Hotel is quite lovely and in the center of Beaune. The many wine stores, restaurants and shops nearby makes walking around the hotel area fun. City feels safe.

The staff was gracious and accommodating. The hotel had great amenities. Our room decor was quite eclectic!

Never Disappoints – A Gem in the Heart of Beaune We’ve stayed at the Cep many times and it never lets us down. The welcome is always so friendly, the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Beaune, and having secure parking is a real bonus. The rooms are always comfortable, which makes it feel like coming back to a favourite place.

Decor has seen better days - I believe faded grandeur is the term. We were apparently given an upgraded room, which begs the question what from. Hotel is dark and dingy inside. However plus points are its centrality, reserved spaces outside for drop-offs and pick-ups, valet parking (extra, and needs to be pre-booked) and excellent breakfasts (EUR25/person).

Such a wonderful hotel conveniently located in the middle of the historic area of Beaune. Lots of dining choices nearby and easy to get out of the town to go exploring nearby vineyards. We used the parking lot and never had an issue getting the car out.

Hotel Le Cep is a beautiful modernized hotel with classic, old world charm. I found the staff to be highly professional as well as genuinely engaging and personable. This is a very comfortable and pretty hotel in an excellent location facing a large beach with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds have super sheets! The spa experience is lovely, especially on cold rainy winter days when you are craving a dip in the ocean. This is a perfect escape in their indoor pool with heater ocean water and various jets that are great for decompressing. I only wish there was more facilities available such as food and water (or at least spa water!) so that it can be a place to spend even more time in.

The spa is magical. One can heat up in the huge steamy hammam, then walk out and take a dip in the ocean. I did this in winter and I absolutely loved it.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and we were delighted with the welcome we received and by the friendly atmosphere at the hotel. Good night spent here. Very comfortable staff excellent. Restaurant evening was not good. The meat tasted burnt and the garlic mash was cold and missing the garlic. I do have to say the breakfast was excellent.

The only part of this stay that merits a positive note is the front desk staff. We were checked in very quickly and greeted with warmth and smiles. Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable. Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.

The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

A clean, well air conditioned, comfortable room quite near the train station. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. Granted, this is a chain hotel, but after a long day of traveling in the heat, the creature comforts and kind service were much appreciated.

Good modern hotel in the centre of Rennes. Spacious clean rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, comfortable beds. 3 mins walk from the De Gaulle metro station. On the negative side: rooms facing the Main Street (cafes and restaurants) may become noisy in the evening, especially on Fridays. But considering the overall standard in Rennes, I think this is one of the best hotels you can find here.

It's right across from the train station, very convenient, and clean. Seeing the four Chinese characters for "Jinjiang Hotel" at the entrance felt so welcoming. This city is quite small; I was surprised to find that the supermarket accepted Alipay. After all, it's not a big city.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel. It has three swimming pools with different temperatures, a spa, and lovely green areas. From the moment you arrive, it feels like home. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant service is excellent, and everyone is very kind!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!

I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.

Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security

The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather. The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!

Location was great! Room was more spacious than I expected. It was all pretty clean and tidy. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The only issue I had was with the flushing of the toilet. But to be fair, I did mention it to the reception staff and they sent someone up to look.

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. We chose Alexander Park to stay as it close to Chambéry Airport and are glad we did. Adequately sized room with two double beds which were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant when we arrived and the food was superb for both adults and children. Everyone was helpful and our children loved the park. Would love to come back in the summer when the pool is open.
