The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Nantes so everything is walkable. There was a guy at reception who was also at breakfast who was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for a one night stay but the bathroom was not great as the shower was broken. The attachment to hold the shower head to the wall was snapped, so you had to hold the shower head. Although we only had one breakfast limited range &small quantity my suggestion have breakfast else where. The room was spacious with an excellent bed, I would recommend this Hotel as close to all restaurants

A hotel within walking distance to the station. This unpretentious hotel has a lift which was a relief as I was on the 4 th floor. Small rooms but immaculately clean, with a tv and a newly renovated bathroom. The best asset is the staff. Reception people absolutely delightful. Thank you.

As we are doing a tour of France we are only staying in a hotel for a night at a time then continuing our venture. This hotel was basic but it was clean , had what we need in the room , the staff were friendly , great breakfast and has a Lidl right next door. Would recommend for a night or two.

This was the last day of our trip, but we lost a sun protection jacket here. We emailed the hotel, but received no response. We called them, but they said their English was poor and we couldn't understand. We asked them to return the jacket through Ctrip, but they absolutely didn't have it. We're giving them a bad review!!! We won't accept any rebuttal!

A strange smell upon entering the room. No electrical outlets at the headboard. No courtesy tray with a kettle, coffee, or tea. In the bathroom, the cups aren't vacuum-sealed. The bathtub drains poorly, and a strange smell occurs when the water runs. The same smell as upon entering the room. No air conditioning, but a fan sits on the desk. The doorbell doesn't work. As a result, the door stays open...

Room was clean and comfortable parking was easy - too far to walk and no easy public transport into Bourges centre however walkable restaurants and fantastic boulangerie nearby.

The check in time of 1600 is a bit late. Most hotels allow check in at 1400 or 1500.

Room clean but had a musty smell. A spare pillow would be useful and also a safety rail for the window, quite dangerous that young children could climb and fall out the window if open and unattended.

The room was very cold. We told the desk but nothing happened. I had to sleep far away from the window which was wet with moisture all over. I had to wear my parka to sleep. What a terrible nightmare!! I don’t go back to that hotel.

If you are looking for a simple, clean room for the night as a stop over, this place ticks all the boxes. Well situated, close to a Carrefour and bakery, great Indian/Kashmiri restaurant next door, 30 mins walk into central Bourges. Staff are brilliant - really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located right next to the airport, the shower on the other hand is quite small and the breakfast is less than in other Kyriad, otherwise nothing to say comfortable bedding and good reception by the staff

We had an overnight stop here whilst visiting Bourges city. The location is good for the city centre, just a short drive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Didn't take breakfast so we can't comment on that. A good little budget hotel

Does the job well I stay here pretty often which speaks for itself but it’s just a stopover so I probably wouldn’t recommend it for visiting Orleans itself. Great breakfast

We had a nice stay and the hotel is very clean. The receptionist is always smiling. They have a bike garaje, if you are bike touring.

We stayed in the hotel for one night while travelling by bike. Both receptionists were super friendly and attentive (5* for them). They had a special deposit for our bikes, which was great. The location is very central, you can visit everything by foot. The price was fair and the room very comfortable. Some small maintenance would be necessary, specially in the bathroom.

Convenient location. I booked through airbnb and they gave me a room with a tram view as I requested. However, there was a delay in the availability of the room, there is no elevator (you may have to walk up to four flights with luggage), and the shower soap and shampoo was missing when I got there.

It’s just a ok hotel at the best one night to stay. As commented before breakfast is good only at 6am. Service not that great. Had a broken AC but was told to open the window and stay as all rooms were full. Rooms don’t get serviced.

We needed a last minute hotel as our hotel room we had booked had been cancelled and this was close to where our friends were staying. It was convenient and clean and close and the lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful and bilingual!

Stayed 4 nights in September. It was wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Loire Valley with many attractions only a short distance away. The chateau was clean, quaint, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend experiencing the on-site Michelin chef dinner.

Decided to stay in a chateau, this looked nice, felt pampered and has a lovely pool. This was a 8 minute taxi from the train station, we did walk to Amboise one day (and taxi back that night). The chateaux is amazing, the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good. The pool was amazing. The bed and room were extremely comfortable and we slept with the window open for a cool breeze all the way till morning.

Chose this hotel mainly for it’s location and access to a private courtyard for our motorbikes. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower quickly became a wet room due to the configuration of the room itself. Breakfast was simple but very good, especially the scrambled eggs.

I stayed here only one night but the room was clean and small. The shower was ok, but small. The staff was terrific and very friendly. They were so nice and accommodating. The best thing about this hotel is the location, being right across from the train station. For what I paid and the location it was terrific value for my 1 night in Nantes. Good value in Bourges Attractive 19 century chateau with good parking on site. But the car park covering is gravel and clay which is very messy when wet.
