Our group arrived at 4:00pm, only to find that our room was still not ready—an hour past the posted 3:00pm check-in time. While delays happen, this can be a real inconvenience for travelers with tight schedules, so future guests may want to plan accordingly.
The real issue, however, came with the overnight staff. At 5:45am, I went to the lobby to ask about coffee service, as the receptionist the previous day had informed me it was available for purchase upon request. The front desk was unattended, so I checked the coffee area. To my surprise, the staff member on duty was asleep behind the counter. When I inadvertently woke him, he reacted with hostility—raising his voice, telling me to leave the coffee room, and treating my request as unreasonable. Even after I calmly explained what I had been told, his response was dismissive and disrespectful. He eventually charged me 2 euros for the coffee, but the interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant.
Hospitality should be about professionalism, respect, and creating a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this was not the experience here. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and would caution others to consider alternative accommodations.

First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery.
All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!
