The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet
Probably the best hotel i have stayed in. Electronic curtains, smart tv and phone system, coffee machine, power shower and very large bath tub were all present in our room. A wonderful view from the window too
Very friendly staff! Clean modern room. Less than 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.
When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do
AC does not work. Was not expecting to be so uncomfortable given how much we paid. Hotel paid lip service but did not seem to care at all.
No ******* perks were provided - wine, spa and breakfast.
The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes
What an extraordinary hotel with exceptional service. From the moment arrived I felt cared for. The concierge, all day dining team, guest services and housekeeping were all lovely and efficient
We used it after having a late night drink at Bar Joséphine and perused their wonderful diverse book collection!
Concierge also was helpful giving us recommendations for off beaten path activities/excursions and we ultimately went to see photography art exhibition at Musee Maillol of Robert Doisneau
We saw most iconic shots by the great Robert Doisneau, the amazing French photographer who captured...
I'm delighted to say I am still enjoying this Parisian paradise, and tonight, the celebration continues as I have my birthday dinner at the hotel’s restaurant!
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this is a place where exceptional hospitality is the standard, not the exception
The staff at the Letitia Hotel are truly remarkable—friendly, incredibly attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They have created an atmosphere that feels personalized and warm, making every interaction a pleasure
Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly set this hotel apart from others in the area
A special mention must go to the breakfast: the pastries are simply sublime and worth waking up for! They are fresh, flaky, and the perfect start to a day of birthday sightseeing
Paris, 70 Av. des Champs-Élysées, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff at the hotel has made my birthday very special by decorating our room with rose pedals, balloons and roses. They brought wine, champagne and macarons to the room for my birthday
But the staff at this hotel had our backs! They took us out their back entrance at 5am with a bellman and all of our luggage and work cases. Arranged for a car to come in and get us and whisk us to the train station
Coleen on the main desk was engaging as well as helpful, she interacted with the adults and children alike and was able to share her insights into what living in Paris is like
My husband and I are visiting Paris for my birthday. 5 days and are coming from the US (South Carolina). Our room is very nice and is on the main street so we are able to see the Tour de France pass by today
Other highlights were the amount of security and how well you were greeted each and every time you came in or out of the hotel. The bar was excellent and also took amazing care of us
Ratta on Consierge was a wealth of knowledge with good restaurant reccommendations, handy maps and directions. This is a great place to stay and very close to all the sights

I've never seen this before and it is a real treat!
Breakfast downstairs was fantastic. It's a la carte service and feels very decadent
My Deluxe room had plenty of space, little balconies allowed me to step out and take the skyline of Paris, including the top of the Eiffel Tower
Only plus, they give you a macaron with your hot chocolate
Fauchon l'Hotel is an absolute treasure in the heart of Paris. Right by the beautiful Eglise de la Madeleine and only a block from Place de la Concorde, you will struggle to find a more centrally-located luxury hotel
The Fauchon team were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to personalise every detail to our needs. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and our room was the perfect blend of comfort and romance
All modern amenities, beautiful bathroom, and a totally awesome mini-bar with Fauchon-branded snacks that you can help yourself to and they are replenished everyday

Great hotel, great location, easy to get to from metro (if coming from gare du nord then metro 4 getting off at Montparnasse and then metro 12 to vaugirard and it’s a 2 minute walk from there)
Not bad at all! I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and there are quite a few Chinese guests here. It's really convenient for transportation too, with a metro station nearby
The location and surroundings are decent; it's not too far from the subway and bus stations. There's a police station right across the street, and plenty of dining options nearby
The best part? The mini-bar in the room fridge is complimentary! That's a huge bonus, and there are water refill stations in the hallways as well
I highly recommend checking out the bar on the top floor! Although we didn't end up buying anything because we had our child with us and it was late, the staff were still incredibly enthusiastic and let us go out onto the balcony to see the Eiffel Tower at night
The room is on the smaller side, so be prepared for that, but thankfully it's clean and tidy. The Black gentleman at reception and the white lady were both very nice

Stay here for five days during an EU project meeting. The rooms are spacious, clean and with state of the art facilities. I also enjoyed my morning breakfasts. Wide range of options to select from the breakfast buffet
Well located hotel near to gare montparnasse, the metro and multiple bus stops for transport.
The personnel is very kind, especially Maria from the buffet - she was of great help and we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Thank you Maria and everyone at Novotel Montparnas!
Very nice hotel at walking distance from the city center, just 20-30min of walk through beautiful Paris
Closed proximity to the train station. Exit by back door which leads straight to the train station. Great for staying if travelling via train. Each level has a water dispenser at the lift lobby
The toilet doesn't have a sink, so you have to walk on the otherside of the room to the bathroom to wash your hands. The sink was awkward, there is a spout sticking out so close to the wall, and it doesn't work well

The room facilities are very new. I heard that it was completely renovated last year. The service is also very good. There is even a dedicated front desk staff to take us to the room and introduce the room facilities
Stunning bar with a super cool concept, delicious cocktails and afternoon tea with divine cakes! A unique space to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Great service, the staff are going the extra mile!
The breakfast is worse than expected, and there are not many choices. But I like everything else about the hotel. It is very close to the Louvre and there are many Chinese/Japanese restaurants nearby
The location is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to the Louvre, the surrounding area is very safe and there are many restaurants. The room environment and hygiene are at the level of five-stars
In the evening, you can hear the music playing in the Tuileries Garden when you open the balcony door, which is very romantic. Our room faces the street but it is still quite quiet at bedtime
The hotel is just opposite the Louvre. It is very very very convenient for taking taxis, eating and going to shopping centers. The public security is good and it is very safe at night
Paris, 4 Rue des Innocents, 1st arrondissement-Louvre (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work, but we hardly noticed it and it had no effect on our stay whatsoever. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it
The location is superb, super convenient, right outside the subway station exit. Next to it is a large shopping mall and various local eateries, so it's easy to buy anything or find a place to eat
On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and treated to an afternoon snack of freshly popped popcorn, which was a hit with our children
You could also walk to many other iconic Parisian sites, but when travelling with children, the novelty of the underground wins every time
The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, and every staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful, giving the hotel such a great vibe
The room size is reasonable (don't expect large rooms in European hotels), and it has all the necessary amenities. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, which was annoying

The staff were attentive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and hospitality
At the time, my mom had been navigating unimaginable loss: my father's passing (her husband), the loss of her mother and my grandmother, and a recent battle with breast cancer. This stay became the turning point for her
Rooms and Comfort: The quality of the hotel is exceptional, with beautifully designed rooms that feel both luxurious and comfortable. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property
An enchanting hotel nestled in the historic Champs Elysee area, where every interaction with the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and bell staff—sparkles with warmth and welcoming smiles
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for those wishing to immerse themselves in the vibrant Champs Elysee area within a beautifully curated and thoughtfully designed boutique setting
Despite the cozy size of the rooms, they offer delightful amenities and a practical design. Shoppers will find this location ideal, with an array of charming restaurants nearby

The location is excellent! The subway entrance is right at the end of the street, and there are many theaters and restaurants downstairs. It's lively and feels safe every evening. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The location is fantastic, just about a 5-minute walk from the Line 13 metro station
Despite the hotel being on a busy street with restaurants that was busy at the weekend I encountered no issues with street noise. Montparnasse is a good location for Paris
There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, and in the evening, you can even pop into Monoprix and Auchan supermarkets for some shopping
A nice area to explore that is busy but not overly touristy. Using the metro it’s very easy to travel to the main tourist attractions
The most unbearable part was the shower water constantly fluctuating between hot and cold, which was very uncomfortable. Also, we were given an accessible room which, while spacious, lacked a separate wet and dry area

The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean
The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream
The slippers left at turndown are so soft and cozy. The hotels staircase is stunning and I loved walking down it each day. The lobby is very calm and quiet and very contemporary in its decor
Special mention to the hotels reservations team for being so efficient and friendly, especially Jariya, Camille, and Julia. They also respond to emails very swiftly
The in room dining mango I ordered was beautifully presented. I would highly suggest a courtyard facing room, as it will be very quiet and still afford sunlight
The front desk reception, concierge and butler team is wonderfully kind, and special mention to Gaëtan, Xavier, Melinee, Antoine, Fabio, Rose, Adrian, Florian, Lea, and Elise- all hospitality super-stars and each took wondef care of me and were so lovely

The room facilities were all very good, but the hairdryer wasn't very good; it could burn your hands and didn't dry your hands completely in one go. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here
Breakfast at this hotel was pretty good, maybe you should croissant at breakfast was delicious. Overall, this hotel was GOOD
I am very pleased with the services, and the room is very clean.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; it takes some time to get there. The front desk service was excellent; everyone was very welcoming upon check-in
Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Every day, they serve a fresh breakfast – the pastries are warm and freshly baked
The large lounge is beautifully decorated – like from another world! The rooms are a bit small, but perfectly fine. There’s daily room service, and everything is kept spotless

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Paris Bercy! Our room was spacious, with a bathtub and shower, and comfortable beds for the three of us. The room was well-equipped and made our stay very comfortable
Great experience for an affordable 4 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to an Executive Room which was large with complimentary snacks and clean. A little on the older side but just fine
We were a group of about 25 exhausted and frustrated people hanging around the lobby and repeatedly asking her if our rooms were available. She did her best to accommodate us as the rooms became available
I arrived as part of a group that stayed a week at The Novotel Bercy. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM
It started off with beautiful crepes, croissants, fresh breads, and it went on from there with eggs that were scrambled, omelettes, boiled eggs and also you could make your own eggs
Friendly staff and great service. And what’s very nice: when you step outside the hotel, you walk straight into the metro. In just two stops, you’re in the centre of Paris

In addition to that, the hotel offers easy access to public transport: metro, tram, bus, and even bike stations are all nearby, making it simple to move around the city
Spent a few days at Mama Shelter Paris and it exceeded all my expectations! The design is modern and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout the room
The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and the Parisian night view from the rooftop bar was an absolute highlight. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers a comfortable and unique stay
Overall, it’s a great option for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a cool, relaxed atmosphere
Highly recommend! The bed was a bit small
The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect for me, as I was attending an event at the nearby Porte de Versailles Convention Center — just a short walk away

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance
Wonderful hotel, great room, and the location was ideal! The beds were the most comfortable we have had in a very long time, and even the shoehorn was a pleasure to use
Great Location, High Security and Loving the environment
The bed is extremely comfortable. Size of the room is decent compared to all others in Paris. The staff are extremely friendly, they call you by your last name and they really took care of all our needs
The turn down service is a great plus as we had a sofa bed open during the night for our kids and closed during the morning time to make more space in the room. The location is excellent, many great cafes, restaurants
Location was indeed very good, located among premium shopping and in a high-security area with all the embassies surrounding the hotel. Staff was very helpful and fulfilled every request

Amazing hotel, perfect location for me. It’s in a safe neighbourhood and the reception was very helpful. Clean, beautiful and overall a very satisfying stay.
Location is super convenient, many bus stops nearby and walking distance to many attractions
The room is compact but small, a bit squeeze for two people
Great location with convenient transportation. The room was a bit small, but everything else was excellent.
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Louison! We stayed 7 nights at the end of June
clean roon.,nice staff.good location.it is very convenient for us.

When we originally booked the hotel we only booked a standard room but decided, as it was for a very special occasion, that we would upgrade the room to one with a view of the Moulin Rouge but paid quite a bit to do this
Another night during our stay my wife asked me to get a cup of coffee. I only had notes and the machine in the lobby needed coins but he had no change, so he popped down to the breakfast bar and made her one for free
As surely this would show on the hotel computer system. I replied yes as it was included in the price of the room as we had upgraded plus with the building works issues we didn't get the views we had paid for
Great location, only bad part was cleaning staff woke me up knocking after had told front desk no housekeeping. WIFI never worked on 5th floor. Clean room, great bed, great modern bathrooms. Will stay again.
Good location, close to restaurants and bars. The hotel is a bit old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only minus is the shower pretty small if you are a bit taller you may have problems.
So when we arrived at our room to find that the views were almost completely obscured by the builders screens we at least thought that the hotel had tried to make amends with the free breakfasts

The service exceeded my expectations!
It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake!
They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!
From the carefully selected furniture to the displayed artworks, everything is incredibly tasteful
This hotel perfectly embodies "understated luxury" and "restrained attentiveness. "
Ambiance: The design seamlessly blends local culture with modern art, making it feel like staying in a boutique art museum
They consistently anticipate your needs (for example, always replenishing amenities on time, remembering your preferred pillow type) without being intrusive, ensuring absolute privacy
The guest rooms are spacious and well-laid out, with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms that impress with their attention to detail. The view outside the window is unparalleled
We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts !
A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor

Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area
Very nice service all together, only 1 thing I found little odd is that they charge extra for baggage storage after checkout, which is generally available in other hotels including Travelodge.
good for the price
good location
room were small for 3 but overall, clean and good for sleeping
near supermarket,fast food,pizza,cafe and
metro station
ALEDDINE, The hotel receptionist specifically was great, helpfully and energetic
We had a bunk bed and the kids loved it
Don’t be fooled by the a/c it was ok but if it was hot im not sure it would provide you with any sort of cooling. The location was easy with a few metro stops close by and easy access to Gare de Nord and east

Booked this for my husband's birthday! I already had a genius upgrade for a signature room and we were then upgraded to the executive floor WITH A VIEW OF SACRE COEUR, for free! Thank you to the staff for the complimentary coffee for my husband's birthday too
I enjoyed my stay at here and it felt safe. However, the room is very small but the location is great! Will consider to stay here again if I ever travel back to Paris.
We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly
I love this hotel :)
The location and service was perfact!
Especially thanks to Vanessa!
She cares about our honeymoon, and ask her menager to do something for us
Actually we left 3 more days in this hotel, but I'm sure choosing this hotel is one of my best choice during honeymoon. Room condition, hot water, location, service, everything is all good
