Paris, 10 Rue Chateaubriand (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and the location is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk to the metro station! You're right on the Champs-Élysées as soon as you step out... The hotel staff are wonderful! I'll definitely book this place again next time I visit!
I think it's excellent. Right next to the Champs-Élysées. The environment is also great. Highly recommended.
Fantastic hotel! It's just one street away from Xiangjie (Fragrant Street) and a mere five to ten-minute walk to Metro Line 1. The hotel environment is very quiet, and there's a garden and fitness facilities on the first floor. On Washington Street, not far from the hotel, there are a few good restaurants, offering options for every budget. I'm definitely planning to stay here again next time.
The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs-Élysées. It's super convenient for getting around, with a metro station right next door. Dining is also a breeze, as there are many restaurants nearby. The service was great and the place was clean and tidy. We arrived at the hotel early due to our flight, and the front desk staff warmly greeted us, helped us store our...
A very pleasant hotel right on the Champs Elysée, with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a large bathroom. They thoughtfully provide fresh Evian water bottles every day, which are perfect for taking on walks. The breakfast selection is a bit small, but everything is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Great central location, just a few minutes' walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, and about 15 minutes to the Seine river cruise pier. The room was small but acceptable and clean, though the showerhead was a bit faulty. The common areas were nice, and the elevator had an old-world charm. Breakfast was a bit limited, mostly cold items, with fried eggs. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug after...

The hotel is perfectly located, near to the several metro stations, and some attractions are also available by feet. Our room was very nice, stylish and clean. All cosmetics were from L’occitane. There was a Marshall speaker. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, beforehand they provided info about nearest and best restaurants nearby, as we requested. They also provided information about best...
Super small room and very bad sound proofing.
All good like the stuffs and beds
We loved our stay. Staff takes pride in their work. Great location right next to several metro stops that make the whole city easily accessible. Rooms were small but that’s normal for Paris. AC was a god-send on hot days. Great vibes in the lobby to hang out with free croissants and such. Would recommend!
We had a great stay here! The room wasn’t huge, but it was super modern, stylish, and even had a bit of an artistic vibe. There were so many thoughtful little details – like rubber ducks, fun quotes on the ceiling, and clever decor touches that made it really special. The whole hotel is full of charm, with things like books, a photo booth, and cozy spaces to explore.
But the best part? The team! Super...
We had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options.
The location is perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing.

Excellent hotel in a strategic location near the Eiffel Tower, with several metro stops close by. Recommended!
The most pleasant experience I had here is the very kind assistances I received from the front desk. My flight was in the early morning so I arrived the hotel before 9 am. As I had to make a change to attend a meeting an hour later, I asked the young man (Sorry I could not remember his name) at the front desk whether I could have my room earliest possible. I was very happy and thankful that he helped...
Here are my unhappy experiences in Dec 2025, please consider it before you read the positive comments.
Day 2
At approximately 9:30 PM, when I returned to the hotel, the nighttime concierge was watching TV or browsing online content with the volume set very high. After 10:00 PM, the volume remained loud and disturbed me while I was preparing for bed. I asked him to turn it down, which he did temporarily...
Room is clean and tidy. Nice to have unlimited refill for coffee capsules.
We booked this hotel very last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent — just around the corner from the hotel, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The metro station is conveniently only a 5-minute walk away.
During our stay, the weather was unexpectedly warm, and the central AC hadn’t been activated yet. However, after we mentioned it to the staff, they...
The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We had connecting rooms, which gave us the space we needed. Reception was always helpful and attentive. The location was convenient, and everything was sparkling clean! A bonus was La Duchesse, right across the street, where we enjoyed some of the best pastries in all of Paris!!! Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely stay there again

Perfect hotel in every way, beautiful design and very comfortable rooms 🤗
What a wonderful hotel. All the staff, from the reception to the bar, from the breakfast service to the cleaning staff, were extremely attentive and friendly. I can highly recommend the Keppler Hotel. Thank you so much for this great New Year's Eve experience, to which you contributed significantly.
This hotel is very clean and cozy, and the service is excellent. It's also in a great location. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, right on the Champs-Élysées. Turning off the main street, you'll find yourself at the intersection of the Champs-Élysées and the Louvre. A little further ahead is the Arc de Triomphe. Walking along the Champs-Élysées towards the Louvre will take you to Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Garden. Walking along the Seine River will take you to the Eiffel Tower.
I had a massage at the Relax Room with Ana Isabel. She was amazing and super kind. Best massage of my life. Highly recommend it!
Loved this place! We had 2 rooms for my family. Great place for New Years Eve. If we wanted to return to Paris and stay near Champs Elysees, we will stay here.
The Crepes lady around the corner is also a nice breakfast option
A wonderful hotel- we had a superior room for a one night stay and it was perfect.
The hotel is very pretty (boutique style) small and cosy. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Lovely bar staff and cocktails. Spotlessly clean and in a great location on a quite road off the champs elsyyes. 5 -10 min walk to the main metro station George v.

Located just one block away from the Champs-Élysées, it's convenient and quiet. The rooms are compact and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
We stayed as a small group of 5 (2 couples and 1 single traveler) for 2 nights over the weekend. Staff were super friendly and gave us a nice room with balcony that we can sit and chill. Most days were very cold but managed to enjoy the balcony when the sun was out. Location was great, just a short walk from the metro or bus stop. Otherwise, many food options around
Nice and beautiful hotel, perfect location. There is a bar with wonderful cocktails and a good restaurant. The staff is pleasant and professional.
It was a lot of fun and we will definitely be back
Loved the hotel. Location was perfect. Service was friendly, the rooms were clean (small, but that’s Paris) and stylish. Would definitely stay again. My only comment would be that we would have loved some snacks (olives, crisps) with our drinks in the bar ;)
The location is perfect for a first time visit to Paris. It was central and close to the big famous museums.
I’m not happy with the quality of the room however. The room badly needed maintenance and renovation. The bathroom especially (the cold water faucet was impossible to turn).
I tried the restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! The new Chef, Ohad Amzalleg, truly spoiled us with his delicious creations. Every dish was a treat. The menu is varied and full of great options. Special mention to Ray, the manager, who took great care of us and made the experience even more memorable. nice place, near bus station and cozy area
Very comfortable and private, very respectful and helpful.
Good location (close to RER b to CDG and 15 minutes on taxi to ORLY), new hotel, looking nice, clean.
The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. The room facilities were also complete. There was no kettle at first, but I asked the front desk and they gave me one. Absolutely wonderful stay at XO Hotel Paris!
Everything about this hotel was fantastic, but the real highlight was the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always helpful, and truly made me feel at home.

Breakfast is great and costs 21 euros per person if you don't pre order.
Service is decent, rooms are nice and clean enough.
The bed was very large and comfortable.
Lovely atmosphere and great(!) location. Close to 2 different metro lines, about 15 minutes walk from Arc The Triumph on Champs Elysses.
We stayed at XO Hotel Paris with a group of 26 people, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We had a really great stay here — it’s a proper, solid four-star hotel. The rooms are cozy and spotless, and compared to many hotels in Paris, they are surprisingly spacious. The interior is beautiful, stylish, and warm, with a large bathroom, which felt like a real treat.

Excellent service and not a bad location! Located a stone's throw from the main Montmartre/Sacre Coeur area (do note: you have to climb lots ofsteep hills and stairs to get there), the hotel is located between 2 metro stops, which makes it convenient to get around Paris. As many other reviews have noted, the property is quite old and gives off kind of dingy vibes, with the rooms' lighting being minimal...
Very accommodating to my Nan and lovely staff. Would recommend!
Absolutely perfect. Very clean and very quiet.
We will definitely be back on our next trip to Paris.
Forget ideas of the Holiday Inn chain in N. America. This unassuming, little hotel was clean, quiet, well situated and didn't break the bank. Staff allowed us to check in early. There was a bar fridge - so we could stock some fruit to counter all that pastry - and complimentary coffee - so we could sip while we got ready in the morning. I would stay here again.
I liked the location of this hotel in Montemarte area. There's a lot you can see within walking distance. Cons: The hotel is quite old overall. They still use old-fashioned keys, which you have to hand in every time you leave. The room was very small, soundproofing was terrible, and all the facilities and equipment were dated.

Always a pleasure l to come back here
The stuff are very nice and the place is good
The hotel is a bit old, but it has a very Parisian feel to it. I've stayed here twice now. The staff downstairs collect the keys every day, so it feels quite safe. It's right next to the metro exit.
We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay.
However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.
The bathroom is newly renovated, the location is great, right next to a subway station, and the front desk service is very thoughtful.
The hotel boasts a charming European vintage decor. The service was excellent! They use traditional keys, and you can leave yours at the front desk when you go out. It's right by the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.

We stayed in this pleasant and charming hotel for 3 nights in December and we really enjoyed it. The location is best, only 50 meters from Etoile and the famous streets of Paris. Great hotel, modern, clean and excellent location
1st things first, the hotel was clean and housekeeping did well at coming by every day. You get daily complimentary water and there is a Nespresso machine inside as well. We definitely used it!
Con, it's small, we asked for extra pillows and the front desk "didn't know where they were."
And the gym was a closet! There was a bike machine, a rowing machine, a bench, a mat (with no place to put it)...
We came in for « day use » at the Lyric Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Firstly, they have managers who speak Russian. The rooms are new, and the exterior is a true work of art. The breakfasts are delicious and well-balanced.
The room is brand new, with a fresh and exquisite French-style decor. The building itself and the one across the street house Sorbonne University classrooms, making the area very safe and quiet. Beyond the great ambiance, the location in the heart of the 5th arrondissement is unbeatable. Young and/or on a budget = Go for it. It's more than alright.
Older/any form of mobility issue/trying to make your trip to Paris special = Avoid.
Should be Ibis Budget not a normal Ibis.

Decent Ibis hotel with all the basics you need. It's a small hotel, the hallways, breakfast room, reception, elevator ... it's not made for big groups so be patient. I had room 901 on the top floor (only 3 rooms on that floor so no noise from the elevator or other guests). The elevator goes to the 8th floor, then you have to use the stairs. The hallways on the top foor are very cold (my stay was in...
Stayed here for 3 nights. Do not expect a brand new hotel, it has it's imperfections as it is an older building. We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and a nice view of the Eiffel tower. A smal, but pretty clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was small and the shower was a little awkward to use, making a bit of a puddle on the bathroom floor if you're not careful...
Excellent and budget friendly. The location is suitable for walks in the Montmartre and near 4 metro stations
Typical Paris hotel. Good walking distances to major attraction Sacré Coeur. Can easily walk into the city on a good day if you like walking or there are metro links nearby. Great staff and cute rooms. Ask for a room on the top floor facing the street and you’ll have a view of the Effie Tower!
