When I knocked for help, a staff member named Andrea came out, shouting at me aggressively and using abusive language, calling me names and refusing to calm down. His behavior was confrontational and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he first blocked the entrance and than completely walked away closing the door behind, leaving us outside with no assistance or resolution.
I made a reservation in advance with information on the website - 24/7 service!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had as a paying guest. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and expect this to be taken seriously. I would strongly caution others considering this property.
On top of it the bed for our children was not ready, bedding extremely yellow, floor sticky, room with cigaret smoke smell, mould in the bathroom....
