I stayed at The One Alma for my birthday trip to Paris and it was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and close enough to walk to the Louvre and along the Seine.

The rooftop breakfast terrace is unforgettable. Having coffee with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower in the morning felt surreal. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was intimate and peaceful.

The staff was warm and thoughtful, with sweet touches like refilled water and chocolates in the room. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and accommodating. This hotel made my birthday in Paris feel truly special.

I will definitely be back.

We spend 5 wonderful days here. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. We received a complementary room upgrade which included a King sized bed! The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is great and is close to the Eiffel Tower as well as a Metro Station. We will be staying here again!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, Umaru, made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable, which was a really thoughtful touch that enhanced our experience.

I loved the seating area on the rooftop bar — it had a perfect view and atmosphere.
The hotel's location is also perfect: it's in the heart of the city, yet away from the noise.
I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this 5-star hotel at the beginning of January.

The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower and has recently changed its name to the current one, while the rooms and items still read "Juliana". The renovation is still in progress so that the new name is visible everywhere.

The hotel has 2 different bars, downstairs and on the top floor. On the top floor there is also a small meal available in the evenings, which takes a long time to get even if you are the only guests.

Our stay started well, the doorman came to meet our private transport at the door and carried our bags to the reception. We received glasses of champagne as a welcome toast and the receptionist came to show us our room. He said that the cleaners go through the minibar every day and fill it daily. This did not happen to us, but we had to get drinks and other things for our rooms from a local store.

The rooms had welcome macarons (a small sweet cookie) and a nice box of sweets.

The rooms were nice and stylish.

On the first two nights, the evening staff came to bring a couple of glass bottles of room-temperature water and small candies and to tidy up the room for the evening, but on the last night this did not happen. In our second room there was a wilted orchid, it was only replaced upon request.

Breakfast was served on the top floor on a glazed terrace, which was cool despite the individual heaters. The breakfast was small but tasty. There was barbed wire on the edge of the terrace to protect customers.
As a development tip, part of the breakfast service could be moved from the elevator lobby to the terrace bar area. Coffee was only available from a vending machine and it tasted like water, no coffee. The first few mornings, the male water only brought croissants to the table upon request, but on last day of breakfast, the female staff automatically brought them to everyone, which was a nice surprise.

At dinner time, the person working in the bar upstairs spoke and understood English poorly, when we ordered starters, main courses and desserts we only got starters. It would be good to have staff who also speak English fluently in a 5-star hotel.

The lounge area connected to the bar on the first floor is a quiet and nice place to wait for the transfer, for example.

When we were checking out of the hotel and the receptionists asked about our experience, we told them that we were otherwise satisfied, but the cleaning was lacking, no more toilet paper was brought, the minibar was not filled, the flower was only changed upon request, and after that they were rude and rude to us, for example when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon to wait for our transfer to the airport, we were only greeted partially. We had to carry our bags ourselves to our private transfer near the front doors and we were only greeted halfway.

Overall, a good experience.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. We had a king bed with a very spacious room.

The location is fantastic—very central and only about a 10-minute walk from both the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. On rainy days, the hotel thoughtfully offered umbrellas, which was a lovely touch.

We also enjoyed drinks at the bar, where we were treated to a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Water was splashing everywhere from the tap; the room was very old.

Very friendly front office staff bar staff let the down. It’s a nice property but needs some maintenance which I think is coming since it was only recently taken over by new owners. Has potential to be excellent

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and spas looked fantastic, though didn't get a chance to use them.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious - with a view of the Eiffel Tower!
The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi).
I unfortunately left a cardigan at the hotel and I’ll update my review once it’s been found / returned etc.
