Our stay at Hôtel Juliana was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff was both incredibly helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is so charming and felt very safe
Amazing hotel, perfect location, and wonderful staff. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from, perfect hot chocolate
The hotel is so good and what made our experience great is the good services of the reception by the employee Mohamed.
What a hidden gem 💎 My husband booked #juliannaparis as the hotel for our last night in Paris. It’s walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and so much more. The staff is very helpful and welcoming
When we booked our stay a few of the one-star reviews made me hesitate but now I know they were just written by people with an agenda. This is a 5-star hotel in Paris; our stay was flawless
Junior suite was amazing, lovely decorations as it was my 40th, couldn't of asked for a nicer bunch of staff, nothing was a problem and the concierge was very helpful also

Great hotel, strong interior design with good size rooms. Powerful shower in open plan bathroom that had a lounge area with 2 chairs and a coffee machine. Breakfast selection was impressive
Had a great stay at Hotel Eugene en Ville. Staff are extremely friendly and offered complimentary coffee and croissants, while waiting for our room to be ready

Paris, 30 Rue Ballu, 9th arrondissement-Opera (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The service is very good, but the breakfast is not a buffet
Beautifully designed hotel, with friendly staff and a vibrant (and not too touristy) neighbourhood. I've stayed in Le Ballu before and think it's now become where I most like to stay in Paris
It's very walkable to, for example, Opera or Montmartre and has a direct metro line to the Notre Dame area, so it's very well located while also being a bit away from the tourist crush
The rooms are very stylish, very large, and the bathrooms are clean. The front desk service is very good, and there are various food shops around. I will stay here again next time.
Room, hotel lobby and dining area are extremely nice. Attractions are walkable and local transportation is close. The staff were always helpful.
Service: The service was very good.

The room was nice, and the breakfast was good. Plus, there's a free afternoon tea.
What a beautiful hotel! I had two days working as a NouNou to a little boy. the staff were very kind and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him in the hotel
The decor was lovely, staff so friendly and helpful, good breakfast selection. most importantly we had a quiet room facing the back side and a great nights sleep
Convenient location and staff was friendly. Loved the complimentary afternoon snacks which included an assortment of cakes, fruit and drinks which differed daily
Hotels under the Astotel group have been my go to every time I’m in Paris and I love how each one has a diff theme
Got moved from Joke Hotel in Montmartre to this hotel, and it was a world of a difference. Excellent location as it’s an 80m walk to two metro lines (one of which is line 4 which takes you to all the big attractions

I’ve never left a review before, but this hotel exceeded every expectation I had, it was truly incredible. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to overall amenities of the hotel, very easy to rate them 5 stars +
Having been apprised of my odyssey from the distant tundra of Alaska—a journey both protracted and, dare I say, rather grueling—the gracious staff anticipated my every need
Magnificent boutique hotel in the perfect area. Walking distance to so many great museums and locations. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly
We didn't have time to enjoy the spa but it looked amazing and included in our stay was the mini bar with waters, etc and snacks along with a fresh fruit bowl everyday! Also Casa Tua restaurant was so good that we cancelled our other reservations and ate there twice during our 8 day stay! Cheers! Can't say enough good things!!!
The rooms are very well done, very clean, and spacious, and the sleep quality is the best of any hotel we've stayed at - not sure why, but we always sleep great when we're there
The team that works at the hotel really like each other and it shows in how they all help to make your experience amazing! We stay in many luxury properties around the world and I have to say this is one of the best

AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.
The service is very good and the breakfast is also great I booked it on Ctrip for one day and then stayed in the hotel for three days I stayed there for four consecutive nights
Very good living experience, everything is satisfactory, no excessive service, there is a free underground swimming pool
The hotel is not bad, I liked it. The location is normal. The rooms are clean, good.
Excellent hotel for a short stay in Paris
The room size is OK Environment: The hotel environment is good and the decoration is beautiful Hygiene: No problem. Facilities: The fitness room is relatively small and the fitness equipment is not enough

The staff was friendly and even let us check in early when our flight arrived early morning. Will definitely recommend to any friends or family traveling to Paris
The reception at the front desk was wonderful, very pleasant, aswell as the entire hotel team
We just stayed at Hotel National Des Arts et Metiers and absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in one of the studio rooms which was excellent
I highly recommend to stay in that hotel which is not cheap, but the breakfast is good and delicious, and in a great area of Paris, not far from many restaurants, bars and boulangeries
Very comfortable rooms in a good area, near La Marais. Restaurant in the hotel is upscale a Italian and very good, with great decor!

In the past, we've also stayed at 5 star hotels and had a couple sketchy moments with weird men knocking then leaving once they saw my husband, but in this hotel, we felt extremely safe which to me is very important when traveling with kids
As the title says, it was clean, good standard and comfort, helpful staff, well located to Champs Elysees. Also had a nice gym with wooden details and a nice little spa with all that you need
Lastly, every member of the hotel staff was so sweet and accommodating, I called one night and asked for Chamomile tea because the room didn't have any, and they apologized and also said they don't have any downstairs as well
The location was perfect for exploring the city while still offering a quiet, luxurious retreat to come home to each evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a special occasion
But 5 mins later, they knocked and found some for me and brought me some with an already hot pot of water! I could tell they go out of their way for their guests. I'll defiantly be staying here again!
We also have a pork allergy, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every dining experience was safe and enjoyable without compromising on flavor or quality

Everyone was always smiling and made me feel completely at ease. Even when I was leaving, they sent me off so thoughtfully that I felt truly appreciated. This experience made me want to stay here again on my next trip
Special thanks to Mahesh, who took great care of my very heavy luggage from start to finish and shared such pleasant and cheerful conversations with me. 😊 And the croissants were really good
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, everything feels top-notch. What I really liked is their personal approach to every guest — it makes you feel special from the very first moment
During my stay in Paris, this was my second hotel, and the service here truly stood out compared to the first one. From the moment I checked in, I was touched by the warm welcome and genuine kindness of the staff
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I didn’t stay at the hotel itself, but I came here for lunch — and it was absolutely amazing! Very pleasant service, attentive staff, and incredibly delicious food
Highly recommend coming here to taste their wonderful dishes! 👌🇫🇷

It was my 6th visit in Paris, and the hotel was the best. Thank you and I hope to see you soon again! :)
The room was on a high floor, large, clean, and located near the hills. The receptionist was very helpful. I would choose this place again next time.

Very friendly people, easy neighborhood to get around the city, many transportation options available, the hotel is basic but it’s the best you can get for the price…
The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement
Had a great stay at the IBIS Paris Maine Montparnasse. Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, and amenities as described. A great base for exploring Paris!
It was a very good hotel. The receptionist was polite and I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.
It was nice, the breakfast was very good! The staff friendly! The only problem for me was the lack of air conditioning. I could not change it. It was very warm during the night. I complain but did not change.
The room is not big, but it is enough for two people. I basically get up at noon and go sightseeing, then drink and dance until late at night. In fact, I just want to sleep. It is a bit noisy but it is bearable

One of the best 5 * Hotels in Paris - Direct bed view at Arc de Triomph - Very clean and very cosy - extremely friendly staff - the room was excellent and the Japanese Toilet is a Highlight.
The location is fantastic! Even though the room was small, the service was excellent.
The professional staff truly understands customer service. Hotel breakfast is not the best but who wound eat at a hotel when you have over 15,000 restaurants in Paris to chose from
From the first greeting to the last good bye 4 days later the staff at the Maison Albar were just terrific.
Not bad. Ctrip helped me solve a minor problem. I wrote this review to get some points. The location is very good, right next to the Arc de Triomphe and close to the subway station.

Most importantly, the manager went above and beyond and was so understanding and flexible when our plans changed
Although we had prepaid for four nights and could stay only one, they made an exception to the cancellation policy, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style in the heart of Paris. Just don’t expect much in terms of room service – but with everything else being this good, it hardly mattered
The hotel is very beautiful, it is well located and easy to access. The room is very comfortable. The staff is just exceptional, mention more than very good. I will come back as soon as possible.
It's pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The location is excellent: very close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, yet the street itself is quiet, so we slept really well
Lots of great places to eat nearby and it didn't feel too touristy. The room was large and clean, super quiet overnight with good black-out curtains. The front desk staff were pleasant
However, the staff were very kind and offered us complimentary breakfast on our first morning, which we really appreciated. We also loved the welcome amenity — a bottle of champagne waiting in our room
The lobby has coffee and drinks available all day, which adds to the very homey, relaxed atmosphere. We’ve been Hyatt Globalists for many years and booked this Mr & Mrs Smith property through Hyatt
We stayed in a suite for our first visit to this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious for Paris, with a comfortable living area and a well-designed bathroom
We arrived late, close to midnight, and were warmly welcomed by Tony, who took great care of us. Throughout our stay we always felt genuinely welcomed every time we came back to the hotel

This is the best hotel in Paris! The room was spotless and large! The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! The location is the best! I just cannot say enough about how wonderful Hotel Brighton is! My favorite place to stay in Paris!!
Third time staying here and sixth time at La Temise properties. One of the best in Paris!
Except for a slightly too warm room, everything else was excellent!
Staff was good. Bedroom had a great view and was very quiet. Housekeeping never brought the same towels up and we had to ask everyday for more. They really need a restaurant in this hotel.
Beautiful hotel across from the Touilleries and within walking distance straight to the Louvre. Worth paying the extra price for convenience and centrally located to all the sights and monuments of Paris

The best thing about the hotel is definitely location and it has probably a reasonable price but not necessarily They first gave me a room with no safe but they were kind enough to change it The front office employees don’t smile , god knows what’s wrong with them ? They definitely make you to feel stranger The carpet is not clean , you can clearly spot that it is too old or not well maintained...
You are going to be greeted by friendly staff at a small boutique hotel in a perfect location 1 block off the Champs Elysees by the Arc de Triomphe. The room was very spacious and clean with a rare king bed in Paris
My wife and I just returned back home from a 4 night stay at Hotel de Vigny. We did our research and read the reviews to a bunch of hotels and chose this property because of the location
It is a 5 star hotel but do not compare it to the Ritz, Four Seasons, etc. as it is not one of those premier properties that cost nearly double per night
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a great location and an above average room in Paris
the windows are not sound isolated !! There is no gym, pool, but only a restaurant that I didn’t want to try even You should leave your keys with the front desk before you leave ,, they are tagged to heavy and large keychain !! Not sure how such a hotel was given a 5 stars accreditation ? Hopefully they make a change

The hotel is in the 'Japan town' district, which has many Asian restaurants. They are amazing! However, other types of cuisine are also available in the area
Complimentary Snacks: The minibar is complimentary! There's also a complimentary snack bar in the lobby open until 2 am, perfect for ordering takeout
The service was excellent, especially Ms. Irene, the short-haired lady at the front desk. She enthusiastically helped us book an Uber and even pushed our luggage to the car despite being lightly dressed
The room and bathroom (WC) were in excellent condition and included a mini fridge with complimentary drinks that the staff restock when they clean your room
Facilities: The only downside is the small room; besides a double bed, there's not much space… Service: A special thank you to Walid! When I first arrived in Paris, I developed a fever due to travel fatigue
The staff were so friendly and the room was clean (arguably the best customer service I’ve ever received). The location was also great as we were a 5 minute walk to Louvre and plenty of places to eat

This was the absolute best hotel stay I've ever had. Immediately upon arriving to the hotel hours before check-in, the staff gave us space to freshen up and were able to check us in early
Our stay at Esprit Saint Germain was wonderful. The small size of the hotel, the beautiful decor and amenities, and the exceptional staff made our visit an excellent experience.

Pleasant hotel right in the middle of the vibrant Saint Lazare area. Clean rooms, excellent service.
We stayed at your hotel for a long weekend mother-daughter trip in Paris. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a luxury room overlooking the road
The location is excellent, just next to Saint Lazare station, very convenient for getting around Paris. It can be a bit noisy in the area, but I stayed on the top floor and so relatively fine
Highlight for me was the free access to the small gym. It’s simple but clean and perfectly fine for a quick workout. I was also offered two private spa sessions with access to the jacuzzi and hammam

Friendly staff ready to solve any potential problems. Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk to all attractions. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes
There's also a good variety of cheeses, cold cuts, breads, and juices. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable
More importantly, less noise than I’ve suffered constantly through my 6 months of touring. (I know they’d help me if I actually needed it. ) But for now the double-glazing is excellent in the room
Very friendly and helpful staff, which was a highlight of our stay. The shower was not designed well, as lots of water escaped under the swinging door. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.
