The room facilities were good, this hotel chain is quite decent, and I was very satisfied. It's also conveniently located, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options, which is worth trying

Booked last minute, thought it was a brand name, but it wasn't as good as I imagined! It's close to the train station, which is convenient if you need to get around. Breakfast was decent, and the service was okay too!

I took the vegetarian option: the pain perdu was just DELICIOUS! But overall, excellent quality food and just the right amount of quantity. The place is just so cozy and beautiful! I will definitely come back!

very convenient position in monparnasse very near to the metro station，the room is large and comfortble for a good sleep，the view ouside from window is pretty good，i like this hotel and will back again if have chance in the future

A nice area to explore that is busy but not overly touristy. Using the metro it’s very easy to travel to the main tourist attractions

The front desk reception, concierge and butler team is wonderfully kind, and special mention to Gaëtan, Xavier, Melinee, Antoine, Fabio, Rose, Adrian, Florian, Lea, and Elise- all hospitality super-stars and each took wondef care of me and were so lovely

The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream

The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean

Fantastic location within walking distance to many attractions and shopping areas. We had an issue with noise from the street on the weekend and the hotel promptly changed our room to a much quieter room.

Its right next to an Arena so the area doesn't feel Parisian if that's what you are looking for but its price is good and still convienent to get to all major attractions

I arrived as part of a group that stayed a week at The Novotel Bercy. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM

the toilet is separate from the shower area and 2 person can use at once. there is even a small basin for washing of hands after using the toilet. the bed and area feels clean and comfortable

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away

While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.

Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great
