Tiny, tiny rooms. Elevator wasn’t working both days I was there and I had to carry my suitcase down seven flights of stairs. Staff was rude. Telephone in room wasn’t working. Honestly the worst place I’ve stayed in for the price.
There are also no corridors to speak of - two people can’t squeeze past each other! Just four rooms crowded around an elevator.
Rooms are dark, black walls and pictures of Marilyn Monroe emblazoned everywhere. Effort to be chic but just comes across as cheap.
The shower was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with spotless rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everything was perfect from start to finish, highly recommend!

Great location, with easy access to metro. Eiffel Tower within walking distance by the Seine river.
Room was small, but clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.

I stayed three nights at this hotel with very high expectations as it is a 4 star rated hotel in Paris. The towels were not changed until I went to the front desk to request them. Sheets were given to us but we had to make the bed ourselves?? There was a leak in the ceiling that dropped onto the toilet.
I would definitely disagree with the posted 4 star rating.
The fact I was charged over $500 CAD a night for this experience is very disappointing.

The hotel is clean and all the staff are so freindly! It is affordable and very convenient. I recommend this place to a couple who would explore Paris within their budget. The room is small but comfortable.
The only small thing I did not like is the pool table. It was not functional and there was only 1 cue stick. I wish it will be replaced and will have 2 cue sticks when I come back to stay at Platine hotel!

BIG NO NO! They cancelled my booking and gave me a nonsense reason for it. I asked multiple times if the room can take 3 adults and they said yes on 3 occasions (I even went to the hotel to confirm). Now they cancelled and said they can't take 3 adults.

I came to see the Champions League and decided to stay here because there were a lot of Koreans. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the soccer field. The hotel is good for one person. The shower room is small, but it is not inconvenient to wash. It is like a regular small motel. (However, I think it is a bit expensive for its size.) It is close to Javel Station, and there is a mart, department store, and McDonald's nearby. If you walk a little, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the Seine River. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. Breakfast was mainly bread, so it was just okay.

We had a flight at midday, and the deposit refund had to be processed after the room check in the afternoon, for which we couldn't wait.
Then we received an email from Kassandra, that one plaid is missing and the deposit cannot be refunded.
Me and my wife didn't take anything from the room, and this cheap scam from this business could have been avoided.
All good, until we checked out.

My husband and I booked a weekend break for our wedding anniversary and I'm so glad we chose the Platine Hotel. It's in an ideal location, quiet but within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants and only a short taxi journey if you want to visit the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel itself is lovely with a quirky Hollywood theme, our room was very clean and comfortable. There's a small games room, a cosy sitting area off of the reception and the breakast buffet room is lovely. Unfortunately we didnt get around to using the spa but Im confident that its as great as the rest of the hotel.The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more pleasurable.
We had an unfortunate incident (not in the hotel) of my husband having his phone stolen, and the Platine staff were more than happy to try and help and let my husband use their computer to try and access our tickets home and even apologised for our awful incident even though it wasn't their fault!
All in all, a wonderful hotel.
