Amusing for able bodied clients, but could be perplexing for those with special needs. Overall, still a great and decent stay. Apologies for the mess in the photos as we were about to check out at the time
The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great
The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff are nice but it’s quite noisy especially how heavy the door is.
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Hotel Josephine for their kindness and understanding in waiving the cancellation fees for our booking - due to the unexpected discovery of a WWII bomb at Gare du Nord, our Eurostar journey from London to Paris was completely disrupted, leaving us unable to reach their hotel as planned
Wonderful hotel stayed for a friends birthday they provided champagne. Lovely stay
When the elevator was broken, they helped us carry our two large suitcases all the way up to the sixth floor. It's also quite close to the attractions
Will definitely be staying here again. Also it is located really close to one of the cheapest parking slots since we were staying for 3 days and parked the car
The room also had a nice Parisian window which one could open and see a beautiful Parisian street. Overall great price for a great location and cleanliness which to me is very important
Convenient location with lots of restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Currently under renovation but still good place to stay.
Paris, 18 Rue d'Amsterdam, 9th arrondissement-Opera (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is convenient for us near from everything we wanted to do. The room was acceptable and the facility is adequate.
Its near to Printemps luxury shopping mall n gare st lazare
Nothing to say but room quite old and expensive a
Good elevator! Pretty spiral staircase I went up once. Not everything was still there. Like the toilet paper holder or the shampoo wall holder. Wouldn't let us play the piano in the lobby
Although it's a very old building, it's the cheapest in the area, so I have no complaints. Extremely old but I was told that they are going to refurbish the entire building very soon
Staff were very friendly, reception Nabil was very helpful. Location great. Regarding amenities and services not enough good. Average I would recommend it.

I was quite satisfied with my stay, so I extended it for a few more days. The location is super convenient with a subway, bus stop, and light rail nearby! There are also plenty of supermarkets around
It's really easy to get anywhere from here, making it perfect for those wanting to explore Paris in depth!
Service was good . Enjoyed buffet breakfast for 3 days. Food was really good and enjoyed.
Also, it's worth noting that most budget hotels nowadays don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own
The breakfast consists of salad, bread, and coffee. While not extensive, everything was delicious
Room is clean, I think they provide coffee all the time. As I went in in the afternoon about 3pm and I still able to get a cup of coffee. I only saw poil egg while I was there

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our Paris trip. The location is perfect as it's near the central and everything was walking distance such as the train station and supermarkets
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and overall facilities are good. The only minus is the size of the room
I think I will choose a slightly larger room next time and stay here again. It was a good choice in expensive Paris
We booked 2 single beds but because the room is small, they were joint as "king size" bed
Great welcome and very comfortable bed, very good location
Only minus point the carpet in the room and the small rooms for a rather high price
Paris, 128 Rue La Boétie, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay
The location is superb — you’re practically steps away from Champs-Élysées, right in one of Paris’s most iconic areas, and the metro is very close. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, always willing to help
Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful
Many have hotel experience from across Europe. Just like other CitizenM hotels we've visited. It does have a great view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a morning treat we looked forward to every day
This hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are a bit small, but always modern, clean, and very comfortable. I want to give a special thank you to Daniel
On our last night, my wife’s old ankle injury flared up and became swollen. Daniel kindly brought us a bag of ice to help relieve the pain. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference to our stay

The hotel is fabulous and located in the happening of things with a 5 minutes of Champs Elysees. The staff is outstanding, the room is amazing, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding
The bathroom was spacious and comfortable
Located next to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, it's a quiet spot in the bustling city, within walking distance of tourist attractions.
The experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch
The hotel has a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is warm and attentive.
However, the soundproofing of the rooms along the street is not very good, and you can hear the sound of cars outside every night

I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill. I caught that and demanded to be corrected
They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained
The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. When one of our friends suddenly fell ill, the front desk called a doctor and an ambulance for us
The breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious! Plus, it's located near the Arc de Triomphe, in a very lively and bustling area.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance
The location is superb, with beautiful views and convenient access to various areas. It's definitely much more expensive, but it's a rare find in this area of Paris. Highly recommended.

Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant
Very clean and tidy, and very comfortable, especially the service is very good. I don’t speak English or French, but the front desk was very patient in explaining, and the service was very good
Your haven of comfort and convenience awaits in Paris 19.
L'Horloge: Perfect spot for yummy food in Paris 19 with a bonus of delicious Chinese cuisine at the nearby bar!
The staff I met in the elevator were very enthusiastic to communicate with each other. I will choose it first when I go to Paris next time!
Great hotel and wonderful staff.
The view from the window was wonderful. Not very close to the center, however (
Overall a decent hotel. Breakfast and the view from the window of the restaurant is very decent

The room is spacious, clean and the snacks included are absolutely delicious! We even got a cute greeting card on our bed which was such an awesome and kind gesture! The entire staff are very welcoming and as someone who travels frequently, this hotel definitely ranks up in the top tier for value
They were such genuinely kind and caring people
cared about my experience and went beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional!!! A BIG THANK YOU to Manon
He was quick and helped me in shifting the room comfortably. Ryan was so pleasing and helpful in arranging taxi and other services as requested by me. The room was near, tidy, comfortable, with all the basic amenities
From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of great! Andrii at the front desk was very accommodating, after a long overseas flight he helped us with a smooth check-in a little earlier than our scheduled time and even helped with the luggage
Dear Hotel Okko Management,
My wife & I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Lucas at the front desk. He was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Greeted warmly upon arrival - beautiful check in area, ultra clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and lovely balcony to have my morning coffee
The room itself is a bit cramped, but it's very close to a Line 3 subway station, which makes getting around super convenient.
The location was excellent, offering convenient subway access. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, with restaurants and a Carrefour convenience store nearby
loved the stay.
receptionist was nice, foodeasily accessible. less than 5 mins from train station. recommends going back!
The room was clean, the ambiance was elegant, and the staff were very patient.
The room was small and somewhat dimly lit, with rather dated facilities. The bathroom, though small, appeared recently renovated and was clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and the front desk was staffed

Two men standing at reception watching us carrying bags up the stairs and no assistance. At the other 10 hotels of the same calibre we were always assisted with luggage and a warm greeting
We have lived in Paris as well as stayed in Paris on our way to my husbands parents many times. The location of this hotel is perfect
When you exit the hotel multiple restaurants and site seeing are right there for you. Easy to travel about the city from this point
Great location,friendly neighbourhood.good breakfast.
The service was excellent, and while the facilities are a bit old, the room was very clean. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around super convenient
We had booked a “classic” room which is the same category as My Wife had booked and received on her second trip - the room however was certainly not the same standard

The services are great, diverse breakfast offer but bare in mind that for lunch and menu it’s a fixed menu for a week and about 3 plates diverse, so if you’re booking for over 3 days perhaps you’d consider other restaurants aside from the hotel’s, which is also not an issue cause the street in which the hotel in located is full of restaurants
It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around!
The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!
Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours
Location is very convenient, right on the edge of La Marais. Room is also big comparatively speaking. The major complain I have is the coffee pots which are not up to par. Stick to Nespresso for god’s sake.
The location was perfect. Road construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the room and breakfast were both excellent. I'll be leaving with fond memories of France.
There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here

Another minor issue was that some USB sockets in the room were not working. The only downside is the car park, which is quite difficult to use if you have a large private car
Nice, clean hotel. Around 20 minutes away from most famous sites in Paris going by car. The one thing that kept me off 5 star was just a bit pricey. Staff were friendly and would definitely recommend👍
Novotel was the perfect hotel for my sisters 22nd birthday, accompanied with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower alongside the Parc de Princes, our king suite had plenty of space and practicallity, a special thanks to Elvierre for accommodating our requests with ease such as extra items or late checkout whilst also keeping our luggage safely stored, they also have a small gym on third floor and a...
We had the suite which was perfect for our family of 4 and amazing. We had a view of the eifel tower. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and super friendly. We will absolutely come back to stay here again!
The room is comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides free drinking water with a Brita filter in the hallway, allowing guests to refill their bottles
His help and professionalism were truly appreciated. One thing to note is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom, so you need to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet
Or almost in champs elyse because you literally wall for a less than a minute! The only thing that was off is that we waited 3 hours to check in in our room which was annoying because their lobby is very small and we were tired we just wanted to get into our room and rest
A very wonderful hotel in terms of location, available services, and even the staff are very nice and helpful, especially the employee (Badis), who helped us a lot and made our stay comfortable🙏
Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms clean and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a hotel few steps away from champs Elyse
Excellent location.... Champs Elysees on the corner... the rooms are comfortable... I wish they cleaned it better. And so all is well.
Very cozy, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, very convenient location! Very pleased with our stay at this hotel.
Excellent service and the view from my room with a balcony can't be beat.

Our room was typical size for a European hotel, comfortable, and clean. It is a five minute walk or less to the RER and metro. You can get to CDG in under an hour. Some reviews complained about a lack of housekeeping
The room is a bit dated and isn't cleaned daily, but it's in a great location with a nice environment. Plus, it has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, and there are free drinks downstairs.
The rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, cups, a dishwasher, and dish soap, which was great for cooking our own meals – it satisfied our 'Chinese stomach' and saved us money
The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from a major attraction and behind a row of popular foodie streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a must-have before heading out
I had accidentally booked an extra night, and after I spoke with him, he promptly assured me it was no problem and told me not to worry
A special shout-out to the young man from southern Paris; he was very enthusiastic and great at chatting with guests

Cleanliness was average, with visibly dirty carpets and various stains on the sofa. The soundproofing was poor, and noises from upstairs and outside the door were clearly audible
Nice, spacious, and comfortable room.
The hotel is better than expected. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and there are many restaurants around. The room is bigger than expected, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, but the shower room is small
We had a very good stay at La Clef Tour Paris. Besides the great location, which is near to the Effiel Tower and also the metro station, we have enjoyed the first class customer service from the hotel
The area is very satisfactory, the French style appearance, the service is also very good, English communication is barrier-free, the scenery outside the window feels like a typical Paris street
Everything was exceptional, but what truly made the stay memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the Moroccan-French lady at reception, adding a special touch to the experience.

The staff I encountered during the day were all exceptionally nice, but the old man who checked me in at night had an incredibly bad attitude!!!!!! He was very rude and impatient. Definitely a thumbs down for him!
This hotel literally deserves better review rates on any sites or on Google Maps. Very good location, the surrounding area is nice, not sketchy or anything, I feel safe walking around at night as a female solo traveler
My room was lovely and clean, it’s small but for a solo traveller such as myself, it was all I needed. Plus, it was well within my budget so all in all the room actually exceeded my expectations
Rooms in Paris are generally quite small, but this one is exquisite, long-shaped, and has a clever layout, making the most of a small space. It's clean with a separate wet and dry area
Excellent location with convenient store at the corner. Slightly noisy at weekend nights as people having a great time at the restaurants and pubs nearby. Recommend for people who like traditional French building.
We stayed room only during the Paris Olympics. We were very pleased, the room was spacious and even though it was onto the street, the noise was not intrusive when it mattered

This review is for the restaurant. The food was great, the staff was attentive and kind, and the decor is fun! The quotes and writing on the ceiling were a great mix of fun, introspective, and moving
Good location, slightly out of the main city but really easy to get to by metro. Nice bakeries nearby. The 3 for amenities is based on the lack of tea and coffee making facilities and how tiny the rooms are.
The hotel itself has a very cool and modern vibe. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the on-site parking garage is reasonably priced by Paris standards — a big plus. Definitely not my last stay here!
From the outside there are few signs of the playful design touches within the hotel. The decor is dark with liberal splashes of graffitti on the carpets, walls and ceilings
I have stayed at Mama Shelter Paris East twice:
The first time I was curious about this boutique hotel that I had read about and the second time because I liked this quirky comfortable hotel
Friendly staff. Clean room fitting the description. Cool layout and atmosphere. The restaurant looks good even though I did not have a chance to try it.

Attention to detail and exceptional customer care. Beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, five-star-plus breakfast, and high-level restaurant
Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference and ensured we still had a pleasant stay despite the issues
The room was really nice, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the top museums we went to. The staff were all so friendly and helpful
It is located next to lots of luxury shopping. Most importantly, it is near multiple public transport options and walking distance to great restaurants
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris, and we are so glad we chose to stay at Hotel Castille!
Although we were a big family with 4 kids, including infants, this hotel located in the middle of local shopping and just near Tuileries Gardens did super good sharing all its resources with us
