The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.
It was very amazing, if we ever visit Paris again. We would love to come back. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
Very good residence, quiet, cozy and chic. The water was not well heated and utensils were dirty. Overall a good place to stay with good Paris view.
I don’t like how they don’t clean your room every day nor did the heat work it was very cold
It was our first visit to Paris so thank you for making it so memorable, Enrique was the perfect gentleman, he helped us move our belongings and Hassan you are just CRAZY! like us! Which was a relief to meet someone who understood our british humour, they was both so welcoming and ready to answer any questions we had, which came in handy as we weren't the best at speaking french, both had amazing personalities...
Nice apartment hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable and spaxious room. Full kitchenette. Tram T3b next and grocery as well. Nice curvy green building.

Can’t be changed but one disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have its own pick-up/ drop-off lobby, so the cars/ Ubers have to stop at the road just slightly ahead (didn’t help it was raining the 3d2n I was staying there)
The staff informed us that although check-in time is normally at 2PM, we were allowed to check-in early. a very kind favor for us and we really appreciate this. Another big plus is, if you are a moslem
I and my family arrived very early in the morning at the hotel due to our flight schedule and planned to store our luggages there until check-in time
Very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located with lots of restaurants near by, including several with Algerian cuisine.
there is a (small) mosque just across the building
One annoying part was the chamber maid kept knocking on my door and even opened it when I already said I was using the toilet. Just so she can get the time I’ll be leaving the room so that she can “finish her job”

Good location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, the room is small, and you can't move around the room even if you put down your suitcase.
Marriott-owned hotel, uniform service standards
The room is big enough, well-equipped, and quiet at night. I like it very much.
The hotel is in a comfortable location
There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together
The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low. There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it
The room is much more spacious than other hotels in Paris. The gym has good infrastructure and equipment, but the hygiene is not ideal.
Paris, 30-32 Bd Poissonnière, 9th arrondissement-Opera (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Also, my room was on the 7th floor, and even though there’s an elevator, there are still stairs to climb after getting off, which was inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage
A really great hotel! The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk service was also very good, and the room was kept spotless. I loved it!
We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city
Location is perfect . Right in the heart of Hausseman. 10mins to Gallleries Lafayette. Room is nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to everything Paris has to offer!
The hotel was great and the location was great as well ... metro station is right outside the door step ....

Our stay at the Madame Rêve was wonderful. We found the location perfectly positioned to easily walk to the 8th, 1st, and the Marais (3/4). The main restaurant on the first floor (The Kitchen?) was wonderful
The hotel is in a quiet location amidst the city, and the rooms are unique! The hallway is quite long, though, and it takes a while to walk. The third-floor restaurant and rooftop bar are both unique and delicious.
The music at night can be a bit loud but still easy to talk across the table. We did not get a chance to try Le Plume. Lastly the hotel staff was extremely attentive with a concierge reachable with WhatsApp
Incredible stay and would 100% come back. It’s in a fantastic location to walk and the size of the rooms are larger than your average hotel in Paris. The service was fantastic from all departments
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and a stylish restaurant and bar. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it
The size of which is on par with Paris but actually our atelier city view king with the large windows was breathtaking and quite spacious. A big shout out to the cleaning staff

The location in Montparnasse was very convenient, and all the lines I used in Paris stopped at nearby stations. There were many crepe shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc
I think it's a great location for sightseeing or relaxing. The hotel staff were also very friendly. We were changed rooms midway through our stay, but both were clean
This is not the first time I stay in this hotel which is close to the train station, metro, buses. Opposite the Montparnasse Tower. Clean and pretty.
I booked this on a recommendation from Rick Steves.
It was clean safe and near so many food and shopping options . Transportation was everywhere .
The staff are friendly and nice!
Since it's in the Montparnasse area, the atmosphere is quite nice, and it's convenient to take the M4 and other metro lines :)
However, the family room was a bit small, and the heater and radiator weren't enough to keep out the cold
The hotel is conveniently located near a train station and supermarkets, and being on the main street, it feels safe

This is a good location, not too far from bus and metro stops, although we ended up using taxis, which were more convenient for us. The elevator is quite small, but serviceable. We did not request daily housekeeping
The room is small but very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to some good bistros and cafes. I would stay there again, no hesitation
Nice quiet neighborhood
My daughter and I spent 5 nights here on a recent trip. The staff at the 24-hour desk were always helpful
Pros:
- 3 minute walk to metro and 10 minute walk to Galeries Lafayette
- Good location not far from the 1st and 2nd arrondissements
- Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around
- Room was clean and large enough for one traveler
- 24 hour reception with English speaking clerk
- Mechanical shutters completely block out sunlight
- Air conditioning!
Cons:
- It's located on a busy street atop...
You can hear doors of other rooms opening and closing
- Elevator is tiny! You can literally only fit 2 people in it so either be prepared to take the stairs or transport your luggage one by one
- Price was expensive for what you get, but admittedly I booked last minute so maybe they are competitive otherwise
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, definitely
I made some last minute adjustments to my travel plans and this hotel still had a single room left which was perfect for my week long stay as everything else in the area was full or had crazy prices

This Hotel feels like it's been around for a while but in a charming way. I stayed during the summer and it doesn't have A/C in the rooms which is unfortunate. Other than that I have no complaints.
Hotel near Saint-Lazare station with plenty of connections. Small but very quiet and comfortable room. The only downside is the small elevator, which may require you to wait for a while.
Nice hotel with clean rooms and large bathroom. 5 min away fom gare de st lazaire. You have a small fridge in the room and a small FAN for the hot summer. No balcony.
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel de Genève in Paris. The location is very strategic – just steps away from Gare Saint-Lazare and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and cafés
It's an average hotel, but it's fine for just sleeping. Super central, close to everything. The metro station is a two-minute walk away. The Opera district is 5 minutes away, and Montmartre is 15 minutes away
The rooms have very comfortable beds and are quiet; I slept great. The breakfast is worth it; everything outside the hotel is much more expensive

Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and an excellent location in the city. We enjoyed breakfast at Café M one morning and dinner in the lounge at La Chinoiserie one evening—both were lovely
The minibar was complimentary on the day of arrival, but the selection wasn’t appealing—we didn’t touch anything once we saw it was a sensor fridge, still wary of being charged unexpectedly
Pre-booking for all days came to €32 per person per day, while paying on the spot was €40. The breakfast itself was quite good—you can order items like omelets and French toast
However, service attitudes among both the bar and restaurant staff were inconsistent. In particular, the lady at the bar seemed visibly bothered when we didn’t order another drink, which felt unwelcoming
The hotel I stayed at on my first day in Paris was a pleasant surprise. The room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The suite was quite small, but it was clean and tidy, and the service was decent
From check in to check out, our experience could not have been better! Genuine warm staff trying to fulfill any wish you might have. A room offering everything we need incl a good bed

They will charge your credit card with a daily deposit, make sure you review card and any charges made. We didnt try the breakfast or restaurant, but there are may restaurants around
Its standout feature is an excellent location, directly opposite the Louvre's entrance. There's a McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, along with many restaurants nearby
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, very spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated
The hotel's front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was excellent. The dining environment was quite unique, but the breakfast was just average.
They gave me a room facing the most crowded street of the hotel with 4 to 5 restaurants in it, their operations start at 6:15am with trucks loading and downloading merchandise, which made sleeping very hard for my husband, i explained the situation for the staff who tried to give me another room but it was also facing the street so it was no use to change
If the staff or the management had really taken my medical report into consideration, the room would have been properly allocated in advance and we would have faced this issue all along our stay

The hotel itself is pure luxury, with beautifully designed interiors that exude elegance and comfort. The food was fantastic as well, offering a culinary experience that matches the rest of the hotel’s high standards
Stayed here for one night and i will say one of the best service i have received! From the door man to front desk to the concierge! All were amazing! The rooms were 10/10!Location is also ideal from everything! Highly recommended!
Service was excellent as to be expected. We just stopped in for some hot chocolate and the three of us shared a light salad. France is always been a destination for most travelers at some time in their lives
And of course PARIS has been the the focal point over the years and still continues to impress. The hotel is situated ideally in the center of the eighth
A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation
It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys

It was a gorgeous suggestion and much better than just going on one of the many tourist boats which are fine for sightseeing but I wanted a magical meal and experience that would be remembered and this ticked every box
Breakfast was really nice, couldn't fault it at all, pay attention to the signs that tell you when is best to have breakfast as it really does work, time it wrong and it will be busier but the staff managed it so well that wasn't an issue, we timed it wrong once but still enjoyed breakfast fine despite it being busy
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was wonderfull. Easy to get to from Orly airport by M14 to ' CHATELET' station and there change to M7 in direction to 'LA COURNEUVE 8 MAI 1945' and get off at 'RIQUET'
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Canal de la Villette in Paris for 2 nights in August 2025, and really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this hotel as a budget 3-star hotel
We were lucky the canal was hosting one of Paris's Plages which made the general atmosphere and vibe of the area even more brilliant than it already was
We have stayed here twice now, and plan to again! The staff is all so lovely and helpful (filling up water bottles at the bar, calling a doctor in the middle of the night to help with sickness, proactively refunding part of the payment due to a leak, etc

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near the Champs-Élysées and a metro station. The staff went above and beyond, offering a level of friendliness and assistance that made my stay truly special
A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. especially Pierre at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. The spa was nice and the breakfast was really delicious with a great selection
Rooms are very nice but the size is smaller than whats indicated in room description, decoration is great, clean,, nice windows,, service is very good and staff is very nice,, location is great and close to many attraction sites
Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons
The hotel was perfectly distanced to everything and just off the Champs-Élysées making it ideal if you want to pop out. Room serviced breakfast was equally lovely, great quality and delicious
The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and full of charm—everything you’d hope for on your first trip to Paris. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch
On our checkout day the Taxis were all on strike. The front desk called in a private car and we were fortunate to make it for our flight
Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. facility was clean and the room showed well. Washrooms good size with 2 separate showers (tub and stand up) ans most conveniently the toilet has it own small private room
Stayed here for a weekend in Paris and the rooms were great. It was the perfect size and a clean room. Breakfast was ok, it was pretty standard. I also tried the food and they have a pretty good duck here
we needed to do a money exchange and the concierge guy walked us right over to the mall ( The Champs) and he was right! The rate was much better than what we had gotten previously at other locations
The bar was also superb and had entertainment with a man playing the piano. The staff was great and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this place
I would highly recommend this hotel, the service is amazing and the location is convenient to all restaurants and shops

A charming hotel in a great location, the room is quite spacious. The staff and service are pleasant. However, the parking lot is very narrow and difficult to access, and given the difficulty, the price is high.
A really well presented boutique style hotel in the paris bastille area, the decor in the bedrooms very comfortable and relaxing, breakfast area, bar and inroom service dining available, the pool and spa area is my favourite part of the hotel with spa massage available and , sauna plus steam room , the staff all very friendly and helpful at anytime
The hotel staff was very helpful with all my questions, professional and it didn’t hurt that they were young and cute!
The beds were super comfy with nice bedding. They even had a heated rack for hanging wet towels
I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Boutet. The location is unbeatable and situated conveniently. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile
Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Paris
The receptionist when we checked in was great, we had a laugh with him and every morning he greeted us by Mr & Mrs Bardini and what can I say about Eric, he was so friendly and helpful

Good location , reasonable quality.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in Paris!
We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel! The service was truly excellent — every staff member was kind, smiling, and always ready to help
Because of this hotel, we were able to enjoy 120% of Paris! It truly felt like home during our stay
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, you’ll love every moment here!

We arrived early on the day of check-in and the front desk also let us check in in advance
The room was clean! Check-in was at 3 PM, but they let me into my room by 2 PM, which was very convenient considering I arrived early in the morning
However, the hotel seems to be a renovated family property, and the room facilities are rather dated. The amenities certainly don't live up to five-star standards
Let's start with the positives: The overall facilities are top-notch for most hotels in Paris, with an elegant French style and excellent soundproofing
Some details were overlooked, such as hair left on the sofa, and the welcome champagne glasses from the first day were left uncollected for four days
It's within walking distance of major shopping destinations like Galeries Lafayette and Rue Cambon, and there are trendy noodle restaurants nearby
Paris, 95 Rue De Richelieu (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location of the hotel is excellent - handy for the Metro (Richelieu-Drouot), walkable to the Louvre/Notre Dame/Galleries Lafayette/etc, plenty of restaurants nearby and a fairly quiet road with little traffic noise
We had a Privilege room on the 5th floor which was roomy by Parisian standards, clean and comfortable. The heating wasn't very efficient, but the room got warm at the highest setting. Plenty of choice at breakfast
We were assigned a room on the 6th floor. Everything else was satisfactory, apart from having to walk up one flight of stairs. I must particularly mention that I forgot my cash and bank cards in the room safe
The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. Although the room was a bit small, the hotel was very clean, quiet, and most importantly, felt very safe
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even offered luggage storage
I only realized this a day after checking out. Upon contacting Ctrip, I quickly received a satisfactory response. The hotel demonstrated great honesty, and Ctrip's service was exceptional. Special commendation goes to Mr

It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free
Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high
the maids are very kind, the prices are affordable, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and tidy
Facilities: Complete
Sanitation: Clean
Environment: Very good
Service: Thoughtful
Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security
Hotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful. Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern

The rooms are spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided daily, and they are wonderfully soundproof, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and I was lucky enough to enjoy a lovely view
It is within walking distance of Galeries Lafayette and close to many metro stations and bus routes, making it very easy to get around Paris. The area feels safe to walk back to, even in the evening
I also really appreciate the little touches such as fresh tea and coffee in the room, along with complimentary still and sparkling water. The hotel’s location is excellent
The hotel is also right beside a Franprix and a lovely restaurant that we visit every time we stay, specialising in delicious pizza and pasta
I have stayed here multiple times with my parents, my sister, and my boyfriend, and on every occasion I have felt safe, relaxed, and completely at home
Thank you Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel for hosting us and finding the rooms for us so quickly! Unfortunately, on the morning of our arrival, we received a letter from another hotel that our reservation there had been cancelled
