Unreliable hot water, pillows and towels not very clean (you have to ask the hotel to choose a few clean rooms). Noisy at night.

Absolutely horrific in every way!!! The room and bathroom were so filthy that I had to go to reception to ask for cleaning supplies and a cloth!!! The smell of tobacco was pervasive; there were huge clumps of black dust everywhere, even under the beds; the doors and handles were sticky and black with grime; and the bathrooms hadn't been properly maintained for years. Not to mention the nights were far too short and constantly interrupted by people coming and going without any discretion, and some were having sex so loudly that you start to wonder if you're in a seedy Bangkok hotel.
I just wondered if there was a night watchman and, of course, anyone to clean the place!

Four nights in hell, and I paid for it!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We've stayed at this hotel before, and there was a very unpleasant smell when we entered the room. The hotel is very poorly maintained compared to other Première Classe hotels we've stayed in. The evening receptionist was very pleasant and smiling. I give it two stars.

Frankly, I will never come back to this “hotel” so to speak, we arrive, a room card comes out of the terminal without any information on the room number. Then we get our room number from the night porter (very nice by the way). We arrived in our room, a horror the room was delayed, disgusting, nothing had been cleaned from the previous ones. The window broken. We waited 2 hours to get a new room and still it wasn't sure... And finally an alarm that kept ringing at night. In short, I would never come back to this mediocre hotel!
