My husband and I stayed at this lovely, elegant Parisian hotel for four days. The service was outstanding as was the location. The staff truly cared about making our stay the best possible
The hotel was excellent, we stayed in two rooms and both were very quiet. It was sunny and the location was superb
If you don't feel like going out, the hotel's own restaurant serves great food. We'll definitely be back next time. Tuileries Garden is right downstairs. The service was good and the rooms were comfortable
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre and a 10-minute drive from Galeries Lafayette, and close to other attractions as well
Really old hotel, the “basic” room is ultra small, not worth the price you pay, bathroom is really old.
Good location.
We had a small unexpected event this time; because the hotel was fully booked, there were no standard rooms available, so they upgraded us to a large suite. This might also be thanks to Trip
Every one of the hotel staff was always kind, courteous, and smiled as they greeted us. I’d have to say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled the world quite a bit
Very nice charming boutique hotel. The breakfast is worth it with variety and great quality. Excellent croissants and amazing bacon. I had a room with a very comfortable king size bed
Overall, our hotel stay was excellent and I would gladly stay here again as well as highly recommend it to any of my friends and loved ones
This is the first time that I’ve stayed away from the typical areas in Paris where most tourists tend to stay close to monuments and I couldn’t be happier with that! That goes without saying that the location was great and still in the city center
The daily breakfast is buffet style and well worth the money. The room was a decent size, the beds were very extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large for Paris standards with great water pressure
The location was great, very walkable to big tourist spots and able to explore the more local neighborhoods by heading the other way. Design of the hotel has luxury feel and bedding was so comfortable
Paris, 123 boulevard de Sébastopol (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was nice, and the breakfast was good. Plus, there's a free afternoon tea.
What a beautiful hotel! I had two days working as a NouNou to a little boy. the staff were very kind and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him in the hotel
The decor was lovely, staff so friendly and helpful, good breakfast selection. most importantly we had a quiet room facing the back side and a great nights sleep
Convenient location and staff was friendly. Loved the complimentary afternoon snacks which included an assortment of cakes, fruit and drinks which differed daily
Hotels under the Astotel group have been my go to every time I’m in Paris and I love how each one has a diff theme
Got moved from Joke Hotel in Montmartre to this hotel, and it was a world of a difference. Excellent location as it’s an 80m walk to two metro lines (one of which is line 4 which takes you to all the big attractions
Since a lot of years our prefered hotel in Paris. Wonderful, clean and romantic rooms. Perfect place to reach everthing in Paris with a direct connection to the airport. Best wishes from Germany, Fam. Schönemann
A great hotel in a good spot inside the tourist part of the city.
I think it was better than expected.
All was good except the breakfast that was not bad but not good either.
Excellent location! Within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Gardens. Neighborhoods full of restaurants and cafes conveniently accessible
Good location, value for money.
We had noises from the street but overall it’s a quiet area so it was ok.
When you travel Paris you need a good location and a clean bed, so I recommend this hotel!
Authentic Paris experience. The day clerk is helpful and friendly. The afternoon and overnight ones, not so much! Good location, easy access to Metro, shopping and restaurants.
But most importantly, the WiFi signal was super strong, and the WiFi speed was good too. Room size was about average, maybe a little bigger
The location is perfect, right next to the metro and just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful districts of Paris
The staff was friendly and even let us check in early when our flight arrived early morning. Will definitely recommend to any friends or family traveling to Paris
The reception at the front desk was wonderful, very pleasant, aswell as the entire hotel team
We just stayed at Hotel National Des Arts et Metiers and absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in one of the studio rooms which was excellent
I highly recommend to stay in that hotel which is not cheap, but the breakfast is good and delicious, and in a great area of Paris, not far from many restaurants, bars and boulangeries
Very comfortable rooms in a good area, near La Marais. Restaurant in the hotel is upscale a Italian and very good, with great decor!
The highlights: 1) The insanely resourceful concierge planned an excellent itinerary for our sightseeing tours before our arrival
Hotel was great location and clean. Breakfast was somewhat limited - a bit disappointing for the French breakfast I was looking forward to. However would stay here again all things considered
I went twice during my stay and only saw one other person there. There's also a Steam Room, which was a nice surprise. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and spoke excellent English
Excellent staff so friendly, teally cosy Christmas decoration and even during some maintenance the service was great. In general awesome place to relax.
Having a little pool in the hotel is nice. The rooms if you get an upgrade are large. Try to stay on the reception side of the hotel, the other side has quite weird lay out in the rooms
The service is great, really friendly staff. The food at night (room service) is not great, but it's so well located you can go out for dinner really easily
Paris, 9 rue d'Aguesseau (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.
The service is very good and the breakfast is also great
I booked it on Ctrip for one day and then stayed in the hotel for three days
I stayed there for four consecutive nights
Very good living experience, everything is satisfactory, no excessive service, there is a free underground swimming pool
The hotel is not bad, I liked it. The location is normal. The rooms are clean, good.
Excellent hotel for a short stay in Paris
The room size is OK
Environment: The hotel environment is good and the decoration is beautiful
Hygiene: No problem. Facilities: The fitness room is relatively small and the fitness equipment is not enough
Paris, 34 Rue Pierre Fontaine (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It was my 6th visit in Paris, and the hotel was the best. Thank you and I hope to see you soon again! :)
Very nice staff, helpful
Good location
Better bring your own Shower gel & shampoo
The place is super well located, we were very well looked after. Very kind and helpful employees. The rooms and bathroom were very good, excellent size, comfortable. Excellent hygiene throughout the hotel
Excellent hotel, very comfortable and clean!
They also did daily room cleaning, much better than in Germany 😭 The heating was also much better than in Germany, very warm~ The location is excellent, within walking distance of Montmartre, and right next to the Blanche metro and bus stop
Good hotel, not far from moulin rouge and a few other attractions. Staff polite and very accommodating. We didn’t try the food but quite a few restaurants nearby.
Paris, 2 et 4 bis Cité Rougemont (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This place was booked based on the wonderful reviews and very reasonable price. I can say that I was not at all disappointed. The room was a bit small as can be expected in Paris but the fitout was modern and clean
Great shower, nice thick mattress. Nice communal area downstairs. And charming super helpful team working at the hotel front desk and house keeping. Walkable to several wine bars & restaurants
Lots of great places to eat nearby and it didn't feel too touristy. The room was large and clean, super quiet overnight with good black-out curtains. The front desk staff were pleasant
The location is excellent: very close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, yet the street itself is quiet, so we slept really well
Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the main attractions of Paris. Hotel staff were amazing, great rooms with all amenities. We had a room overlooking the courtyard and it was very quiet
The lobby has coffee and drinks available all day, which adds to the very homey, relaxed atmosphere. We’ve been Hyatt Globalists for many years and booked this Mr & Mrs Smith property through Hyatt
Paris, 160 Rue Du Chateau (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very friendly people, easy neighborhood to get around the city, many transportation options available, the hotel is basic but it’s the best you can get for the price…
Had a great stay at the IBIS Paris Maine Montparnasse.
Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, and amenities as described.
A great base for exploring Paris!
Friendly Staff, 45 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower, good breakfast buffet, underground parking space only for small cars
It was a very good hotel. The receptionist was polite and I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.
It was nice, the breakfast was very good! The staff friendly! The only problem for me was the lack of air conditioning. I could not change it. It was very warm during the night. I complain but did not change.
The room is not big, but it is enough for two people. I basically get up at noon and go sightseeing, then drink and dance until late at night. In fact, I just want to sleep. It is a bit noisy but it is bearable
Paris, Rue Balzac, 9-11 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Fortunately, the room type was upgraded. Very good. Very good.
The location is great and impeccable. The room is modern and the soundproofing is good. The service is very good, with various details and thoughtfulness
Good location, very new hotel, very cost-effective
The location is excellent, the service is OK, but it is a bit scary that the cleaning staff swiped the card to enter the room without knocking
I have reported it to the hotel staff and am waiting for the hotel to see how to deal with it. The cleaning staff cleaned the room and forgot to take the cleaning rag away in the bathroom
Good hotel near Champs-Elysées, it is clean and convenient.
Paris, 218, 220 Rue Du Faubourg St Honore (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Most importantly, the manager went above and beyond and was so understanding and flexible when our plans changed
Although we had prepaid for four nights and could stay only one, they made an exception to the cancellation policy, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style in the heart of Paris. Just don’t expect much in terms of room service – but with everything else being this good, it hardly mattered
The hotel is very beautiful, it is well located and easy to access. The room is very comfortable. The staff is just exceptional, mention more than very good. I will come back as soon as possible.
It's pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
The room was incredibly spacious – more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything inside was tastefully chosen and thoughtfully designed, which made it feel both elegant and cozy
Paris, 3 Avenue Mac Mahon (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
One of the best 5 * Hotels in Paris - Direct bed view at Arc de Triomph -
Very clean and very cosy - extremely friendly staff - the room was excellent and the Japanese Toilet is a Highlight.
The location is fantastic! Even though the room was small, the service was excellent.
The professional staff truly understands customer service. Hotel breakfast is not the best but who wound eat at a hotel when you have over 15,000 restaurants in Paris to chose from
From the first greeting to the last good bye 4 days later the staff at the Maison Albar were just terrific.
Not bad. Ctrip helped me solve a minor problem. I wrote this review to get some points. The location is very good, right next to the Arc de Triomphe and close to the subway station.
Great location near the metro and good restaurants. Dirty towels were left outside our room during the evening and overnight into the morning
Paris, 16 Av. d'Eylau, 75116 Parizh, Frantsiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent stay! Clean and hygienic. They even upgraded my room to the Fuji Loft for free, which was great. The service was also very good. You can ask for toothbrushes, and slippers are provided free of charge
There was a sleeper sofa on the other side of the half wall, so you could sleep on that or sit on it and see the view. That being said, the location was great, breakfast was decent, service was excellent
The hotel's location is super convenient, not far from the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were really warm and polite. The room was much larger and newer than I expected, and it offers great value for money.
Absolutely fantastic! The room was new, spacious, and very modern. You can see the Eiffel Tower right outside. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris. Excellent value for money, loved it!
The value for money is superb, much better than places like the Shangri-La. The service is also quite good
Thank you again to the team for the excellent customer service. I look forward to visiting in the future
I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for the excellent service and warm hospitality during my stay in Paris
Due to the current travel situation and airport closures, they offered to keep my reservation open until the end of the year and even extend it if travel is still not possible
Sorour for her attention, support, and for helping resolve the situation so thoughtfully. Their understanding and support during this difficult situation mean a lot to me
The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, with great attention to detail that truly reflects professionalism and care for guests
I truly appreciate their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to find a fair solution. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms
Paris, 63 Rue de Richelieu, 75002 Parizh, Frantsiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were so friendly and the room was clean (arguably the best customer service I’ve ever received). The location was also great as we were a 5 minute walk to Louvre and plenty of places to eat
I would really recommend this hotel to visitors of Premiere Classe and Tranoi. The hotel is in walking distance to both shows. It has unlimited supply of coffee and tea throughout the day
Breakfast was good with lots of options, the staff made sure we were aware of anything going on near the hotel as well as some sidewalk maintenance that happened during our stay
Room in general and hotel were very quiet. Good choice at breakfast, and the complementary afternoon/evening tea laid out was good. Well located for Louvre direction
It even has a well-stocked mini bar free of charge. While I can probably find a hotel with more artistic decorations, it is hard to beat what Hotel Malte offers at this price and location with superb service and drinks
The extra touches including delicious snacks and treats available complimentary during most hours of the day including the same at sister locations was another added benefit. We would highly recommend this hotel
Paris, 11 Rue du Helder, 75009 Parizh, Frantsiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was quite small, but it was very clean and well maintained. The hotel has a great location, very close to the metro station, and within walking distance of the Opera and Galeries Lafayette
We got a bathroom where there is an open shower and every time after showered, it is soaking wet everywhere. Didn’t really like that but otherwise it was a very nice hotel
The rooms were very good! Spacious, well decorated and very clean. I didn't expect a long bath in a Paris centre hotel but there it was. Perfect for soaking in hot water when the chilly weather bites
Convenient, close to the opera house and department stores like Lafayette and Printemps.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, everything feels top-notch. What I really liked is their personal approach to every guest — it makes you feel special from the very first moment
I love this hotel for its location and also the interior design. Anyways the only thing about this hotel is the bathroom
Paris, 108 Boulevard Jourdan (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent location, right in front of the tram and metro stops, shops and restaurants.
Very attentive Staff and extraordinary Good ammenities at cité universitaire paris !
The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good hairdryer, a safe, and a kettle. I'd also like to point out the well-functioning plumbing, as well as the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, lotion, and soap
My colleague booked a hotel that's even better than the Marriott next door, which surprised me the most! It really is! Hahahaha! Highly recommended!
An interesting hotel with good staff, on the edge of Paris, close to metro, two bus stations and a large underground car park that will take vehicles over 2m tall.
False advertisement on transportation
The hotel was in a good location, false advertising about transportation to the hotel from airport even got an email from staff saying they would provide it
Room was clean, staff was excellent, amazing hotel that is close to Louvre, and not far to Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, etc. Gave hotel desk a pack of Flaming hot Cheetos when we left
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, preferring to go to small cafe's and have a coffee creme and croissant at one of the small tables on the sidewalk
It is very close to the Louvre and Orsay. Remember to book a room with a view on a high floor for a good view
The staff was especially courteous, and we could not imagine a better location to take in both the traditional tourist sites and the Christmas market.
We didnt have breakfast at the hotel.
We had breakfast at Angelinas daily as it was excellent.
staff didn't seem to get how dangerous it wa, actually told them to go look at it. once manager finally spoke to us, sent a split of champagne to room which was very nice. But i am not sure I would return
ESG is our favorite hotel in the Left Bank. It is a small hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The hotel staff are what pushes this hotel to greatness
The staff was very friendly and helpful ! All drinks and extras are included in your stay I. Your room. Room was elegant and twinkle lights in the ceiling . Locations wax perfect fir walking all attractions
Our 8 day stay at the Hotel Espirit Saint Germain was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! The hotel is lovely, clean, well appointed, and in a fantastic location! The staff was unbelievely personable, kind and very helpful
The hotel is charming and in a great location, perfect for getting around and visiting the entire city. The staff is also excellent , it’s a real pleasure to feel cared for by the team working at the hotel
The location, service & atmosphere were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the included daily breakfast & the open bar each afternoon/ night. The staff was very attentive & accommodating to all requests
Our stay at Esprit Saint Germain was wonderful. The small size of the hotel, the beautiful decor and amenities, and the exceptional staff made our visit an excellent experience.
