Room was great, service great, clean room, neighborhood a bit loud at night but that’s Paris for you

The hotel is new or recently renovated, so it is spotless clean with minimalist decor. Staff is helpful and always present. Don’t be put off by a walk from République - the immediate neighbourhood is pleasant and there is a greater choice of restaurants as you walk towards Gancoirt.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities. There was heating, air conditioner, safety box, hot water, toilet and bathroom were separated and there were two sinks. The furniture was very basic, but I had everything I needed. There is an elevator in the building!! Good service! Nothing to complain about. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would stay here again...

Very good hotel!
Very pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly the room for three people was small but functional and clean. The location is good, one metro station is a couple blocks away and the other, which connects with Gare du Nord to go to the airport is about a 7 minutes walk. The only con is that the washroom could have some accessories, like a proper paper toilet holder and somewhere to put the soap in the shower.

Good location
Located in a very nice neighborhood and the room (3 persons) was big (for Paris). The bathroom smelled of mold but it was clean and tidy. Service was very fast and professional.

One of the coziest hotels in Paris and located in of the most vibrant streets in the 11th district with easy access to public transportation. Staff is super friendly and very helpful!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a decent size, the bathroom was big and the Aircon was a blessing in the hot weather. Very quiet and nice area, great location for getting around.

We have been there many times. It's a great value for money choice considering you're in Paris. Rooms are nice and cozy, the area is nice. Walking distance to Place de la Republique, the Canal St Martin and many more. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around.

Price is good. Location is a bit far but walkable to the marias district, about 15 min walk. The room is very ,very small but has everything needed. A strange odor was present, possibly mold from the bathroom humidity. Hotel rooms have AC and a small flatscreen TV. Free breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area have modern decor.
