The rooms were comfortable, and the old town was within walking distance. The hotel parking lot was about 30 meters away. If you're driving, be sure to pay attention; there are signs and directional markers on the wall near the driver's side. I was using GPS, and ended up circling the hotel twice.

We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.

The room design was lovely. We had a French lunch and an Italian dinner, both of which were delicious. You could even take pictures of the Eiffel Tower from outside while we ate. Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons. The hotel was perfectly distanced to everything and just off the Champs-Élysées making it ideal if you want to pop out. Room serviced breakfast was equally lovely, great quality and delicious.

Great hotel, well located and clean with a nice pool as a bonus. I'm very happy that the hotel kept their great breakfast offer and didn't follow the downward offer from most of the other hotels in the ACCOR Group. It would be nice during summer to have a pool bar or a possibility of ordering drinks easily without having to dress up and go back inside to the bar.

The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna weren't bad. The Aiguille du Midi cable car was also nearby. However, since I booked a cheaper room, it wasn't all that great. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly great. The bus stop was close, so I was able to comfortably wait in the hotel lobby on my last day and then catch the bus.
