Excellent stay for 2 nights. Myriad at the reception was very helpful. Lila, Assia and Ethan at the banquet made us feel at home during breakfast. Delicious cakes made by Lila. Breakfast was totally worth it. The only issue was the complication in booking the Spa. They were supposed to reach out before check in. Overall excellent experience.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. The whole property is majestic. The staff are very courteous and the surrounding area is beautiful and very walkable. The in house restaurant is amazing, albeit pricey. Our only minor quibble is house keeping didn’t come by more than once per day and didn’t grab all our garbage.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

Nice hotel, BUT... Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! We stayed three nights stay at OKKO in Nantes in early January. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. We particularly enjoyed yummy healthy breakfasts in Le Club. Only thing we found somewhat odd was the set up of the bathroom where one had to actually walk through the shower stall to access the toilet and sink. Beds were comfy and room was kept very clean. Nice hotel in a good location. You get access to a nice seated area where there are complimentary drinks and snacks with a few gluten free options. The breakfast was extra but decent. Rooms are air-conditioned with comfortable beds, but a strange setup with the bathroom. The toilet cannot be accessed without having to walk through the shower? What genius designed that?!?

As soon as you get off the elevator, you'll smell a strong mildew odor. The inane shower design is why. The water flow is too much for the tiny drain pipe, there's no seal for the door between the shower and toilet area, and the floor isn't sloped properly towards the drain. In 30 seconds of the water running, the whole bathroom will be flooded and it will stay wet until the cleaning service comes...

My 3/5 is due to the tight limitations to access the SPA, we chose this accommodation because we wanted to stay in the pool with the kids, but this turned out to be possible eventually only for 1 hour. Le Domaine de l'Astrangale is the perfect mix of Saint Tropez luxury but also a lush private escape from the crowds. Don't believe the fake negative reviews. My wife and I keep talking about how relaxing the property is, and the staff is incredible, going out of their way to enhance the experience. Enjoyable stay in a great location. All staff were very helpful. Room was on the small side. The most annoying thing about this hotel is they provideed a mini fridge with 1 still water, 1 sparkling, and a couple of juices. This was never refilled which was disappointing. In every other hotel we stayed in France still drinking water was replenished every day.
