiple bus stops for transport.
Closed proximity to the train station. Exit by back door which leads straight to the train station. Great for staying if travelling via train. Each level has a water dispenser at the lift lobby. View from the hotel room in the photo.
Kind of expensive for the size of the room and the amenities at the hotel !   It is a bit far from tourist attractions
Very nice hotel at walking distance from the city center, just 20-30min of walk through beautiful Paris. The personnel is very kind, especially Maria from the buffet - she was of great help and we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Thank you Maria and everyone at Novotel Montparnas!
The location was good, there is no restaurants or cafes on that street, the walk to the Eiffel Tower was rather too long. Breakfast was pretty good too, so make sure you get that option. The room was ok, there isn't proper climate control, we were always pretty hot even though we turned the controller to 5deg. The toilet doesn't have a sink, so you have to walk on the otherside of the room to the bathroom...
Room was large, modern and clean. Water pressure is very low, had problems flushing the toilet. Breakfast was good quality, but it would be better if chef can fry some eggs, warm the waffles and pancakes so we can choose these instead of the waiting for everyone to fry their own eggs or wait in long queues for the waffle maker. There were some cobwebs in the breakfast area. The hotel was a bit difficult...

We are a family of four and stayed in an executive room (queen bed and sofa bed), which was comfortable and perfectly suited our needs. The train line and metro station right on the doorstep were incredibly convenient, especially for our day trip to Disney. From the hotel, it’s an easy 10-minute walk to the Louvre. You could also walk to many other iconic Parisian sites, but when travelling with children...
The location is superb, super convenient, right outside the subway station exit. Next to it is a large shopping mall and various local eateries, so it's easy to buy anything or find a place to eat. The room size is reasonable (don't expect large rooms in European hotels), and it has all the necessary amenities. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, which was annoying...
My family of 4 had a wonderful stay here this past New Year’s Eve holiday week. Traveling with young toddlers to a new country is no easy feat but the staff here were so kind and compassionate to my youngsters at every opportunity. They also had great amenities on the property. The breakfast was worth the extra cost - it helped us get fueled for every day. My kids particularly loved the afternoon snack...
This is a serviced apartment, so it has a kitchen where you can heat up food. There's a coffee bar in the lobby. We only realized on the second day that the subway entrance was very close to us. The hotel is convenient in every aspect, and the facilities are all new. Definitely worth staying.
Absolutely loved our stay in Novotel Les Halles. Aside from the really fun and convenient location, we got the best service. We would like to express our gratitude particularly to Han from front desk. I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and public transportation. Despite the hotel being on a busy street with restaurants that was busy at the weekend I encountered no issues with street noise. Montparnasse is a good location for Paris. A nice area to explore that is busy but not overly touristy...
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The location is fantastic, just about a 5-minute walk from the Line 13 metro station. There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, and in the evening, you can even pop into Monoprix and Auchan supermarkets for some shopping.
First time here. Pleasantly surprised. The staff is impeccable and very attentive. I'll gladly come back.
The location is excellent! The subway entrance is right at the end of the street, and there are many theaters and restaurants downstairs. It's lively and feels safe every evening. Highly recommended.
The location is quite convenient. Although it's not right in the city center near the main attractions, there are several metro stations nearby, making it less than a 20-minute ride to the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower. Great experience for an affordable 4 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was large with complimentary snacks and clean. A little on the older side but just fine. It was an odd room though as he had to use 2 sets of lifts to get to it. The location is great - close to a metro and near a shopping village. The location is very good, just outside the metro station and beside the stadium.
I arrived as part of a group that stayed a week at The Novotel Bercy. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM. Kessy was so gracious. We were a group of about 25 exhausted and frustrated people hanging around the lobby and repeatedly asking her if our rooms were available. She did her best to accommodate us...
What a superb base to see an event at the arena, plenty of restaurants, local shops right outside. We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Paris Bercy! Our room was spacious, with a bathtub and shower, and comfortable beds for the three of us. It was alright I have been to Hoxton hotel in other cities and was happy with my stay. That’s why I first checked Hoxton Paris. The location is perfect for my trip. This is a truly chic hotel with a fantastic location. Our room last night was a bit small, but within a 3km walking radius, you can explore many streets with a cool, bohemian vibe. Perfect location, near to transportation and many tourist sites, restaurants and parks. Safe and clean neighborhood as it is near government buildings and well protected. friendly staff, clean, convenient all good
Unfortunately the shower was terrible with water not draining and to regulate the temperature it was a real challenge. The breakfast was also with 0 service whatsoever so a bit disappointing. We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly. The hotel location is superb as it’s close to Lafayette, lots of good eateries, and walking distance to St Honore and the Lourve. Will definitely stay here again. And hopefully we get to be assigned a room that’s facing the main Rue Haussmann!!
I love this hotel :) The location and service was perfact! Especially thanks to Vanessa! She cares about our honeymoon, and ask her menager to do something for us. Actually we left 3 more days in this hotel, but I'm sure choosing this hotel is one of my best choice during honeymoon. Room condition, hot water, location, service, everything is all good. The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful.
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff are nice but it’s quite noisy especially how heavy the door is.
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication. Wonderful hotel stayed for a friends birthday they provided champagne. Lovely stay
Very average hotel at best. It’s evidently quite dated and in need of a refurbish and update - the room looked good in pictures but nowhere near as nice in reality. Damage in various places (bathroom wall had a hole). Room was cold and aircon heating was useless. Breakfast buffet was okay but options were limited.
Wonderful hotel! The location is superb, everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and very brightly decorated, perfectly capturing the Moulin Rouge theme.
A small, pleasant hotel near the Moulin Rouge
Really good! The room was spacious and even had a balcony. The hotel's design has a lovely French flair, and the staff were very polite. When the elevator was broken, they helped us carry our two large suitcases all the way up to the sixth floor. It's also quite close to the attractions.
The hotel lobby has a very French charm, but there's no dedicated restaurant. The buffet breakfast was just a line of food trays set up in the lobby. The room was tiny; my 30-inch suitcase couldn't even lie flat. There was a kettle, but we got a broken one. If you ignore the price, it's just about bearable, but at over 7000 a night, I really can't overlook that. It's like staying in a 300-yuan hotel...

Unbeatable location. Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay.

Cute hotel, with spacious rooms, in the heart of everything. This hotel truly offered a family friendly rooming option. I would have given this hotel a 5 out of 5 but the night we stayed there was an event on the outdoor patio, over the courtyard, and it was SOOOO loud. The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible. There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc. The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes. They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people, but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked. Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.
Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.
The downside is that the room was not prepared. The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work. Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)
Your haven of comfort and convenience awaits in Paris 19. L'Horloge: Perfect spot for yummy food in Paris 19 with a bonus of delicious Chinese cuisine at the nearby bar!
The internal facilities are old, there are blood stains on the bathroom door and wall tiles, and there is a smell in the toilet
Very clean and tidy, and very comfortable, especially the service is very good. I don’t speak English or French, but the front desk was very patient in explaining, and the service was very good. The staff I met in the elevator were very enthusiastic to communicate with each other. I was very satisfied. I will choose it first when I go to Paris next time!

Firstly, we had some issue with the room in the first night as the room was old and the sofa was damaged and the telephone was not working. However, I provided the receptionist with this feedback and he tried to help us to make our stay as more comfortable as possible. They changed our room to an upgraded room with a nice view and better furniture. So, I really appreciate the kindness of the morning...
On the outskirts but easy to to the metro Whilst not the prettiest of places to be it was convenient and good and snacks available which was good after a day plodding around Paris
The room was beautiful and exactly as described. It was also very clean. The only downsides were the lack of a USB-C charging port, no slippers, or other disposable toiletries. The bathroom door was also a bit difficult to open. However, I was very happy with the price, and it was only about 10 Euros to get to the city center by taxi. Just remember that city tax needs to be paid at check-out.
I have stayed in this comfortable hotel just for one day and the experience was just awesome Mr. Ryan at the front office and Mr. Hugo are no nice and warm. Mr. Hugo helped me to shift the room due to a water leak in the bathroom. He was quick and helped me in shifting the room comfortably. Mr. Ryan was so pleasing and helpful in arranging taxi and other services as requested by me. The room was near...
From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of great! Andrii at the front desk was very accommodating, after a long overseas flight he helped us with a smooth check-in a little earlier than our scheduled time and even helped with the luggage. The room is spacious, clean and the snacks included are absolutely delicious! We even got a cute greeting card on our bed which was such an...
