Lovely hotel and a beautiful room. At no point were we told there was a charge for the spa. It was agreed on departure that we should have bene told and the fee would be waived. However, my card was charged. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel are now being unresponsive in my request to have the charge refunded.

Cleanliness is a high priority for me . You ranked high . Location was great ..close to the train station , the old quarter and eateries and the famous cathedral. Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

It is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful indeed and make my stay perfect. There are a number of restaurants nearby and you may find your food easily. I stayed there for two nights and find it worths each penny.

Conveniently located The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.
