Hôtel Mercure Paris Place d'Italie, Paris1 / 23

Paris, 25 Bd Auguste Blanqui, 13th arrondissement-Gobelins (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel isn't worth the price; it's too expensive for what you get.
If you want to stay in a residential area and be away from busy tourist area, this is a nice option. Breakfast is in basement but nice, friendly staff which enable early check-in. Free water bottle, room fit the purpose incl tee maker and optional fridge. Tourist attraction 30 minutes away by metro. Easy connection to 3 railway station (East / North Station). First photo of hotel seems wrong
Convenient location with a Parisian market with fresh goods outside. Staff very kind and welcoming
Thanks we have a lovely break. The room was rather small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was substantial, great choice and very fresh.
Good location, near to the metro and safe area.
Greal location...easy access to 2 metro stations. Friendly staff and very grateful for letting us check in early... we arrived at 8am. Clean and comfortable. Good vale breakfast.

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the location was perfect too! It was quiet enough for me to work and the room condition was also good! Merci!
It was extremely clean Staff are super sweet nice helpful  We checked out at 11 but they allowed us to use an empty room as my friend had a meeting which was very kind of them My experience is great as it is difficult to find a good quality in Paris
Stinky bedding, terrible service. Very dim lit room. Would not recommend
Very good location but the hotel is a bit shabby. Might benefit from more expensive furniture.
Kind staff. Clean hotel. Room clean small but it's OK
I stayed at Hotel Peyris during my first trip to Europe, and their service truly exceeded expectations. I became ill during my stay and asked the reception for help. The staff immediately provided emergency medicine and even arranged a doctor visit for me. Since my mother and I don’t speak French, we were very scared, but the receptionist handled everything kindly and professionally. I will never forget...

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Customer service by the receptionists is top notch.
Everything was great. From the reception desk – attentive, polite, and comfortable. While we were waiting, they offered us coffee and croissants. It's very nice to have such an attitude towards guests. Kudos to the manager for having such great staff. The reception area is scented. Not a cheap pleasure. The room was excellent, well-thought-out, fresh, clean… slippers, robes, everything in place. Excellent...
The hotel is fine, but the breakfast is too meager and lacks variety. They should improve this for a hotel at this price.
Opposite the Sorbonne University and just over a 10-minute walk from the Pantheon, the location is convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel front desk spoke English perfectly. The room was small but beautiful, clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Paris.
Enjoyed my stay at Mercure when I visited. Room is slightly on the small side but I hear that’s very common in Paris. Would be very sufficient for solo travellers, but might run slightly crammed for two, but a very minor inconvenience since we didn’t stay in the room much and really as a place to rest for the next day. That said, I loved the overall aesthetics of the hotel which felt very Parisian...
Although it was two rooms in a corner on the first floor, the value for money was very good. The room was also relatively new, facing the Sorbonne University, and very quiet. It was a great place in that area.

It was great to walk to museums while finding local neighborhood restaurants almost next door. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, including printing a couple of documents for us. Convenient breakfast before heading to the airport was reasonably priced for a hotel, and very good quality. Only demerit is for rather tiny (by American standards) elevator and room, although both were...
Wonderful stay! I will definitely plan to stay here in Queen Mary with my family the next time. The rooms are wonderful and professional for a reasonable price. Additionally, Mr. Arno, the receptionist, is incredibly helpful and can provide additional information about the area and transportation issues.
Awesome location.closer to all main attractions easy access to main bus terminals and metro. There is no need to rent a car. All types of cuisine are available nearby.Excellent breakfast. Room service. Cleanliness all 💯
We took our chance on this local hotel on our recent vacation in Paris, as we usually stick to well known chains such as Hilton and Marriott. We lucked out. Really enjoyed our staying at the Hotel Queen Mary. The hotel is centrally located with metro nearby and a lot of restaurants in the area. Room size was decent for Paris. Paris, 5 Rue de Langeac, 15th arrondissement-Vaugirard (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Located in a residential area, it's close to subway and bus stations, and about half an hour from famous attractions. The environment is very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and there's a small mini-bar on the first floor. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean and quiet place away from the city center.
The room we were given was really small even with Paris standards. No space to even walk around after the bags were opened. I booked a medium room, not the smallest. Can’t imagine how the smallest room must be like. Make sure you ask about the room or go see it first.
The hotel service is very good. After checking in, the staff will introduce you to the hotel's dining locations. The hotel lobby provides free coffee, chocolate drinks and water all day long, which is very considerate! The room is clean and bright, with a small terrace and windows that can be opened. But please note that the hotel rooms are not big and the toilets are of normal size.
Great welcome, impeccable facilities
Very clean, quiet hotel. Very welcoming staff.
Fantastic hotel. Honesty bar, and nice breakfast. Staff super friendly. Rooms are small, but that is standard in Paris.

The hotel is quite close to the Eiffel Tower, which is convenient. However, the entrance is very small and has steps, making it difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Since the hotel is on a lower floor facing the street, we couldn't open the curtains, which was a bit inconvenient.
Close to train station and there are a lot of eateries and shops nearby. You can walk to Eiffel Tower in about 10mins or slightly more. Their staffs are very polite and accommodative. They will also drop you an email prior to your arrival to check in your requests. They also provide complimentary pastries and waters at the reception counter prior to check-in. The room is relatively spacious compare...
Location was a bit off and it is a boutique hotel I would say. View was amazing from the room though.
The hotel location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient.
This is a great hotel with a decent location (about a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower). There's a metro station nearby with lines 6, 8, and 10, about a 4-minute walk away. The hotel seems to do a good job with room cleaning and linen changes, which is a big plus!
This hotel is highly recommended for its excellent location, beautiful environment, and delicious breakfast. Watching the Eiffel Tower from your bedside at night is especially stunning and romantic. Ambiance: Elegant Facilities: Clean

Great hotel, great location, wonderful staff team who could not be more helpful. Room service was good too. A brilliant place to stay and enjoy Paris and its wonders!
I took a quick trip to Paris and discovered Hotel d’Orsay. I had a great experience. Fantastic location (close to everything but off the main streets so it is quiet). The staff was outstanding. The Hotel d’Orsay is an exceptional property with an exceptional staff. I can recommend it wholeheartedly. I learned of it from friends I trust and it did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to others.
The most outstanding location for a hotel in Paris - walking distance to so many great places and tucked away in a cute neighborhood with nice places to eat and drink. The staff at the front desk are incredibly helpful and reliable. In particular, Vajira helped one person who was traveling with me recover his passport that he left in Normandy by mistake. It turned what could have been a disaster...
Great hotel. Prime location - central to everything, close to public transportation (RER and metro). Walk to the Seine a mere minutes away. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The receptionist are so kind. It just the elevator is under repair, but fortunately they gave me the second floor and help me with my luggage. The location is superb. It is so neae with metro station, and many restaurants. I will stay there again when I visit paris again.
Excellent mattress and pillows. Great location. Well-maintained neighborhood. Efficient service.
The hotel's location is impeccable, but the elevator was out of order, so we had to take the stairs every time. Apparently, this issue has been ongoing for over a month. The breakfast was top-notch, and there was free Nespresso coffee available in the restaurant.
Good choice for Paris short term stay. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom updated. Breakfast was buffet style and well supplied. I would return.
Hotel was in restructuring so elevator was busy and usual breakfast room was not accessible. A part from that, great service and room. Some noise from the street on late night from people at the restaurant talking loud. Position on the metro Is very good.
The hotel is great! They let me check in early which really helps after a long flight. They were renovating the reception area when I was staying, which make the entry areas a bit tight, apart from that, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to Voltaire meto station, there is also a laundromat few shops down the street. I would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel Nice clean hotel in a good convenient location. Pillows are square and not very supportive Would prefer more breakfast choices, especially cereals
Very modern looking with a young native clientele. The people at the front desk were pleasant, especially the lady at night, very helpful. Best thing about the hotel, though, was the amazing mattress and pillows! Best sleep ever!
The hotel rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. While the service was just fine—adequate but not exceptional.

Excellent service with warm welcome, especially the French classic book and Christmas presents to my daughter. The hotel is located in the most safety area in the center of Paris. Feel cozy and friendly atmosphere from the very first moment stepping into the hotel. Highly recommended.
Very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious with a little balcony with everything needed. Staff were all friendly with a special mention for Maëlys who handled all our request with a smile and also Charles. Quite street in a very practical neighborhood with 3 métro lines access nearby.
We had the best stay at Le Six! Everything was perfect - the rooms, the service, and the location! Manus and Charles were exceptionally helpful and friendly with wonderful recommendations. The location is very close to the Vavin Metro station, so it's very easy to get around. 100% recommend!
Best hotel Ive stayed in! Very nice staff member named Charles! He is very sweet and knowledgeable at the front desk! Very nice Breakfast! Rooms are nice and cozy! I stayed in the suite with my family and watched Ratatouille. There is metro and Grocery store down the street.

Excellent location and extreme amablity of all the personal 👏 The breakfast offered is excellent quality and quantity wise. Very clean rooms and the cleaning service as well Very effective.. Bravo! 3 words: location, location, location. For what it is it is perfect. The rooms are tiny. Pack only what you need to survive if you are staying here. And the balcony goes a long way. Stayed here for 2 nights while in paris and found it to be nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. One big downside is the bathroom isn't especially private as it has no lock and is semi see-through glass which is very awkward when sharing a room with family. Overall a pleasant hotel that probably isn't quite worth the amount you pay to stay there.

The hotel has been completely renovated, offering a high-quality breakfast, excellent service, a convenient location, and easy access to the metro station (about a 5-minute walk away). There are also many distinctive Parisian restaurants nearby.
I have read rave reviews about the Pulitzer Hotel, and I have written a rave review myself before. But not this time. In February 2025, I booked a room for 2 nights and it was a terrible experience. Brilliant location but I paid for a deluxe double room and it was really small. No view out of window (looked out to a concrete wall) and the room was very dark.
Excellent geographical location
Property was tucked away in an alley but it was nice and quiet. Elevator is small. Place was clean but the bench at the end of the one of the beds was a bit wobbly so we didn't allow the kids to sit on it. Staff was very good and the two that I spoke to did speak English so that was appreciated. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Within a 4 minute was to bus tour stops. Would stay here again
Super clean, comfortable bed, bedding and towel great quality and excellent location for tourist activities in Paris. The front desk staff was charming and bery helpful.
Nice hotel conveniently located. The rooms are small but the service was wonderfully accommodating. I would visit again. However there was one staff who inappropriately used the hotel systems to obtain my personal information to manipulate himself into my life...be careful, no telling how many others he has done this to in partnership with his friend who works at another hotel bar.
