Great location and stylish boutique hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much.
Overall is good 👍🏻, very clean and quiet
The hotel was quite nice and clean. I liked the breakfast options they had as well. The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was not bad. It was about 2km walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees
The shower area had hair from previous customers and the toilet bowl could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our stay. Location was abit far (15min) walk from the nearest metro
Very good and convenient location, very friendly and warm reception
Really nice and clean hotel. The balcony and suite upgrade was a nice touch. Friendly staff and easy to get around to everywhere.

We made a few requests (extra hangers, mens care kit and some glasses that were taken from our room) which were only answered after a several requests to a several different members of staff
This was absolutely the best hotel to stay in Paris. Just start with the staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Everything was essentially located in walk-in distance
The food was exquisite the room service exceptional. I can say enough about this hotel. I would stay here again without any thought about any other hotel. The concierge was especially helpful and kind and polite
Was a great home base for our visit to Paris. The Saint Germaine Neighborhood was full of people and restaurants that made daily walks enjoyable.
This hotel is a true gem! The location is superb—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from wonderful attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood has a lot of great local character
When ask of such amenities, the front desk staff mentioned that they did not participate in such an event. Also free suite upgrades were not honored at this hotel and they have not heard of such a perk

I had an excellent stay and was very pleased with the high-quality care and service from all staff, starting with Aline who went out of her way to solve a big issue with my booking and was super kind during my stay
The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, as well as a subway station. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and supermarkets are also nearby
The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
We had the best few days in Paris, staying at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see
Hope all hotels had someone like her! Location was also pretty good; room was quiet and clean. I'd recommend this location and will come back next time I'm in Paris
The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of various attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas

The breakfast was delicious and the room was immaculate. This was our first trip to Paris, and we can’t wait to come back and stay at the Saint James Albany Hotel and Spa again
Everything about our stay was perfect. I booked our room at the Saint James Albany for my best friend’s birthday trip to Paris
The location was close to everything we wanted to see, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and very patient as I practiced speaking the French I have been studying
fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped
We visited in January 2020 just before Covid wrecked havov to the world. We decided to give St James Albany a try because my family wanted a hotel with a pool and we wanted to stay near the Louvre
negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc

Breakfast was à la carte and the selection wasn't very extensive. The advantages are its close proximity to the Louvre and the lively surrounding area, which is very pleasant for a stroll
If you don't feel like going out, the hotel's own restaurant serves great food. We'll definitely be back next time. Tuileries Garden is right downstairs. The service was good and the rooms were comfortable
We had a small unexpected event this time; because the hotel was fully booked, there were no standard rooms available, so they upgraded us to a large suite. This might also be thanks to Trip
The hotel didn't give us a high enough floor, otherwise the view would have been even more spectacular. The room's hardware is a bit dated, but it's spacious and has multiple balconies
The location is fantastic, and the views are even better. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making life very convenient. It's just a short walk to the Louvre
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre and a 10-minute drive from Galeries Lafayette, and close to other attractions as well

Paris should have more people like her. Hotel is just next to the metro (place d Italia) but pls be careful for those that is taking the metro as pickpocket operate inside and outside especially in front of the mall
For 1st time traveller it’s not advisable at it might get a bit rough during the night. Overall stay at hotel is good just not outside the hotel. Take care for those that is staying around that area
The hotel is located directly on a metro stop with multiple lines which is extremely useful. Also, very good options for food are available by walking distance all around, as well as a big shopping mall
The hotel is right in Place d'Italie, so the location is excellent. It's only a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions in Paris
Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. A stone throw away from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel
Not a bad place to stay in a safe area of Paris. There's free coffee, a kitchenette in your room, and even a bathtub. Very much worth it for the rates.

You can search these supermarkets on Google Maps. The only downside is that the office building opposite is under renovation, making it a bit noisy during the weekdays. Also, the prices at nearby restaurants are high
Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Have been to Paris many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in there. The price is reasonable, and the location is great
There's also a large supermarket, a two-minute walk from the hotel, named after the M. It's quite large, and a Carrefour is a seven or eight-minute walk away, though a bit smaller
The service is excellent, with the front desk and concierge greeting Madame daily and being polite. Numerous restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a bite
The location is fantastic, within walking distance of almost all attractions, all less than two kilometers. Some, like Notre Dame, require a taxi, but they're not far away
The hotel is fully equipped with a refrigerator and a place to get purified water in the hallway. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant is a bit small, but acceptable

He genuinely cared about meeting my needs and helping me in the best possible way. This kind of hospitality truly makes a difference when traveling. I definitely recommend this hostel!
This place is amazing, the staff/team speciall Muhammad at the front desk, always their if you need help in anywhere and will do their best to make sure your experience is nothing but 100% fanatic, the rooms are always clean and the shared bathrooms are too, great price and is the best option for anyone coming to Paris to see it's beauty
The transport links is fantastic and Gara Du Nord isn't that far amd the metro too, the food looks fantastic and the drinks price is too. One of the best hostel I have been in and safe too
He was very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful, in addition to speaking more than two languages, which made the entire experience much easier
Reaching the top, the panoramic view of Paris waking up under a soft mist was breathtaking—the rooftops looked like a sea of blue-gray zinc
While the city is famous for its wide boulevards, these winding, hilly lanes feel like a secret village tucked away from the modern world

Friendly staff, room was small but ok
Hotel is clean, room size is good and the breakfast excellent. The location is not so far to the Champs Elysees avenue, about 3.5 km. It is 1 km far to the subway station.
Shamùa and Khadijû were the best receptionist I've ever met. All the bar and restaurant staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Food although not a big menu was good and the bar prices very affordable
Location was ok. Room was clean. House keeping done everyday. Check in and check out was a breeze
Hello, the person at the bar was unpleasant.
The hotel is clean, has rich breakfast, and has an underground parking lot. It is very convenient and safe. I will stay there again next time.

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the grand lobby to the serene spa and courtyard garden. Our room was spacious by Paris standards, with refined décor, plush bedding, and every amenity imaginable
Whether walking to the Arc de Triomphe, exploring the Champs-Élysées, or retreating to the peaceful spa after a day in the city, we felt both connected to Paris and wonderfully cared for
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, featuring fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and made-to-order dishes. What truly sets this hotel apart is the balance between old-world glamour and modern comfort
It was a very good experience and I would definitely stay there again. The service was excellent and they even helped us move to a different suite due to some issues. This made our stay even better
Barrier Fouquet’s Paris is more than a place to stay—it’s an experience in refined living. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning on every future trip to Paris
Dining at Fouquet’s was an experience in itself—rich in history, with exquisite French cuisine and impeccable service, it felt like stepping into a piece of Parisian heritage

The suite was quite spacious, and the view from the balcony was nice. However, the service was lacking
There was no concierge to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, and unlike other hotels I stayed at during the same period, the LXR and MO offered a brief room tour explaining the room's facilities
Elegant smaller hotel, walking distance to almost everything you want. The Concierge staff was helpful beyond measure. The room was quiet and very comfortable. At the higher end of price but worth it.
I was temporarily upgraded to a suite, and I can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony🥺 The service is super good. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very good, and the service is also very good
Very comfortable hotel in a great location, beautiful spa with a pool, modern hotel. Very good breakfasts. In winter, during periods of extreme cold, the temperature in the rooms struggles to rise.
Most importantly, they didn't even provide toiletries. Luckily, I brought my own; otherwise, without 7-Eleven in Paris at night, I wouldn't know where to get a toothbrush and toothpaste

Excellent service. I got bug bite in room and the staff helped me to change to another room.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to organize this type of event
When we arrived hotel was closed after midnight which is not a standard for a 5star. We got a terrible room on 1st level, which was gloomy and without basic facilities. Our review would be 2stars if we stayed there
The night desk was not even listening to our requests. But after complaining next day, we got an upgrade for the rest of the stay which changed the whole experience
This hotel is a place that is losing its potential. The bar staff is amazing and quality drinks being served. Again music was not working as the system got down
Komi helped us turn around the experience and thanks to him we got the room with right value to money. The rooms need a lot of refurbishment although they are kept really clean

Immaculate rooms, beautiful and comfortable. Amenities included. Great location. The restaurant staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Food prices were moderate to high. However no complaints. Highly recommend
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Rooms are spacious, we had a single and a suite. Both rooms were large and clean. Great, safe area. Step out and head in any direction. Many sites within walking distance.
Absolutely fabulous stay! This was a splurge for us and it was worth it. Staff, especially at the restaurant and bar were extremely kind and welcoming (not the experience we had everywhere else as Americans)
This hotel was perfect start to finish - and a great home base for 7 nights for our family. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful. The restaurant, breakfast and the staff all exceeded our expectations in every way
We loved the neighborhood, the amenities, housekeeping did a superb job every day making us feel like our room was fresh. I literally teared up at the thought of leaving at breakfast on our last day
The staff were kind and professional, and the room was spotless, elegant, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience — I will definitely be coming back

I’m not sure how this place has any one-star reviews—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotless, and the shampoo and body cleanser smelled amazing. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful
Love the expression machines! Plus, the location couldn’t be better: restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop are right outside, and the metro is just a block away. Most have key card to enter and leave facility
The breakfast was delicious, the concierge was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms can be a bit small, but that is normal for Paris. The stay was comfortable and quiet as well
I could complain that once I open my suitcase, the room transforms into a game of “don’t step on your own shoes. ” But this is Paris — space is a luxury, not a guarantee
I am busy at work and they certainly did a good job with room services and common area services to allow me focus on work. The room walls are not thin too so its quiet

Having read other reviews, we arrived at the Ibis with trepidation only to be pleasantly surprised :) Staff at reception on arrival very helpful and welcoming - queried our twin room and changed to a double without question when asked
The ground floor serves as a party hall, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a coffee. This hotel is super convenient due to its proximity to Gare du Nord, making it incredibly easy to get to and from Paris Airport.
very good hospitality and will come back again . very recommended
Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.   Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service
The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful
Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

Location is nice The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. However, the heating in the bedroom was not working properly. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing
The breakfast was incredible (one of the best I’ve had in Paris!) and the staff made me feel so well taken care of. Everything was spotless, and the décor… simply stunning
Throw open your windows and enjoy the sound! The suites on the top floor are pricey for a reason — what an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! So glad all the rooms have great water pressure, hair dryers, and air conditioning — a must for a women’s retreat! Lastly, I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff
From Gérard the concierge to David the bellman, from Pauline at the front desk to Koudous in the dining room — the staff are dynamite! They all speak multiple languages and have assisted with everything from a phone left in the back of an Uber to a special hot tea with honey made table-side for a friend with a cold
One block from the Champs-Elysees on a quiet side street full of charm. The breakfast is well worth getting — fresh baguettes and pastries in the morning, hot dishes, smoked salmon, fresh squeezed juices… it’s fabulous

The rooms are great, and we stay here every year when we visit France. The Caucasian front desk staff always takes extra good care of us. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent
Great location, very close to the metrostation which is 10min ride to the tower! Very friendly staff and the best of all: the pillows!! Slept like a baby! Parking was also a hugeee plus!
there are 2 local stores around so getting your quick bites and groceries are a breeze. Room deco is unique with a twist of some safari theme, and given the limited space we still can easily unload 3 big luggage bags
The room was very clean, and the hotel was located right across from the metro and tram stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Paris was exceptional from start to finish. After arriving early in the morning from the U. , we were graciously informed that we had been upgraded

We loved our comfy beds and bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, cozy and charming. The location is great as well, lots of restaurants and shops around. Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette only 5 minutes walk
My breakfast faves were le mini chausson aux pommes over a mix of espresso and cappuccino, and Aisha’s or Sylvia’s welcoming smiles and greetings. I will go only here on future trips
We had a fabulous ten day stay in Paris and Austin's Saint Lazare was our base. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had two rooms next to each other and they were super comfortable and had everything we needed
The best, most personable hotel staff! From Sam, the amazing conversationalist to Aisha and Sylvia, they are all extraordinarily happy people (always cheerful) and generous
The hotel is clean, quite spacious compared to others, the breakfast is great and they even have a book book while you have breakfast in a Cave-like room, which reminded me of a cinema in Paris where I saw my first Satyajit Ray film long ago

Wonderful beds and pillows and the hand-written welcome note is such a nice touch along with the welcome Champagne. They sent us amazing dessert and a Happy Birthday card for my husband
My daughter and my son had arranged a surprise dinner here for my 70th birthday. A luxury hotel , great ambiance. Attention to detail and service was what you expect
We had a wonderful evening with Happy birthday playing on the piano. Our meals were lovely but unfortunately I must have had a dodgy oyster. ) and I was very sick that evening
They offer VIP airport pick-up service, and there was someone waiting with a sign to greet you as soon as you got off the plane, which made me feel very reassured
I don’t believe it was anything else and I wouldn’t blame the hotel. It was just unfortunate I think. A chance you take I imagine with raw oysters
