You may seek the staff recommendations for good restaurant. Definitely will revisit again
The lobby lounge had awesome cocktails and a relaxing vibe. The staff was attentive and courteous. Excellent location to the train, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional
Good location! Very pricey! Service is alright but just reasonable hotel.
The hotel is good overall, but guests sensitive to noise may want to request a quieter floor or a room away from the train side
I had a generally good stay at the hotel, but I wanted to share one important point for future guests
Great visit to this hotel on my first ever trip to Paris. The hotel was very accommodating by text and in person for the whole trip. The room was great, and the breakfast staff with breakfast service was great
Paris, 2 Rue Hector Malot, 12th arrondissement-Reuilly (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I was satisfied with both the location and the room. I booked a month in advance for around 1200, and for this size, I think it was pretty good value for money. If you book closer to the date, the price gets much higher
I stayed for 5 days right next to Paris Gare de Lyon. You can tell it's an old hotel that's been renovated; the decor is decent. The room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was also good
The breakfast is very good with very good price-value. There are many families staying at the hotel, because it is family-friendly
The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including rice. It's super convenient as it's only a 2-minute walk to both the metro and train stations. The metro provides direct access to the Louvre and Disneyland
Enjoyed our stay at Novotel Gare de Lyon. Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Very near train station.
Close to public transport and there were few goodies in the minibar fridge for us to enjoy
Paris, 209-211 Rue de Bercy, 12th arrondissement-Reuilly (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We stayed here for four nights during our honeymoon and had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The room view was lovely, and the service from the front desk team was friendly andoutstanding—especially Mr
Great service and excellent location! The elevator card was not working properly at that time but the receptionist were very very helpful!
I truly recommend staying at Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making transportation around Paris extremely easy
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good selection plus made to order egg station. Since some of the negative reviews are quite recent I'm a bit confused and not sure what to make of it
Joanna, who were both professional, attentive, and welcoming. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris and highly recommend this hotel to others
Only good thing was location. In house restaurant was pleasant but selections were limited. Overall we felt unsafe in our room and were constantly on edge whether someone would enter our room while we were out
Paris, 25 Av. Montaigne, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This place is one, if not the best in Paris. The service is exquisite, cuisine impeccable. I will always come back here with true confidence I will get another memorable experience.
One of the most beautiful hotels in Paris, with excellent breakfasts. But the Michelin-starred restaurant Ducasse disappointed, despite 3 stars.
This hotel is beautiful; everybody was very attentive and extra kind. The booking process was easy and with the best customer service. Our breakfast was a great experience
I am very satisfied with everything. I will do my best to come back and stay again!
The food is pretty good, breakfast is average, and the wine shop service is great.
Paris, 10 Av. d'Iéna, 16th arrondissement-Passy (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent services. Room with view on Eiffel Tower.
The best Shangri-La I've ever stayed at…
The personal is the best in Paris. So friendly , so welcoming super kind and attentive. You really feel welcome and taken care of. The valet service is top tier. The hostess at the front desk an 😇
Alexandre, Zacharie, and Gabrielle went out of their way to give us a great experience! The Shangri-La Paris is an extraordinary blend of imperial grandeur and modern elegance
The only thing that has changed is their French toast - still good but last time we came it was the best French toast we’ve ever had!! Bring it back!
Housekeeping and turndown service is great
This was our second time staying in Shangri-La Paris and both experiences were just incredible. The attention to detail and service from the staff is impeccable from the minute you walk up to the doors
Paris, 4 Av. de la Prte de la Plaine, 15th arrondissement-Vaugirard (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed in an executive room here for five nights last September and found this Novotel to be one of my favorite four-star hotels. Novotel is always understated, steady, with decent facilities but excellent service
Facilities: Everything is brand new, so there was absolutely no noise from the air conditioning or ventilation systems. Cleanliness: Rooms were cleaned promptly. Location: The 15th arrondissement is a very safe area
The room facilities are quite basic, with no fridge, and breakfast is relatively simple. The bed in the double room is quite small, looks like 0
The atmosphere is really lovely and cozy, and a lot of families with kids stay here. However, the first-floor breakfast area can get a bit crowded. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers great views of the Eiffel Tower
Staff were on their phones, and they started clearing up before 10 AM. I don't think I'll be staying here again. I hope the hotel improves its management, or at least maintains Novotel's usual standard!
However, while the room and other aspects were still great, the eighth-floor restaurant was a letdown this time: last visit, breakfast had an à la carte option, but this time there was none at all
Paris, 12 Bd de Denain, 10th arrondissement-Entrepot (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Room is small, but it is a decent size for a hotel in Paris at that price point (I booked “medium”). Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking at good value for money in a super convenient location
I really loved this hotel and want to come back. The room was spacious, and I had one with a balcony. The breakfast was the most decent I've had, now I have something to compare it to
Lovely place and surrounding. Classic Parisian brasserie serving excellent food with a smile and professionalism.
Short time buss travel ; is ok 👍 small rooms, arr 8-9sqm. No have chair.breakfast is ok 👍
In Paris, it's one of the best hotels overall for value for money. We loved it!
Paris is the most beautiful city in the world. Especially during the Christmas season
The staff were always smiling, helpful, and courteous. The hotel's location is exceptional. The metro is practically right outside the entrance, allowing quick access to all strategic points in Paris
Paris, 19 Av. Kléber, 16th arrondissement-Passy (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Hello, leaving a review regarding the lovely bar staff. Adriano was very attentive to my party and I, we were very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to assure we enjoyed our time. Thank you!!
The hotel has a great and convenient location, and the tablet-based ordering and room service in the rooms are very convenient and fast. I would definitely choose Peninsula again next time
You can visit major attractions in Paris and walk along the river, basically all you need is your legs
Very satisfied. It's perfect in every aspect. The breakfast tastes good, but I think there could be more options.
My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo
The hotel is good in all aspects. There are Middle Eastern dishes for breakfast, the gym is also good, and the location is close to the Arc de Triomphe
Paris, 1 Rue Scribe, 9th arrondissement-Opera (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Wonderful hotel with outstanding location. Very close to Galerie Lafayette/Printrmps for shopper like me... It was heaven.
Great breakfast with good selection. The room was big enough for myself.
Great service. Great room. High ceilings and luxurious decoration. We had the best sleep. The bed was so comfy.
We only wish that the gym could be bigger.
This hotel has a lot of character; the environment and service are both excellent, definitely worth staying at! The location is also superb, very unique, and transportation is super convenient
Excellent hotel with professional and efficient service and a magnificent breakfast buffet. Centrally located near most Parisian attractions , shopping and restaurant
Both the room and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. We had a wonderful time.
We were impressed by the room service that was extremely quick and housekeeping is excellent as well. Rooms a bit on the small side but meticulously clean and have every possible amenity
Paris, 5 Rue Caulaincourt, 18th arrondissement-Butte-Montmartre (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Good location and easy access to all the tourist attraction . Walking distance to shopping mall and a lot of local foods around the area
The Hotel is situated in an excellent location with the Metro nearby giving swift access to the City Centre. The numerous restaurants nearby provide a wide choice at reasonable prices
IBIS hotels are, to us, very good value for money on this occasion and we were impressed. Slight drawback for us Brits? The lack of a kettle to enable us to have hot drinks
The room we had was basic but spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception were very helpful and Phillipe ? the bar tender on the night we used the bar was brilliant at his job and a credit to the Hotel
Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily
Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel
Paris, 112 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Recently returning as back on my company approved list…. The service from the front desk - reception and concierge - among the best and most personal I have seen across all my travels, globally
- It was Christmas season so the hotel was wonderfully decorated
- The service at the event was very good
If you are wondering why it is 4/5 it is simply that the food at the event was average
Everything is super expensive, but
Not bad for sure but nothing special. I didn’t have the chance to see the rooms but the lobby and the restaurants are very nice
We had a private event at the Bristol Hotel. - Location is great at the busy and sublime Faubourg St Honoré
While we were there, they had water damage that came through the ceiling on the famous corridor + the gym was unusable. The breakfast at Epicure was divine, however, before our departure, we had lunch at the lobby
Paris, 5 Rue Louis Codet, 7th arrondissement-Palais-Bourbon (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do
The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes
The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet
We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available
The breakfast area was small and a fairly small selection but all very nice and clearly high quality produce and freshly squeezed fruit juice
Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to try the spa. Fantastic hotel and will stay here again if we come back to Paris
The rooms were spacious, well appointed and had excellent views of the surrounding neighborhood. Make sure to check out the basement swimming and incredible fitness center
Our room, the view, and the personalized amenities were spectacular, and the food and service were excellent throughout our stay
Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly set this hotel apart from others in the area
The touches the team had gone to for her birthday were over and above expectation. It’s these touches that transform a stay from ordinary to extraordinary
The location is perfect, and the building itself is beautiful—immaculately maintained and exquisitely decorated for the holidays
My sleep is blissful, thanks to the comfortable bed and excellent, high-quality bedding that makes it difficult to leave each morning. The hotel itself is a destination
Paris, 4 Bd Malesherbes, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
They are amazing!!! We owe a huge thanks to these friends who offer such genuine and heartfelt service. Without a doubt, Fauchon Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Paris
Fauchon l'Hotel is an absolute treasure in the heart of Paris. Right by the beautiful Eglise de la Madeleine and only a block from Place de la Concorde, you will struggle to find a more centrally-located luxury hotel
My luxurious stay at Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris was nothing short of excellent. Nestled in the heart of the elegant Madeleine neighbourhood, this hotel perfectly blends Parisian luxury with a gourmet experience
We would highly recommend best place to stay
It's a nice hotel, but the water is not good. The shower room drain was clogged and the water was not able to flow properly, so the room was almost flooded. The sink was also clogged and the water quickly filled up
A truly wonderful stay!
The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, and a pleasant walk to the Louvre
Paris, 257 Rue de Vaugirard, 15th arrondissement-Vaugirard (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The best part? The mini-bar in the room fridge is complimentary! That's a huge bonus, and there are water refill stations in the hallways as well
The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was nice with a good variety, and we also really enjoyed a meal at their Italian restaurant — highly recommend it
Not bad at all! I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and there are quite a few Chinese guests here. It's really convenient for transportation too, with a metro station nearby
The location and surroundings are decent; it's not too far from the subway and bus stations. There's a police station right across the street, and plenty of dining options nearby
The room is on the smaller side, so be prepared for that, but thankfully it's clean and tidy. The Black gentleman at reception and the white lady were both very nice
The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby. Being directly across from the police station made us feel very safe, and it was relatively quiet at night
Paris, 3 rue du Cardinal Mercier (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It was a good feeling after a long drive. The outlets take 220v but not with round adapters (see foto). They allow dogs here which is perfect! The elevator is quick. The shower is really nice and so is the bathroom area
Got to Hotel le Cardinal late Friday night. The staff was quick, courteous, and professional. They helped us get our key quickly. The room was quite sizable, clean, fresh, and smelled good
Good place because is close to MOULIN ROUGE...The services is good. Maria Julien is very nice and professional. The breakfast is not enought. Furniture needs updating...
The only thing that is lacking, I suppose, are toiletries; they provide one thing that can be used for the body and the hair, and it's not that good
They include a fridge to use and a medium size tv. The windows open fully which is nice. The walls seem pretty thick because I didn't hear any noise the whole night. The room gets relatively dark but not pitch black
Just following up with what David Wittevert wrote about this hotel which is completely ridiculous and stupid wrong. Have been staying in this hotel for almost 2years now when ever in Paris
Paris, 17 Rue du Cotentin, 15th arrondissement-Vaugirard (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Stay here for five days during an EU project meeting. The rooms are spacious, clean and with state of the art facilities. I also enjoyed my morning breakfasts. Wide range of options to select from the breakfast buffet
Well located hotel near to gare montparnasse, the metro and multiple bus stops for transport.
The location was good, there is no restaurants or cafes on that street, the walk to the Eiffel Tower was rather too long. Breakfast was pretty good too, so make sure you get that option
The personnel is very kind, especially Maria from the buffet - she was of great help and we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Thank you Maria and everyone at Novotel Montparnas!
Very nice hotel at walking distance from the city center, just 20-30min of walk through beautiful Paris
The toilet doesn't have a sink, so you have to walk on the otherside of the room to the bathroom to wash your hands. The sink was awkward, there is a spout sticking out so close to the wall, and it doesn't work well
Always excellent. Utterly discreet. Super comfortable. Best breakfast ever.
Easily the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. It is pricey, but the quality of the food and service is phenomenal. Beautiful decor, top class service, amazing food.
Excellent welcome. Warm atmosphere. Very professional and caring staff. A very pleasant moment.
That's wonderful ! quality of place and exceptional service
Very nice card
A must see !
Paris, Pl. André Malraux, 1st arrondissement-Louvre (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room facilities are very new. I heard that it was completely renovated last year. The service is also very good. There is even a dedicated front desk staff to take us to the room and introduce the room facilities
The hotel is just opposite the Louvre. It is very very very convenient for taking taxis, eating and going to shopping centers. The public security is good and it is very safe at night
Excellent Location. Hotel staffs are very friendly and professional. THe room deign is modern and gorgeous .Breakfast is super tasty!
It’s booked for my boss for business trip. He comments it’s a great hotel with good service and location.
The overall service of the front desk and breakfast waiters is good
Location is very good, all the main destinations , attractions are agood walking distance really have a good walk week. Breakfast was good, mushrooms is remarkable. Need to jmprove room ameneties
Paris, 4 Rue des Innocents, 1st arrondissement-Louvre (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work, but we hardly noticed it and it had no effect on our stay whatsoever. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it
The location is superb, super convenient, right outside the subway station exit. Next to it is a large shopping mall and various local eateries, so it's easy to buy anything or find a place to eat
On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and treated to an afternoon snack of freshly popped popcorn, which was a hit with our children
You could also walk to many other iconic Parisian sites, but when travelling with children, the novelty of the underground wins every time
The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, and every staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful, giving the hotel such a great vibe
The room size is reasonable (don't expect large rooms in European hotels), and it has all the necessary amenities. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, which was annoying
