Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower. The view and location are good.

Our first time at an Intercontinental was good, but that’s it. For a 5* Hotel (which we booked plenty around the world), the Hotel definitely could use a renovation of the rooms. Especially the Junior Suite is still very dark, minimal furnished and at the price point a little disappointing. Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. The service exceeded my expectations! It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake! They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!

The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week. The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.

I cannot fault this hotel. We had three rooms for a family of 6. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient to Cannes centre and La Croisette...circa 15 mins walk. After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around! The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!

This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall. There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

The air was not cool enough. The toilet room did not smell pleasant. If you are going to advertise parking, you shouldn’t tell guests that you are making an exception to allow parking. We specifically looked for a hotel with parking and then were made to feel uncomfortable.

Nice and spacious newly refurbished rooms, great breakfast and pool areas... We went there for a couples getaway and it was great but during our time at the hotel there was a big conference and they we're hosting over two hundred people so I guess it is a cool place for a MICe

Absolutely fantastic stay at Westminster. The room was elegant, spotless and very high quality. The bed in our suite was huge and very comfortable. The staff are impeccable and very friendly. The Christmas decorations were delightful and really made our festive break even more enjoyable. We would not stay anywhere else in Le Touquet.

Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.
