Very nice establishment, very warm and caring staff. Spa accessible 24/7.
AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.
The service is very good and the breakfast is also great
I booked it on Ctrip for one day and then stayed in the hotel for three days
I stayed there for four consecutive nights
Very good living experience, everything is satisfactory, no excessive service, there is a free underground swimming pool
The hotel is not bad, I liked it. The location is normal. The rooms are clean, good.
It is very close to the Hermès Fubao store
It is the first choice for buying Hermès
Paris, 243 Rue Saint-Martin, 3rd arrondissement-Temple (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is perfect, right next to the metro and just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful districts of Paris
The staff was friendly and even let us check in early when our flight arrived early morning. Will definitely recommend to any friends or family traveling to Paris
The reception at the front desk was wonderful, very pleasant, aswell as the entire hotel team
Great experience in Paris between July 11 and 18 2025 and I specially want to thank Eduardo for his great service! The bar is great in Italian restaurant on the first floor and the Food is delicious, staff super nice and welcoming
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff kindly made an effort to accommodate our request for a room facing the church
Eduardo really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. We are grateful for his assistance. We will definitely be back! The location of the hotel is great
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious assortment of macarons in our room — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our entire stay
In the past, we've also stayed at 5 star hotels and had a couple sketchy moments with weird men knocking then leaving once they saw my husband, but in this hotel, we felt extremely safe which to me is very important when traveling with kids
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering warm and personalized service that made us feel genuinely cared for
Lastly, every member of the hotel staff was so sweet and accommodating, I called one night and asked for Chamomile tea because the room didn't have any, and they apologized and also said they don't have any downstairs as well
The location was perfect for exploring the city while still offering a quiet, luxurious retreat to come home to each evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a special occasion
But 5 mins later, they knocked and found some for me and brought me some with an already hot pot of water! I could tell they go out of their way for their guests. I'll defiantly be staying here again!

They also did daily room cleaning, much better than in Germany 😭 The heating was also much better than in Germany, very warm~ The location is excellent, within walking distance of Montmartre, and right next to the Blanche metro and bus stop
The place is super well located, we were very well looked after. Very kind and helpful employees. The rooms and bathroom were very good, excellent size, comfortable. Excellent hygiene throughout the hotel
The room was on a high floor, large, clean, and located near the hills. The receptionist was very helpful. I would choose this place again next time.
The room was very spacious and clean, and all the receptionists were incredibly warm and friendly
We really enjoyed having a budget friendly option in the Moulin Rouge area
Also, there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage along the stairs

Nice hotel but don't bring a car here. Parking place is about 4 blocks away and really expensive. 2 days parking was 80 euros.
Very friendly people, easy neighborhood to get around the city, many transportation options available, the hotel is basic but it’s the best you can get for the price…
Had a great stay at the IBIS Paris Maine Montparnasse.
Very friendly staff, good cleanliness, and amenities as described.
A great base for exploring Paris!
It was a very good hotel. The receptionist was polite and I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement
The room is not big, but it is enough for two people. I basically get up at noon and go sightseeing, then drink and dance until late at night. In fact, I just want to sleep. It is a bit noisy but it is bearable

One of the best 5 * Hotels in Paris - Direct bed view at Arc de Triomph -
Very clean and very cosy - extremely friendly staff - the room was excellent and the Japanese Toilet is a Highlight.
The location is fantastic! Even though the room was small, the service was excellent.
From the first greeting to the last good bye 4 days later the staff at the Maison Albar were just terrific.
Also the rooms picture are misleading, i reserved superior room based on the image of the room, however the room is so small can not take two large luggage pieces. I changed the room by paying 300 € extra
I didn’t feel THAT well taken care of by the staff, because it’s a little hard to get their attention via email (so be VERY self sufficient)

Although we had prepaid for four nights and could stay only one, they made an exception to the cancellation policy, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere
The place is great. Helpful staff, come to our room in a minute after calling the reception. Just don't get confuse with other hotel with the same name but without the street name.
I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Garden Champs Élysées Hotel. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful
The transportation is not very convenient. It takes a long time to walk to the subway station. Friends with luggage should consider it carefully.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style in the heart of Paris. Just don’t expect much in terms of room service – but with everything else being this good, it hardly mattered
The hotel is very beautiful, it is well located and easy to access. The room is very comfortable. The staff is just exceptional, mention more than very good. I will come back as soon as possible.

A beautiful boutique hotel, the most enjoyable part of the hotel was the peace and quite, I just loved sitting in the lobby, with lit candles and be able to sit back and relax
This is my favourite Marriott! The service is what stands out, especially Anna Karina in the breakfast room, but really the entire staff was amazing
We loved a few glasses of champagne too! I just love the whole Parisian atmosphere of every room. Thank you for making our stay exceptional
We are from singapore and we had a wonderful stay at Ledokhan Hotel! The service was truly lovely, and we especially want to thank Anna for her kind and attentive care during the breakfast
It gives you the perfect classy vibe, entertainment was great and the service was truly top notch and of quality. I recommend the champagne tasting which was exquisite and amazing well explained by the sommelier, Marie
A huge thank you to Irina , the F&B manager for the warm welcome and proposing the lovely choice of chocolates. Thank you to Marie, the sommelier who beautifully explained the champagne which was very instructive

We stayed in a suite for our first visit to this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious for Paris, with a comfortable living area and a well-designed bathroom
The location is excellent: very close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, yet the street itself is quiet, so we slept really well
Everything was spotless, and the style is clean, elegant, and cozy — it feels more like a chic apartment than a typical hotel room
Because two beds had been pushed together, I had a restless night lying uncomfortably in the gap. Our bathroom was wet room and the toilet area would get drenched after showering so you had to clean up
We just had a perfectly pleasant stay at this hotel. Nothing super bad, but nothing memorable which was a tad disappointing. Pros: We could walk to everything, including Gare du Nord which was useful
Lots of great places to eat nearby and it didn't feel too touristy. The room was large and clean, super quiet overnight with good black-out curtains. The front desk staff were pleasant
Cheap (for Paris) and clean, friendly, quiet....all as advertised. Car park was a bit expensive but other than that it was fine.
We stayed for 4 nights by end of Aug, it's descent size budget hotel with close proximity to metro. Rooms were cleaned, front office staff professional and highly satisfied with everything this budget hotel could offer
Value for money! Great as a homebase, comfy beds, clean room, nice bfast. Near line 12 metro station that gets you to the city center. If arriving from Paris Nord trainstation, just catch the bus outside the station
Great hotel
Less price
Not very comfy
Best for night stays
Tram easily accessible by foot ... 5 mins
Good breakfast at hotel
Free wifi
3 beds room also available
With 1 bunk bed
To my surprise, tea/coffee maker was not available but apart from full marks
Lots of decent places to eat around the place and a laundromat too

The best thing about the hotel is definitely location and it has probably a reasonable price but not necessarily
They first gave me a room with no safe but they were kind enough to change it
The front office employees don’t smile , god knows what’s wrong with them ? They definitely make you to feel stranger
The carpet is not clean , you can clearly spot that it is too old or not well maintained...
My first time to see square pillows , OMG !
Finally, most of the rooms are on the street and be careful, if you’re a light sleeper , you wouldn’t sleep like me :) believe me
You are going to be greeted by friendly staff at a small boutique hotel in a perfect location 1 block off the Champs Elysees by the Arc de Triomphe. The room was very spacious and clean with a rare king bed in Paris
My wife and I just returned back home from a 4 night stay at Hotel de Vigny. We did our research and read the reviews to a bunch of hotels and chose this property because of the location
It is a 5 star hotel but do not compare it to the Ritz, Four Seasons, etc. as it is not one of those premier properties that cost nearly double per night
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a great location and an above average room in Paris
Paris, 78 bis Avenue Marceau (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The management of this hotel really doesn’t care at all, everything is outdated, there are water stains in the rooms, the chairs in the restaurant are horrible to sit in as you scrape your arms in the metal decorations, just bad design
Excellent location within a walking distance from major sightseeing sports. Polite and caring receptionists. Welcome coffee/snacks, and room upgrade for loyalty program members
It has a good open area and best thing was smoking floors! Its great still to have some places where think us smokers! My only concern not only for the hotel but for everywhere in Paris is, come on this is France, I guess everybody wants your famous fresh croissants, baguettes, butter and pastry! These shouldn't be something that we should wait for hours at queues
Location of the hotel is amazing! If you are going to be there for new year you will definitely be at the middle of the main event! You should definitely book early because its actually a small hotel with only 43 rooms
It’s a very nice hotel on the slightly expensive side for breakfast. But you got some stores nearby for you to buy stuff for the morning. In terms of stay they upgraded our room for free and staffs were very friendly
The terrace was beautiful and spacious to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, and the bed was super comfy. The room rate is definitely too high, but this is what you pay for the location

Superb boutique hotel in the very heart of beautiful St Germain. Staff was very attentive (handwritten card, effortless check-in with a glass of champagne, small birthday tart for my wife
This was the absolute best hotel stay I've ever had. Immediately upon arriving to the hotel hours before check-in, the staff gave us space to freshen up and were able to check us in early
Our stay at Esprit Saint Germain was wonderful. The small size of the hotel, the beautiful decor and amenities, and the exceptional staff made our visit an excellent experience.
Absolutely wonderful!! Will return as soon as we can! Very clean, spacious rooms and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Elegant atmosphere. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Location was also incredible!
The breakfast room/ lobby and the fireplace library with the lovely breakfast and drinks and snacks available were such a nice touch and very much appreciated
However, it is the team of staff that make the experience 5 star. The front desk, the servers, and the management all went out of their way to ensure that our stay was exceptional

Spend the extra if you need to but with Paris so close and so many wonders (this area is resplendent with them) you’ll soon forget the room you hardly see! My family joined me for 4 days and they were equally happy with the hotel and area
Great personnel, great location. Room could have been a big bigger (for a family of three). All in all, we recommend this place
I retuned to this hotel because is well located to reach shopping centres by foot or using bus or metro that are few steps away. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel
Perfect location, nothing to say, it was perfect for getting around on foot.
The receptionist was very good. It was quiet, beautiful, and very clean. The location was excellent, but there was no parking.
Even if standard room are quite small, last time I choose superior one, they are well equipped. Staff at the concierge extremely efficient and courteous

The only part that is not 10/10 is the region , I think there are better regions to stay but this one works just fine. I would come back totally here if you are looking for something worth the money
I especially loved the romantic atmosphere, the high-tech features (like the mood lighting and jacuzzi!), and the super comfortable bed. The spa was a true highlight – relaxing, elegant, and wonderfully peaceful
This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris and I visit quite a lot , it’s more on the pricy side but if you are looking to maybe break the bank for a special occasion this is the place
Everything from the decor to the tranquility and the reception invites you to experience a delightful interlude of pleasure and voluptuousness. The food in the hotel restaurant was a real miracle
We had the most romantic weekend at J’Adore Paris Hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the smart rooms made everything effortless
I was traveling with my mom and dad, who are in their late 60s, and they felt just as comfortable and cared for as I did. The rooms were nice, the service was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of

The location is very convenient for travelling via the Metro and a short walk from Gare du Nord of arriving by train from the airport or other places by train
There was no liquid soap in the bathroom, and the TV wasn't working. The table and chair were tiny, like something out of kindergarten.
Overall, the place, especially the bathroom, looked nothing like the pictures. The sink light flickered, and the shower was a tiny cubicle with yellowing corners.
The room was tiny, I could barely open my suitcase. The water pressure was awful, I kept worrying it would stop mid-shower, and the temperature was all over the place
In the middle of the night, someone swiped a card and tried to open my door – good thing my suitcase was blocking it
Arrived late to the hotel, quick easy check in. We had booked 2 rooms and rooms were next door to each other which was convenient. I had booked an accessible room but I was given standard rooms

Great location, opposite number 7 metro line which easily connects to the main attractions. Very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Good variety of continental breakfast options. Staff were very polite and friendly
There’s nothing not to like about Hotel Paris Louis Blanc! Right opposite a Metro station, super clean and very comfortable rooms and a varied buffet style breakfast. Absolutely perfect for our stay exploring Paris!
Close to the train station, there is a metro station across the street
There is a high sense of security. The main entrance of the hotel will be locked after 10pm
The facilities were also cleaner than expected. The desk was very friendly and the location was close, which was nice. It seems to be the best value for money.
The front desk staff were kind, there was a convenience store, and it was close to the subway station so it was easy to get around
You need to press the bell to wait for the door to open
And there are many restaurants nearby, there are supermarkets
The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to restaurants, bars and metro.
The service and cleanliness were exceptional. I would definitely be happy to come again and also recommend the place to friends.
good location, helpfull staff and hotel room is cozy. car park available on street. Recommended for sure for weekend escape. We were there with our dog and it was a easy check in , check out
We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. All the staff were very kind, accommodating and eager to make us feel at home quickly. Plus, everybody we met was happy to help us out in English as well
The staff of a hotel can impact your stay more than the physical space in many cases and both of these employees were friendly, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful to address my questions
But at Leonardo, the room size is just right, the location is convenient, and it's close to all the main attractions in Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again
Excellent hotel. They changed the name to Hotel boutique Leonardo Opera. Check my review there. In short: it was a perfect stay in Paris. Totally recommended!

The service attitude is poor and you have to carry your luggage yourself. Isn’t it five-star?⋯⋯
Quiet large room for Paris which was lovely. Extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom with soaking tub was lovely and the staff was superb. I had an issue while I was out in the city and called the hotel staff for help
I had originally booked another hotel, but I couldn't choose a hotel based on the travel agency's plan, so I ended up staying in an insecure area, and there was a lot of noise late at night, so I ended up staying at this hotel in a hurry
Because I was going on a business trip in Paris for a month, I went to several places during the trip. Maybe because of the upcoming Olympic Games, everywhere was under renovation. This place was relatively quiet
It is recommended for guests who have high requirements for sound. Since it is not far from the Chinese restaurants Zhuge Jianghu and Liu Yishou, it is very friendly to Chinese guests
A small suggestion: hotel service staff are used to showing all services in language, so for guests who are not fluent in English or French, some manuals can be used to explain

Great! 5 stars Hotel
Our experience was amazing. The hotel, the facilities and the suite were truly beyond expectations. Also the staff, is so friendly and professional
The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The service was excellent; check-in was really quick
The hotel exit is on the pedestrian street, and the car cannot be parked at the door. It takes a few steps to walk, which may cause some confusion for guests who take a taxi to the hotel for the first time
My eyes were red for days, but as soon as I left, they cleared right up! I was also coughing, and the fumes kept me from sleeping well at night
Environment: Near Galeries Lafayette, convenient transportation, but the door is small and not easy to find
Service: French people are slow in doing things, but the service attitude is good
Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day
This is a great hotel, so close to the beautiful Opera. Walking distance to lots of delicious restaurants. Thank you Hotel Indigo for upgrading our hotel room
