Such a wonderful hotel, literally ON the beach in Arcachon. Rooms are beautiful, and even though we weren’t sea-side, we had a fabulous outlook over the old town. Bit of a hiccup when we arrived and were taken to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but that was quickly smoothed over. And something lost in translation at lunch when they brought me a dish I hadn’t ordered, and the waitress didn’t seem best...

Of course the hotel needs renovation but the view is so beautiful from the breakfast room and the meals made by a chef are just delicious. Access to the beaches from the hotel is very pleasant. The welcome is warm. After renovation of the rooms, the hotel would be at the top.

We stayed in the Eiffel Suite and it was amazing. So much space, a well equipped room with wet bar, coffee etc. The whole stay was perfection. The butler staff took extra care of us, the spa was amazing and the restaurants were delicious. We cannot wait to return. Thank you La Reserve for making our Paris dreams come true.

We’ve visited Paris dozens of times and La Reserve is our new favorite. Small, luxurious but not stuffy, with a wonderful spa, several delicious dining options, and an extremely friendly and helpful staff, the hotel has a quiet entrance across from a park yet minutes from the Champs Élysée.

The hotel was good overall but the breakfast was very bad. Very limited options plus the fruit salad and salmon were stale. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Jade and the night manager were outstanding: professional, available, and always smiling. Their warm welcome truly made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a minor negative point: the twinable bed wasn't very practical for a couple 😅. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the service and the team. Clean and sanitary, you can see the snow-capped mountains when you open the window, and it is also convenient to take the free train to the town

Really nice hotel in perfect location. Unfortunately no swimming in the sea from the hotel because the water is shallow. It said it had a small beach so we thought we would have direct access. Otherwise very clean, privacy, and good breakfast.

a very nice hotel. we had a large suite with a terrasse which comes at a high price but all hotels are having crazy prices since Covid. the beach is too small and there is no external swimming pool nor tennis. This is a truly Fabulous hotel, we couldn’t fault a single thing. From start to finish the staff was amazing, the food was fantastic with an English menu that was so helpful for me 😊, the setting was also stunning. What a wonderful hotel and spa! From the moment you arrive, you are taken care of by professional, attentive staff. The lobby and bar exude a rich wonderful Parisienne scent. The restaurants offer the most delicious coffee and eggs you have ever tasted and the spa an oasis in the center of Paris.

We stayed here at the end of the year. It was very close to the Arc de Triomphe and we were able to see the New Year's fireworks, which was a wonderful way to welcome in the New Year.

I requested the cheapest room, which was small, indeed. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much to eat. It's not worth ordering breakfast. The front desk was sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Please read the bill carefully.

The hotel is conveniently located, quiet in a busy city, a 5-star hotel, the service is of course impeccable, and dinner in the western restaurant is a must-try.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I was only there for one night as this was a stop over for my travel to Nice, France. However, myself and my sibling had the best room, with the most draw dropping view of the Eiffel. The indoor pool on the lower level was also a bonus as Paris was experiencing a heat wave. The room is a bit small, but that's the same as in all European hotels. Instead, the soft bedding and the view you see as soon as you step out of the building make up for it. The staff are very friendly.

Room was very small but everything inside it was great. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with someone like me who does not know French. The room is cleaned everyday if you would like and all your things are left right where you put them even if they had to be moved during cleaning. The location is good, right next to the ancient Roman theater. Other attractions are a bit of a walk away, but all are within walking distance. The hotel service is standard, the cleanliness is good, there is a restaurant and facilities, and the parking lot is quite large. This hotel is both near the station, opposite a tram stop and a short walk to the old town. Excellent facilities eg pool, garden setting, bar, shoe polisher machine in corridor. This is 4 star. Good location with a lot of restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance to Opera. The hotel room is clean and tidy but a bit small. The steam room can be booked for private use for half an hour every day. the swimming pool can be booked for an hour every day.
