Great location, view from the window, excellent breakfasts - a selection of yoghurts, meat and cheese cuts, plus dishes from the menu and prosecco. The soundproofing is excellent and most importantly, the room is warm, which is not typical for France.

Five-star service, ambiance, and facilities, right on the beach and just a street away from the old town. The room was meticulously cleaned; they thoughtfully tidied up all our belongings. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of the beach. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nice.

As the hotel was originally built by Napoleon III for his empress, it carries great historical significance and an exceptional sense of luxury. This is truly what one would call a “luxury hotel.” Moreover, the spa and hotel facilities are excellent, and I felt that even during the off-season or in less favorable weather, guests can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. Come to the Brasserie for dinner. It doesn’t disappoint. Especially if you dine on the terrace or window side. I stayed here a few years back, and the room was lovely, breakfast exquisite. I came back just to dine this last summer and the terrace at sunset was incredible! Definitely worth a visit while in Biarritz!

What a special experience. We had Brunch on Sunday and what a fantastic experience. We were greeted and served by a wonderful team and the food was outstanding. Carla, Romain, Amory and M Griffon were the members of staff we met but we could see that this was such a well run Restaurant!. Our group of four went for tea, which we learned is the French version with all sweets. Never had we had such fabulous and unique desserts. Their house tea is amazing, and I especially valued being offered a glass of champagne without alcohol. The service was impeccable! What a treat!

They offer VIP airport pick-up service, and there was someone waiting with a sign to greet you as soon as you got off the plane, which made me feel very reassured. Although there were some issues at check-out, they were resolved after I reported them.

Nice stay in Strasbourg The Sofitel is well located in Strasbourg, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is somewhat worn in places with stained carpets in corridors and room lobbies. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.

Exceptional service - the reception team were warm and welcoming. They seemed genuinely happy to greet us and to help. Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord

The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend it! I'd definitely choose it again next time.

Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. While booking this place, bear in mind that it’s not a traditional hotel. It’s rather a 5* camping with your own bungalow. However, it is the best way you can enjoy the beach over there. Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!

My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.

We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.
